本发明涉及一种条筛斗,特别是涉及一种旋转式条筛斗。
背景技术
原有技术中,固定层间歇气化煤气炉原设计为停炉人工下灰,煤气炉两侧各有一个二立方米容积的灰斗,煤气炉每4小时下灰一次。下灰时煤气炉按操作规程进行完全上吹,下完灰后开车再按操作规程进行上吹蒸汽吹扫,然后进入正常生产。大块的废渣有时候很难顺利的从竖溜管中排出,容易堵塞管道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,环保,能够很好处理卡在条筛中的大渣块的旋转式条筛斗。从而解决堵塞管道,下灰不畅等问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:它包括大块灰渣斗、条筛斗、锁斗阀、油压缸,在炉底盘下连接有炉底排灰口,炉底排灰口下装有锁斗阀,锁斗阀下面装有条筛斗内条筛,条筛斗通过油压缸旋转条筛,条筛斗的侧面连接有大块灰渣斗。此装置所述的条筛斗通过油压缸带动进行上下旋转开合。
在说明书所述说的条筛斗,条筛斗通过用油缸带动能旋转,随时可以把卡在条筛中的大渣块甩掉,若旋转条筛,首先要关闭锁斗阀,在条筛斗的侧面装有大块灰渣斗专门储存大块渣,排放大块渣时,要在上吹制气时先将锁斗阀关闭,再打开大块灰渣斗门。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
1、结构简单,实用性强;
2、解决堵塞管道,下灰不畅等问题。

下面结合附图1对本发明做更详细地描述它包括大块灰渣斗5、条筛斗3、锁斗阀2、油压缸4,在炉底盘下连接有炉底排灰口1,炉底排灰口1下装有锁斗阀2,锁斗阀2下面装有条筛斗3内有条筛,条筛斗3通过油压缸4旋转条筛,条筛斗3的侧面连接有大块灰渣斗6。此装置所述的条筛斗3通过油压缸4带动进行上下旋转开合。

1、一种旋转式条筛斗,它包括大块灰渣斗、条筛斗、锁斗阀、油压缸,其主要特征在于:在炉底盘下连接有炉底排灰口(1),炉底排灰口(1)下装有锁斗阀(2),锁斗阀(2)下面装有条筛斗(3)内有条筛,条筛斗(3)通过油压缸(4)旋转条筛,条筛斗(3)的侧面连接有大块灰渣斗(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的旋转式条筛斗,其特征在于:此装置所述的条筛斗(3)通过油压缸(4)带动进行上下旋转开合。
