Abstract
本发明涉及客车领域内的一种纯电动客车系统,包括动力电池组,动力电池组同时给主控制器、转向控制器和制动控制器供电;主控制器同时接收油门控制信号和相应反馈信号,处理后输出驱动信号给驱动电机,以驱动车轮转动;转向控制器接收转向信号和相应反馈信号,处理后给出驱动信号传递给转向电机;制动控制器接收制动信号和相应反馈信号,经对比后给出驱动信号传递给制动电机;动力电池组还有一路经逆变器逆变后给24V蓄电池充电,该24V蓄电池用于给转向信号模拟电路、油门信号模拟电路和制动踏板模拟电路供电以给出相应的控制信号。由于动力电池组供电,该装置环境污染小,无发动机震动与噪音,可应用于生产环保型的客车。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种客车,特别涉及客车的动力、空调和操纵系统。
背景技术
现有技术中的客车,一般采用燃油系统作为其动力,燃油系统可带动发电机工作,并给蓄电池充电,蓄电池用于停车启动、照明、信号系统的供电,其制动、转向、车轮转动,均借助于燃油发动机的运转。其不足之处在于:这种客车在使用时会造成较大范围内的环境污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纯电动的客车系统,使其不需要消耗燃油,以避免燃烧燃料造成环境污染。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:一种纯电动客车系统,包括动力电池组,动力电池组同时给主控制器、转向控制器和制动控制器供电;主控制器同时接收油门信号模拟电路来的油门控制信号和驱动电机来的传感器反馈信号,经对比后给出驱动信号传递给驱动电机,以驱动车轮转动;转向控制器同时接收转向信号模拟电路来的转向控制信号和转向电机来的传感器反馈信号,经对比后给出驱动信号传递给转向电机,转向电机带动转向机构工作;制动控制器同时接收制动踏板模拟电路来的制动信号和制动电机的传感器反馈信号,经对比后给出驱动信号传递给制动电机,以驱动制动机构动作实现制动;动力电池组还有一路经逆变器逆变后给24V蓄电池充电,该24V蓄电池用于给转向信号模拟电路、油门信号模拟电路和制动踏板模拟电路供电以给出相应的控制信号。
本发明只采用一个动力电池组供电,该动力电池组可从市政电网充电,其充电完毕后,可带动驱动电机工作,同时还可以带动制动系统、转向系统工作,整个工作过程不需要消耗燃油,避免了燃烧燃油带来的环境污染,同时可消除发动机工作带来的震动与噪音。该装置控制简单,操作与现有的客车操作方式相同,其代表着客车行业的未来发展方向,可应用于生产环保型的客车。
作为本发明的进一步改进,该装置还包括有太阳能极板,太阳能极板经太阳能控制器给24V蓄电池充电。由于客车具有较大的车身,其车顶部的面积较大,可将太阳能极板安装在客车顶部,并给24V蓄电池充电,减少动力电池组的消耗,达到更好的节能环保效果。
作为本发明的另一改进,所述24V蓄电池还给空调控制电源供电,空调控制单元的输出信号给内燃机,驱动内燃机启动或停止,内燃机的输出轴与空调压缩机传动连接。由于客车空调的负荷较大,如采用动力电池组供电,将会对动力系统的工作带来较大影响,为避免该不良影响,可通过一功率较小的内燃机直接带动空调压缩机工作,内燃机的启动和停止由经24V蓄电池供电的空调控制单元供电。尽管内燃机也消耗燃油,但由于其功率小,耗油量低,因此,对周围环境造成的不良影响也比较小。

具体实施方式
如图,为一种纯电动客车系统,包括动力电池组,该动力电池组为可充电电池,必要时,可从市政电网充电;动力电池组同时给主控制器、转向控制器和制动控制器供电;主控制器同时接收油门信号模拟电路来的油门控制信号和驱动电机来的转速反馈信号,油门信号模拟电路的信号由油门踏板的动作而产生,其与油门踏板的位移量相对应,主控制器将输入的两路信号经对比后给出驱动信号传递给驱动电机,以驱动车轮转动;转向控制器同时接收转向信号模拟电路来的转向控制信号和转向电机来的转速反馈信号,经对比后给出驱动信号传递给转向电机,转向电机带动转向机构工作,转向信号模拟电路发出的转向信号与方向盘的角度信号一一对应;制动控制器同时接收制动踏板模拟电路来的制动信号和制动电机的转速反馈信号,经对比后给出驱动信号传递给制动电机,以驱动制动机构动作实现制动,制动信号的值与制动踏板踩踏下的位移量相对应;动力电池组还有一路经逆变器逆变后给24V蓄电池充电,该24V蓄电池用于给转向信号模拟电路、油门信号模拟电路、制动踏板模拟电路和空调控制单元供电以给出相应的控制信号;该装置还包括有太阳能极板,太阳能极板经太阳能控制器给24V蓄电池充电;所述空调控制单元的输出信号传递给内燃机,控制内燃机启动或停止,内燃机的输出轴与空调压缩机传动连接。
Claims (3)
1、一种纯电动客车系统,其特征在于:包括动力电池组,动力电池组同时给主控制器、转向控制器和制动控制器供电;主控制器同时接收油门信号模拟电路来的油门控制信号和驱动电机来的传感器反馈信号,经对比后给出驱动信号传递给驱动电机,以驱动车轮转动;转向控制器同时接收转向信号模拟电路来的转向控制信号和转向电机传感器来的反馈信号,经对比后给出驱动信号传递给转向电机,转向电机带动转向机构工作;制动控制器同时接收制动踏板模拟电路来的制动信号和制动电机传感器反馈信号,经对比后给出驱动信号传递给制动电机,以驱动制动机构动作实现制动;动力电池组还有一路经逆变器逆变后给24V蓄电池充电,该24V蓄电池用于给转向信号模拟电路、油门信号模拟电路和制动踏板模拟电路供电以给出相应的控制信号。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种纯电动客车系统,其特征在于:还包括有太阳能极板,太阳能极板经太阳能控制器给24V蓄电池充电。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种纯电动客车系统,其特征在于:所述24V蓄电池还给空调控制电源供电,空调控制单元的输出信号给内燃机,驱动内燃机启动或停止,内燃机的输出轴与空调压缩机传动连接。
