本发明公开了一种凝胶垫及其生产方法。旨在提供一种制造工艺简单,成本低、使用方便可靠,不怕戳穿、不怕挤压的一种凝胶垫及其生产方法。它包括有两层薄片制成封闭的袋,其特征是在袋中装有凝胶,所述的凝胶为薄片状的。上述凝胶垫的生产方法依次包括下列步骤:备料、制袋、灌装单体溶液、加热固化、检验和包装。该发明用凝胶替代传统的水,制成外面有包裹的片状凝胶垫,凝胶是有机物通过聚合反应得到的胶状体,其中凝胶70%左右的成分是水,有很好的吸热性能。但它没有像水的流动性,使用稳定,即使袋被尖物戳穿或破裂也不会泄漏,使用寿命长。在生产的方法上,采用聚合反应在袋内在坦平和加外压的条件下进行,制成的凝胶垫外形平整、美观。

本发明涉及一种垫体,尤其涉及一种凝胶垫及其生产方法。 
背景技术
现在市场上销售的有一种水袋,是日常生活中的一种用品,把它铺在床上或沙发上等,不仅可以给我们带来舒适,而且用作理疗。这种水袋一般有两层薄片制成封闭的空腔,空腔中灌注有水,形成水垫,还有的在空腔中再安装有加热或制冷器,使水加热用于热敷或制冷用于冷敷等如专利200720002744.2超导温水垫。但在使用中有可能水袋被尖物戳穿,或压力太大还会造成水垫挤破,空腔中的水泄漏而报废,一般使用寿命较短。还由于水的流动性,使水垫的稳定性较差,使用时,有摇晃的感觉并不舒服。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有产品中存在的缺点,提供一种制造工艺简单,成本低、使用方便可靠,不怕戳穿、不怕挤压的一种凝胶垫及其生产方法。 
为了达到上述要求,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:它包括有两层薄片制成封闭的袋,其特征是在袋中装有凝胶,所述的凝胶为薄片状的。 
上述凝胶垫的生产方法,其特征在于依次包括下列步骤: 
A、备料:根据凝胶垫的外形尺寸和材料要求,选用和裁剪薄片; 
B、制袋:将有塑料层的薄片对合,加热,使塑料层表面融化,将对合的薄片制成仅留灌注口四周封闭的袋; 
C、灌装单体溶液:将水、丙烯酸钠、交联剂和引发剂混合作为单体溶液从灌注口灌装到袋内,后将灌注口封堵; 
D、加热固化:将灌装有单体溶液的袋坦平放到加热器上加热和加外压,使单体溶液在袋内发生完全的聚合反应而生成薄片状的聚合物即凝胶即可; 
E、检验和包装:检查加工质量,对检验合格的产品包装入库。 
根据上述方案制造的凝胶垫,它用凝胶替代传统的水,制成外面有包裹的 片状凝胶垫,凝胶是有机物通过聚合反应得到的胶状体,其中凝胶70%左右的成分是水,它有与水相近的高热容量,因此,凝胶垫仍有很好的吸热性能。但它没有像水的流动性,使用稳定,即使袋被尖物戳穿或小口破裂也不会凝胶泄漏,能大大延长垫子的使用寿命。在生产的方法上,采用聚合反应在袋内在坦平和加外压的条件下进行,成型后的凝胶在袋内平整,制成的凝胶垫外形美观。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。 
图1、图2是凝胶垫的结构示意图。它包括有两层薄片1制成的袋2,所述的薄片1是在织造布或植绒面料3上涂有塑料的两种材料层叠制成的,塑料层4制在袋2的内层。所述的织造布是指棉布或化纤布或棉纤和化纤的混纺布。所用的化纤布如尼丝纺等。其中塑料主要是指PVC或PE或PU或TPU材料等,通常塑料层4的厚度在0.05毫米至0.45毫米之间。袋2内有单体溶液发生聚合反应而生成的聚合物即凝胶5,在袋内形成薄片状的凝胶5,一般凝胶5的厚度在0.8毫米至5毫米之间。对于面积较大的袋2为防止两层薄片1分离面积较大,引起凝胶5移动,还可以在制袋2时在袋2的中间位置制有一条或数条使两层薄片直接粘合的加强筋6,这也方便凝胶垫在加强筋6的位置折叠,和使用时的通气。 
上述凝胶垫的生产方法,依次包括下列步骤: 
A、备料:根据凝胶垫的外形尺寸和材料要求,选用和裁剪薄片1,在裁剪薄片1前或裁剪薄片1后,薄片1还可经加热,加热温度在100℃至200℃之间,加热时间在5秒至30之间,根据加热器的功率大小和生产效率来控制,如加热温度150℃,加热时间在15秒,使薄片1预先收缩,使制成的凝胶垫 平整。 
B、制袋:将有塑料层一面的两块薄片1对合,加热,使塑料层4表面融化,将对合的薄片1制成仅留灌注口四周封闭的袋2,根据袋2的大小,还可以在袋2的中间位置制有一条或数条使两层薄片1直接粘合的加强筋6。 
C、灌装单体溶液:将水、单体、交联剂和引发剂还可加入颜料和/或香料混合作为单体溶液从灌注口灌装到袋2内。如果在灌装时,有空气进入袋2内应排出空气,后将灌注口封堵。 
所述的单体是指制造聚丙烯酸类高吸水性树脂所使用的水溶性单体,如丙烯酸及其碱金属盐、甲基丙烯酸及其金属盐、以及由(甲基)丙烯酸所生成的酯类中的一种或是几种;或是制造聚丙烯酰胺系高吸水性材料所用的单体,如丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰胺;或是以上两种单体的组合。 
所述的交联剂是指具有非共轭多双键的化合物,如二或三乙烯基化合物、不饱和单羧酸或多元羧酸与多元醇等形成的多酯、双丙烯酰胺、多元醇的二或多醚等;或是多价金属化合物,如碱土金属化合物、锌化物、铁化物、铝化物等;或是丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、乙二醇、乙二胺、乙二醛、苯二甲酸等化合物。 
所述的引发剂有热分解体系,如过氧化物或偶氮类化合物;或是氧化还原体系,如过氧化氢、异丙苯过氧化氢、过硫酸铵、过硫酸钾等这一组与另一组:Fe2+、亚硫酸盐、硫代硫酸盐、一(多)元胺、亚磺酸类肼等它们两组间的任意组合;也还可以是一些金属化合物,如硝酸铈铵、三氯化铁、五价矾盐等。 
上述水、单体、交联剂和引发剂它们之间的重量比为:水60%-80%、单体10%-30%、交联剂0.1%-6%、引发剂0.1%-6%。 
D、加热固化:将灌装有单体溶液的袋2坦平放到加热器上加热,加热温度一般在50℃~80℃之间,使单体溶液在袋2内发生完全的聚合反应而生成薄片状的聚合物即凝胶5即可。所述的加热器为两层或多层加热板,经气压或液压能自由升降挤压的设备,加热板的温度根据需要可在30℃~100℃之间调节。袋2被夹在加热板之间加热加压。 
E、检验和包装:检查加工质量,对检验合格的产品包装入库。 

