Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种固态温度调节系统,尤其是一种用于利用正温度系数加热器加热汽车座的新型紧凑单元。
背景技术
当前,汽车座是利用加热层进行加热的。该加热层设置有供电时就能发热的电热丝盘。该加热层安装在汽车座中装饰盖下面。该加热层是分离的并且与其他热电装置(TED)无关,其通常称为珀耳帖装置,以及在加热和冷却应用中使用的散热片(heat sink)。现有的加热层具有产生过多热量、需要更多的部件(及因此带来的费用)、更大的整体包装尺寸以及由于附件组件的需要所增加的成本这些缺点。
发明内容
本发明是一种新型的加热器。所述加热器使用另一种类型的称为正温度系数(PTC)加热器的加热器。本发明将PTC加热器与多个散热片结合起来。当气流吹过所述加热器单元,就会产生非常有效的发热和传热系统。
由以下提供的详细描述,本发明更一步的应用领域将变得清楚。应当理解,在指出本发明的优选实施例的同时,所述详细的描述和具体的实例仅仅旨在示例说明的目的而不是限制本发明的范围。

具体实施方式
优选实施例的下列描述本质上仅仅是示例性的,并且决不是要限制本发明、其应用或使用。
外壳20优选由闭孔泡沫制成。如图1到3所示,PTC加热器22设置在壳20的中心。PCT加热器通过闭孔泡沫保温。第一和第二散热片24、26分别设置在PTC加热器22的两侧。在应用中其可形成一种散热片-正温度系数加热器-散热片的结构用于加热/鼓风应用。PTC加热器22可与每个散热片24、26通过焊接、夹紧、环氧材料或者胶粘结合在一起。如果使用焊料,该焊料的熔化温度应当比PTC加热器24、26的最大运行温度更高。如果使用夹紧将PTC加热器与散热片24、26结合在一起,应当使用热油脂或者热复合物(thermal compound)以确保良好的传热。如果使用环氧材料或者粘胶,应当使用具有高热传导性的环氧材料或者粘胶。
然后新型加热单元19置于鼓风机(未示出)的附近。最好将单元19置于所述鼓风机(未示出)外壳的出口中。一旦启动,PTC加热器22就非常有效地产生热量,并且该热量由第一散热片24和第二散热片26吸收。第一散热片24和第二散热片26可以比没有任何散热片的传统PTC加热器22有更大的表面积和热容量。从所述鼓风机出口(未示出)流过加热单元19的气流通过对流传热传送热量。散热片24和26及PTC加热器22的新型组合不需要在汽车座的座装饰盖下面设置独立的加热层或者加热垫。通过除去昂贵的加热层以及座装饰组件,以除去独立的加热层,大大缩减了成本。通过消除对独立的加热层的需求,也节省了一些重量;PTC加热器22是自动调节,因此也不会使乘坐者过热,不象传统的座垫加热层。

Claims (3)

1.一种加热器,其包括:
外壳;
具有第一侧和第二侧的正温度系数加热器;
设置在所述正温度系数加热器的所述第一侧的第一散热片;以及
设置在所述正温度系数加热器的所述第二侧的第二散热片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加热器,还包括具有输出口的鼓风机,其中所述加热器设置在所述鼓风机的所述输出口中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的加热器,其中所述正温度系数加热器通过一个或多个以下方法与所述第一散热片和所述第二散热片结合在一起:焊接、夹紧、环氧材料或者胶粘。
