Abstract

本发明外热式真空感应加热渗碳炉是一种真空渗碳淬火的热处理设备,是一种高效的真空渗碳设备。目前的真空渗碳炉大部分是根据原有的真空炉基础上设计制造,它一般在有氧条件下无法加温,加热元件也是石墨做成,故也无法在有氧条件下升温加热,由于这种真空炉在升温渗碳过程中产生的焦油会冷凝在炉壁而无法清理,加上产生的碳黑里很容易沉滞在加热室内的发热体上,故会造成的加热元件的电阻值下降,而无法进行加热。根据以上缺点,该设备把内热式加热改为外热式加热,被渗工件被马弗罐主体包围,马弗罐的保温也采用不易氧化的陶瓷纤维毡来保温,加热元件采用的是中频感应线圈。由于是外热式故无须担心炉壁会被焦油污染。加热元件被碳黑沉积的确点了,所产生的焦油由真空系统通过冷却井而排出去了。

本发明是一种真空渗碳淬火的热处理设备,是一种高效的真空渗碳设备
背景技术:
目前的真空渗碳炉大部分是根据原有的真空炉基础上设计制造,它一般在有氧条件下无法加温,加热元件也是石墨做成,故也无法在有氧条件下升温加热,由于这种真空炉在升温渗碳过程中产生的焦油会冷凝在炉壁而无法清理,加上产生的碳黑里很容易沉滞在加热室内的发热体上,故会造成的加热元件的电阻值下降,而无法进行加热。
发明内容:
根据以上缺点,该设备把内热式加热改为外热式加热,被渗工件被马弗罐主体包围,马弗罐的保温也采用不易氧化的陶瓷纤维毡来保温,加热元件采用的是中频感应线圈。由于是外热式故无须担心炉壁会被焦油污染。加热元件被碳黑沉积的确点了,所产生的焦油由真空系统通过冷却井而排出去了。
具体实施方法:
该设备主要由中频感应加热区和淬火区,分上下立式结构。加热区主要由炉壳加热线圈,保温层,马弗罐内胆和渗碳充气系统组成。淬火区主要由送料升降系统,换热区,高压风和及壳壳等组成,当上部的加热渗碳系统渗碳完毕后打开中间闸板阀送料,托盘由上面运送到淬火室从而进行充气淬火。

Claims (3)

1、在真空状态下用马弗罐感应加热来实现在加热过程中的升温。
2、该炉为立式结构,上部为加热渗碳区,下部为淬火区,分为两室结构。
3、该炉可在有氧状态下升温加热。
