Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种密炼机曲拐式液压驱动锁紧机构,卸料门安装与卸料门座上,卸料门和卸料门座都安装在旋转油缸的转轴上,锁紧曲拐通过轴连接锁紧油缸,锁紧曲拐端部与卸料门接触安装,锁紧油缸和锁紧曲拐安装于锁紧座上。本实用新型的密炼机下顶栓装置采用曲拐式液压驱动锁紧机构,取代该机型以前的抽屉式卸料方式,提高了该规格密炼机卸料密封的难题,并且采用液压驱动卸料和锁紧,大大加快了下顶栓排料的时间,这种结构开关门一次时间大约2‑3秒,而且密封性能好,提高了生产效率。

本实用新型涉及密炼机技术领域,尤其涉及卸料门锁紧机构。
背景技术
现有的250密炼机是我们国家最早自行开发的密炼机,下顶栓装置一直采用滑动式卸料装置,开关卸料门时间一般要20-30秒,而且密封性能不太好,经常漏胶,效率非常低。国内目前有很多大型工厂的这种规格密炼机需要改造更新。
实用新型内容
为了克服传统密炼机存在的上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种曲拐式液压驱动锁紧机构。
本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:密炼机曲拐式液压驱动锁紧机构,卸料门1安装与卸料门座2上,卸料门1和卸料门座2都安装在旋转油缸3的转轴4上,锁紧曲拐5通过轴连接锁紧油缸6,锁紧曲拐5端部与卸料门1接触安装。
所述锁紧油缸6和锁紧曲拐5安装于锁紧座7上。
本实用新型的密炼机下顶栓装置采用曲拐式液压驱动锁紧机构,取代该机型以前的抽屉式卸料方式,提高了该规格密炼机卸料密封的难题,并且采用液压驱动卸料和锁紧,大大加快了下顶栓排料的时间,这种结构开关门一次时间大约2-3秒,而且密封性能好,提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的密炼机曲拐式液压驱动锁紧机构如图1所示,卸料门1安装与卸料门座2上,卸料门1和卸料门座2都安装在旋转油缸3的转轴4上,锁紧座7上安装锁紧油缸6和锁紧曲拐5,锁紧曲拐5通过轴连接锁紧油缸6,锁紧曲拐5端部与卸料门1接触安装。
使用时,卸料门1和卸料门2座都安装在旋转油缸3的转轴4上,旋转油缸3在液压系统的驱动下旋转时,卸料门1可实现打开或关闭;当开门时,在液压系统的驱动下锁紧油缸6驱动锁紧曲拐5摆动到松锁位置,旋转油缸3工作,翻转135度,卸料门1打开,密炼机的胶料排出。当关门时,在液压系统驱动下旋转油缸3旋转,卸料门关闭,锁紧曲拐5在锁紧油缸6的作用下,将卸料门锁紧,密炼机进入下一次工作状态。每次开关门的时间为2-3秒。

1.密炼机曲拐式液压驱动锁紧机构,其特征在于:卸料门(1)安装于卸料门座(2)上,卸料门(1)和卸料门座(2)都安装在旋转油缸(3)的转轴(4)上,锁紧曲拐(5)通过轴连接锁紧油缸(6),锁紧曲拐(5)端部与卸料门(1)接触安装。
