技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于刻写标记牌的装置。
背景技术
能够用来刻写标记牌(例如用于标注电气构件)的这种类型的已知装置具有一激光刻写器或者说激光印刷机,其谐振器和泵光源位置固定地安装。由谐振器射出的激光束通过一光学镜偏转到待刻写标记牌上,其中光学镜安装在运动单元上,并根据刻写头的运动而运动,以使射束偏转。射束一直扩展,直到其命中标记牌为止,其中,射束扩展取决于光线走过的路程,并且只能通过光学聚焦装置不充分地补偿。因此在待刻写标记牌上形成这样的焦点,它只能具有一种比在精确聚焦时低的功率密度。因此激光器功率必须选择得相当大。此外,光学镜机构内存在由于加工误差不可避免地产生的不精确度累加,从而影响到在刻写过程中的精确度。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,这样改进开头所述类型的装置,使得可以以较高精度进行刻写。
为此,本发明提供一种用于刻写标记牌的装置,具有一激光刻写器、一用于标记牌的支承平面、一用于将标记施加到标记牌上的刻写头和一用于使刻写头在支承平面上方运动的运动单元,其特征为:所述激光刻写器具有一纤维激光器以及一光导纤维,其中,光导纤维以其第一端连接在纤维激光器的谐振器上,以引入输出耦合的激光光线,并以其第二端装在刻写头上;所述刻写头具有一环绕包围由谐振器或由光导纤维发出的激光束的防护罩。
本发明还提出如下进一步优选的设计:
光导纤维以其第一端接合在谐振器上;
刻写头具有至少一个准直透镜和至少一个聚焦透镜,用于将从光导纤维第二端或谐振器发出的激光光线聚焦到标记牌上;
防护罩具有一用于放置到待刻写标记牌上的滑座;
防护罩具有环绕包围激光束的侧壁,它们从激光光线射出部位的高度向下一直延伸到滑座;
防护罩相对于运动单元高度可调地安装;
设有一用于将防护罩压紧到待刻写标记牌上的复位元件;

本发明以这样的构想为基础,即,将激光光线从光导介质的发出部位移到靠近待刻写标记牌的周围。在按本发明的方案中从谐振器发出的激光光线到将激光束聚焦到标记牌上的光学装置为止只须走过一小的路程,在这个路程上光束仅仅略微扩展。因此,在待刻写标记牌上,激光光线可以聚焦于一较小的和可精确调整的焦点上,其中具有比在由于光束扩展而形成的较大焦点内更高的功率密度。因此可以采用具有较小功率的激光器,它们要经济有效得多。本发明的方案提供了相应的优点。在采用纤维激光器时,激光光线可以以小的损失输入耦合到光导纤维内。通过将光导纤维以其光输出端装在刻写头上,激光束可以集束直至紧密地引导到待刻写标记牌上。为了减小在激光光线输入耦合到光导纤维时的功率损失,适宜于将它以其第一端接合在谐振器上。此外,在这两种情况下,复杂而昂贵的光学镜装置就变得多余了。
刻写头有利地具有至少一个准直透镜和至少一个聚焦透镜,用于将从光导纤维的第二个末端或谐振器中发出的激光光线聚焦到标记牌上。刻写头宜具有一包围从谐振器或从光导纤维内发光的激光束的防护罩。防护罩防止:被标记牌或支承平面反射的激光光线到达周围,并例如造成对操作者眼睛的伤害。防护罩有利地具有一用于放置到待刻写标记牌上的滑座。这里,环绕包围激光束的侧壁适宜于从激光光线射出部位的高度向下一直延伸到滑座上。这样防护罩便完全包围激光束,并可以很好地在待刻写标记牌上方贴在它上面进行运动。有利的是,防护罩相对于运动单元高度可调地安装。这里,它适宜于通过一复位元件压紧到待刻写标记牌上。通过这个措施达到:防护罩也可以在非平面上很好地运动,而仍可靠地包围激光束。
