Abstract

一种管线钢冶炼专用中包覆盖剂,属于炼钢连铸技术领域。覆盖剂组成质量百分数为C:4~6%,CaO:20~40%,MgO:7~9%,SiO:213~17%,NaO:5~7%,Al 2O 3:18~20%,余量为FeT微量,KO微量。本发明的优点在于,低碳高碱度中间包覆盖剂保证了连铸增碳在0.005%以下,甚至不增碳,且有效降低了钢水中夹杂物含量。

技术领域
本发明属于炼钢连铸技术领域,特别是提供了一种管线钢冶炼专用中包覆盖剂,专用的低碳高碱度中包覆盖剂,适用于管线钢浇铸时防止钢水增碳及二次氧化。 
背景技术
管线钢中碳含量较低,对夹杂物要求也比较严格。整个冶炼工序中,只有转炉承担脱碳任务,因此对于低碳钢的冶炼,转炉后各工序要做好防止增碳的工作,以减轻转炉脱碳压力。另外,冶炼低碳钢时钢水氧化性较强,钢种夹杂物较多,要充分去除夹杂物,需要炉渣、保护渣等吸附夹杂物能力更强。首秦管线钢开发过程中,出现连铸增碳达到0.01%~0.02%以及夹杂物超标的现象,为了保证管线钢成品中碳及夹杂物含量达到合格水平,因此开发出连铸时中间包用低碳高碱度覆盖剂。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种管线钢冶炼专用中包覆盖剂,解决了碳及夹杂物超标的问题。 
本发明的低碳高碱度中间包覆盖剂组成质量百分数为C:4~6%,CaO:20~40%,MgO:7~9%,SiO2:13~17%,Na2O:5~7%,Al2O3:18~20%,余量为TFe:微量,K2O:微量。 
本发明大优点在于,低碳高碱度中间包覆盖剂保证了连铸增碳在0.005%以下,甚至不增碳,且有效降低了钢水中夹杂物含量。 
具体实施方式
严格控制管线钢浇铸时中包覆盖剂的成分,每包钢水消耗覆盖剂30kg~40kg,在未加套管或套管未浸入钢液面时严禁向中包冲击区加入覆盖剂。以下是某次实际生产数据:
