Abstract

一种利用高钙粉煤灰生产水泥的方法。该方法是在磨细的水泥熟料和高钙粉煤灰中掺入5%~30%细磨的潜在水硬性材料或火山灰质材料,消除高钙粉煤灰中游离氧化钙的不良影响,生产出安定性合格的水泥。

Description

本发明属于用高钙粉煤灰生产水泥的方法。
在利用高钙粉煤灰做水泥混合材时,由于其成分中游离氧化钙含量比一般粉煤灰高,其掺量通常只能控制在10%以内,否则即会引起水泥安定性不合格。《水泥》期刊一九八六年第七期第14页“开远褐煤粉煤灰作水泥混合材”一文中记载了一种“蒸养细磨”方法。该方法把高钙粉煤灰(即该文中“褐煤粉煤灰”)或掺入了部分焦渣灰的高钙粉煤灰先进行蒸养,使粉煤灰中的钙和硅直接水热合成为水化矿物,同时使部分游离氧化钙消解成氢氧化钙,蒸养后进行细磨处理以增加它的比表面积、加速了水化速度,从而减弱了高钙粉煤灰所含游离氧化钙对水泥安定性不良的影响。高钙粉煤灰经蒸养细磨方法处理后作为水泥混合材时,最高掺量40%可制备325号粉煤灰硅酸盐水泥。《粉煤灰水泥》(中国建筑工业出版社出版,1977年8月第一版)一书中(第98页)描述的另一种已有技术是在高钙粉煤灰中加入少量激发剂如石膏、氯化钙、氯化钠等共同磨细后制得纯粉煤灰水泥。该种掺有氯化钙、氯化钠等外加剂的纯粉煤灰水泥由于氯离子的作用,易造成钢筋锈蚀,因而限制了它的使用范围,例如不能用来拌制钢筋混凝土等。采用“蒸养细磨”的工艺方法虽然能消解部分游离氧化钙,使高钙粉煤灰作水泥混合材掺量达40%,但蒸养工艺能耗大,蒸养时间长、效率低、并需增加蒸养设施,从而增大了粉煤灰的处理费用。
本发明的任务是提出一种既节省时间又节约能量,并且在不增加设施的基础上能大量利用高钙粉煤灰生产出安定性合格的水泥的方法。
该方法是在磨制的水泥熟料和高钙粉煤灰时,复合掺入5%~30%(以重量计)的潜在水硬性材料或火山灰质材料。
本发明中的高钙粉煤灰是指其化学成分中氧化钙含量为25%~55%、游离氧化钙一般在7~10%的粉煤灰。当高钙粉煤灰掺入量为10~50%时复合加入一种占水泥总重量5%~30%的潜在水硬性材料或火山灰质材料,就可以改善水泥安定性,使生产的水泥安定性合格。同时水泥仍具有较好的凝结时间和较好的强度。本发明所采用的潜在水硬性材料有粒化电炉磷矿渣,粒化高炉矿渣,其中以磷渣效果最好。本发明所采用的火山灰质材料有沸石、火山灰、浮石、凝灰岩、硅藻土、煤矸石、页岩渣、烧粘土、煤渣、硅质渣、酸性粉煤灰等。其中以掺入沸石类矿物效果最佳。本发明方法所制得的水泥,其粉磨细度均要求在0.08毫米方孔筛,筛余量在12%以下。
试验证明,当用47%的熟料,40%的高钙粉煤灰再加入10%的电炉磷矿渣,可制得625号粉煤灰水泥;用47%的熟料、40%的高钙粉煤灰再复合掺入10%的沸石,也可以制得合格的425号水泥。采用本发明的方法,在不增加设备的情况下,使高钙粉煤灰能被大量利用,其掺加量突破了高钙粉煤灰只能掺加到10%以内的限制。掺加量可提高到50%仍能保证水泥安定性合格。节约了能耗,减少了熟料用量,因而也降低了水泥成本。同时又避免了水泥中氯离子对钢筋的有害影响。当高钙粉煤灰的掺量达50%时,只要加入10%~20%的沸石或磷矿渣,就能生产出325号~525号水泥。其标号已远远高出了砌筑水泥所规定的125号、175号、225号三个标号。用本发明方法生产的水泥,可广泛用于建筑领域中。

Claims (3)

1、利用氧化钙含量为25%~55%的高钙粉煤灰生产水泥的方法,生产时可以将水泥熟料、高钙粉煤灰及掺加的复合材料混合后粉磨,或者分别粉磨后再混合,使所制得水泥细度到0.08毫米方孔筛筛余量为12%以下,其特征在于:所掺加的复合材料是重量为5%~30%的沸石或电炉磷矿渣。
2、按照权利要求1所述的生产方法,其特征还在于高钙粉煤灰掺量可达10~50%。
3、按照权利要求1所述的生产方法,其特征还在于沸石或电炉磷矿渣的最佳掺加量为10%~20%。
