本发明公开了一种可提高砂芯排气能力的无模成形工艺,其主要特点是在砂芯的三维数字模型中,于模型壁厚较大的部位预留沟槽,当无模成形设备堆叠砂粒至沟槽时暂停堆叠,待往沟槽内放入具有透气管壁的排气管后,再继续逐层堆叠和粘结砂粒,直至完成砂芯的成形过程。用此工艺制成的砂芯可令浇注时砂芯内部产生的气体从排气管顺利排出,从而大大提高了以无模成形工艺制成的砂芯的排气能力,使得无模成形工艺在砂芯制造领域中得到更好的推广应用。

可提高砂芯排气能力的无模成形工艺及砂芯
技术领域
本发明涉及无模成形制造技术,特别是制作砂芯的无模成形工艺。
背景技术
在现有技术中,制作砂芯的无模成形工艺都没有考虑到砂芯的排气问题。用现有的无模成形工艺制成的砂芯往往存在排气性能差的缺点,容易使铸件产生气孔缺陷,由此妨碍了无模成形工艺在砂芯制造领域的推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种可提高砂芯排气能力的无模成形工艺,以及用无模成形工艺制成的砂芯。
为此,本发明所述的无模成形工艺包括以下步骤:将砂芯的形状数据输入计算机,得到砂芯的三维数字模型,计算机根据一定的层厚对所述的三维数字模型进行分层,得到每一层截面的二维图形,成形时,由无模成形设备按照每一层截面的二维图形逐层堆叠和粘结砂粒,由此得到一个由多层砂粒堆叠粘结而成的砂芯,特别地,在砂芯的三维数字模型中,于模型壁厚较大的部位预留沟槽,当无模成形设备堆叠砂粒至所述沟槽时暂停堆叠,待往沟槽内放入具有透气管壁的排气管后,再继续逐层堆叠和粘结砂粒,直至完成砂芯的成形过程。用上述方法制成的砂芯可令浇注时砂芯内部产生的气体从排气管顺利排出,从而大大提高了砂芯的排气能力。
本发明所述的砂芯由多层砂粒逐层堆叠粘结而成,特别地,在砂芯壁厚较大的部位埋设有排气管,排气管具有透气的管壁。与上述方法同理,所述砂芯具有良好的排气能力。
本发明的优点是可提高用砂芯浇注而成的铸件的质量,使得无模成形工艺在砂芯制造领域中得到更好的推广应用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
图1表示砂粒在无模成形设备的工作台3上逐层堆叠粘结形成砂芯的过程。其中虚线示意性地表示分层,画有众多黑点的部位1表示砂粒没有被粘结的松散部分,画有斜线剖面线的部位2表示砂粒被粘结的部分,这一部分构成砂芯。该砂芯是由计算机根据所输入的砂芯形状数据产生三维数字模型,再由计算机根据一定的层厚对三维数字模型进行分层,得到每一层截面的二维图形,最后再由无模成形设备按照每一层截面的二维图形逐层堆叠粘结而成的。本发明工艺的特点在于,在砂芯的三维数字模型中,于模型壁厚较大的部位预留沟槽,当无模成形设备堆叠砂粒至沟槽时,亦即堆叠至图1所示状态时,暂停堆叠,然后往沟槽4内放入具有透气管壁的排气管5,之后再继续逐层堆叠和粘结砂粒,直至完成砂芯的成形过程。清除松散的砂粒后可得到图2所示的砂芯。图2也是用虚线示意性表示砂芯是由多层砂粒逐层堆叠粘结而成。将图2所示的砂芯用于浇注的时候,砂芯内部产生的气体可从排气管5顺利排出。排气管5可以采用尼龙管。为了使排气管更牢靠地固定在沟槽内,可在放置排气管的时候,将自硬填充料6填充压实在沟槽4与排气管5的间隙内。自硬填充料的成分是以100%树脂砂为基数,加1-2%粘结剂和0.3-1.2%固化剂的混合物,此外也可以是呋喃树脂砂、酚醛树脂砂、PEP SET树脂砂、水玻璃砂和石膏等。
前述的“壁厚较大的部位”是相对而言的。砂芯在浇注时难以排出内部气体以致影响浇注质量的部位,都属于“壁厚较大的部位”。

Claims (3)

1、可提高砂芯排气能力的无模成形工艺,将砂芯的形状数据输入计算机,得到砂芯的三维数字模型,计算机根据一定的层厚对所述的三维数字模型进行分层,得到每一层截面的二维图形,成形时,由无模成形设备按照每一层截面的二维图形逐层堆叠和粘结砂粒,由此得到一个由多层砂粒堆叠粘结而成的砂芯,其特征是:在砂芯的三维数字模型中,于模型壁厚较大的部位预留沟槽,当无模成形设备堆叠砂粒至所述沟槽时暂停堆叠,待往沟槽内放入具有透气管壁的排气管后,再继续逐层堆叠和粘结砂粒,直至完成砂芯的成形过程。
2、如权利要求1所述的的无模成形工艺,其特征是:在放置排气管的时候,将自硬填充料填充压实在沟槽与排气管的间隙内。
3、用无模成形工艺制成的砂芯,由多层砂粒逐层堆叠粘结而成,其特征是:在砂芯壁厚较大的部位埋设有排气管,排气管具有透气的管壁。