Claims (12)

1.凝胶垫的生产方法,其特征在于依次包括下列步骤:
A、备料:根据凝胶垫的外形尺寸和材料要求,裁剪薄片,所述薄片是在织造布或植绒面料上涂有塑料层的两种材料层叠制成的,在裁剪薄片前或裁剪薄片后,加热所述薄片,加热温度在100℃至200℃之间,加热时间在5秒至30之间,使薄片预先收缩;
B、制袋:将有塑料层的薄片对合,加热,使塑料层表面融化,将对合的薄片制成仅留灌注口四周封闭的袋,塑料层在袋的内侧;
C、灌装单体溶液:将水、单体、交联剂和引发剂混合作为单体溶液从灌注口灌装到袋内,后将灌注口封堵,所述的水、单体、交联剂和引发剂它们之间的重量比为:水60%-80%、单体10%-30%、交联剂0.1%-6%、引发剂0.1%-6%;
D、加热固化:将灌装有单体溶液的袋坦平放到加热器上加热,使单体溶液在袋内发生完全的聚合反应而生成薄片状的聚合物即凝胶即可,所述的加热器为两层或多层加热板经气压或液压能自由升降挤压的设备,加热板的温度根据需要在30℃~100℃之间调节,所述袋被夹在加热板之间加热加压;
E、检验和包装:检查加工质量,对检验合格的产品包装入库。
2.根据权利要求1所述凝胶垫的生产方法,其特征是所述的单体溶液中还有颜料和/或香料。
3.根据权利要求1所述凝胶垫的生产方法,其特征是在步骤C中所述的单体是指制造聚丙烯酸类高吸水性树脂所使用的水溶性单体或是制造聚丙烯酰胺系高吸水性材料所用的单体。
4.根据权利要求3所述凝胶垫的生产方法,其特征是所述制造聚丙烯酸类高吸水性树脂所使用的水溶性单体是指,丙烯酸及其碱金属盐或甲基丙烯酸及其金属盐或甲基丙烯酸所生成的酯类中的一种或几种或是丙烯酸所生成的酯类中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求3所述凝胶垫的生产方法,其特征是所述制造聚丙烯酰胺系高吸水性材料所用的单体是指,丙烯酰胺和/或甲基丙烯酰胺。
6.根据权利要求1所述凝胶垫的生产方法,其特征是所述的交联剂是指具有非共轭多双键的化合物或是多价金属化合物或是丙烯酸缩水甘油酯或乙二醇或乙二胺或乙二醛或苯二甲酸。
7.根据权利要求6所述凝胶垫的生产方法,其特征是所述的非共轭多双键的化合物是指二或三乙烯基化合物或不饱和单羧酸或多元羧酸与多元醇形成的多酯或双丙烯酰胺或多元醇的二或多醚。
8.根据权利要求6所述凝胶垫的生产方法,其特征是所述的多价金属化合物是指碱土金属化合物或锌化物或铁化物或铝化物。
9.根据权利要求1所述凝胶垫的生产方法,其特征是所述的引发剂有热分解体系或是氧化还原体系。
10.根据权利要求9所述凝胶垫的生产方法,其特征是所述的热分解体系是指过氧化物或偶氮类化合物。
11.根据权利要求9所述凝胶垫的生产方法,其特征是所述的氧化还原体系是指过氧化氢和/或异丙苯过氧化氢和/或过硫酸铵和/或过硫酸钾这一组与另一组:Fe2+和/或亚硫酸盐和/或硫代硫酸盐和/或一(多)元胺和/或亚磺酸类肼它们两组间的任意组合。
12.根据权利要求9所述凝胶垫的生产方法,其特征是所述的金属化合物是指硝酸铈铵或三氯化铁或五价矾盐。
