Abstract
空心圆柱形过滤元件的、尤其是液体过滤器的塑料端面板,具有至少两个塑料层,其中塑料端面板的一个端面塑料层与一个空心圆柱形的折叠成锯齿形的过滤介质可借助于端面塑料层熔化的方法相连接,其中所述端面塑料层对于红外线辐射或者热辐射基本上透明地构成,并且与此相邻的塑料层基本上吸收红外线辐射地构成。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种塑料端面板。此外本发明涉及到一种在使用这样的端面板的情况下过滤元件的制造方法。
背景技术
这样的塑料端面板的任务是形成一个大部分圆环形的、过滤介质可以被密封地嵌入的表面。此外塑料端面板应该具有一种连接轮廓,该连接轮廓适合于对于连接元件密封的和可拆卸的连接的制造。一种这样的端面板例如公布在DE19919289中。在这里描述了一种用于与过滤介质密封的接合的塑料端面板的制造。为此使用了彼此重叠布置的、具有不同的热特性的塑料板,由此它可以通过感应处理有选择地被加热。
DE10106734表示了一种用于在流体不能透过的塑料和一种流体可以透过的过滤材料之间的连接的制造方法。在这种情况下塑料端面板在待连接的区域通过一个红外线热源塑化,其中红外线热源必须具有预先确定的技术特征。
为了能够通过感应热源被加热,这种端面板必须具有金属颗粒,由于这类塑料端面板更难清除,这是在第一种塑料端面板中的缺点。第二种方法的塑料端面板不允许含有可以强烈地吸收热量的、彩色的直至黑色的材料构成的颜料。它在塑料之内在快速的和强烈的加热时可能导致破坏材料的放热反应。在塑料之内没有吸收热量的材料,对塑料产生影响的辐射强度也就不能太高,因为否则的话可能在塑料的表面上产生气泡和烧伤。
发明内容
因此本发明的任务是,提出一种塑料端面板,该塑料端面板制造简单并且成本低廉,并且在同样短的塑化时间中,使得在接合区域特别均质的塑化成为可能。
该任务通过一种优先用于液体过滤器的空心圆柱形过滤元件的塑料端面板获得解决。该塑料端面板具有至少两个塑料层,其中塑料端面板的一个端面塑料层与一个空心圆柱形的折叠成锯齿形的过滤介质可借助于端面塑料层熔化的方法相连接。其特征在于,所述端面塑料层对于红外线辐射或者热辐射基本上构成透明的,并且与此相邻的塑料层对于红外线辐射基本上构成吸收的。
所述任务还通过一种带有一个上述端面板的过滤元件来解决。
上述任务还通过一种用于在处于并排位置的、折叠成锯齿形的液体可以透过的过滤材料的端部边缘和塑料端面板之间牢固而密封的连接的连接方法来解决,在该方法中塑料端面板具有两个基本上板状的塑料层。根据本发明,在第一道工序中,第一个对于红外线辐射基本上透明的塑料层借助于红外线辐射源被透射,其中红外线辐射在第二个对于红外线辐射基本上吸收的塑料层中被吸收,并且第二个塑料层的一部分和第一个塑料层完全被熔化,在第二道工序中,红外线辐射源被移开,在第三道工序中,过滤材料的端部边缘被压入到第一塑料层已被熔化的区域中,在第四道工序中,压入的过滤材料一直被保持,直到与塑料在压入位置构成牢固的连接。
本发明的塑料端面板具有两个基本上圆柱形的塑料层,其中塑料端面板的一个端面塑料层与一个空心圆柱形的折叠成锯齿形的过滤介质可借助于端面塑料层熔化的方法相连接。与此同时塑料层可以相互粘接、焊接、在双组分方法下制造或者也可以仅彼此重叠地平放在一起。与此同时端面塑料层被塑化,并且在塑化状态中被压紧到过滤介质的折叠端部并且在那里被时效硬化。与此同时塑料端面板可优选的用于液体过滤器,然而塑料端面板用于气体过滤器也是可能的。此外所述端面塑料层对于红外线辐射或者热辐射基本上透明地构成,并且直接与此相邻的塑料层基本上对于红外线辐射吸收地构成。与此同时在用红外线源辐射时所述端面塑料层被红外线辐射穿过,并且通过原子和分子的激发而加热。然而红外线源辐射的大部分穿过该端面塑料层,并且击中相邻塑料层的边界层,在那里它们部分地被吸收并且部分地被反射。反射的红外线辐射重新又从里面使端面塑料层加热。击中在塑料层之间的边界层的红外线辐射部分使在相邻塑料层区域中的边界层加热。此外通过热的边界层产生一个由内部不仅到相邻的塑料层而且到端面的塑料层的传热。与此同时端面塑料层优选的是自然色,或者用透光或者透激光的颜料染色。通过这样的结构塑料端面板实现了在熔化过程中最热的位置位于在塑料端面板端面塑料层和相邻塑料层之间的边界层内部,并且由此端面塑料层被非常均匀地塑化。这对于与过滤介质端面边缘的焊接具有非常重要的意义。由此可以实现较大的渗入深度和更好的可加工性,因此获得更好的气密性。此外循环时间可显著减少,因为对于红外线辐射基本上透明的材料在强烈的辐射开始时不易于形成气泡,并且辐射部分可更好地在塑料端面板中分布。因此在工艺过程中从头开始就可以用更大的辐射强度,这导致工艺过程时间的缩短。此外主加热区位于边界层区域中,因此相邻塑料层其余部分保持形状稳定,这导致更好的处理性。
根据本发明的一个有利的方案,塑料端面板在双组分注塑方法中由热塑性塑料制造。与此同时优选的是首先注塑对于红外线辐射吸收的塑料层,并且紧接着将对于红外线辐射基本上透明的端面塑料层注塑在吸收的塑料层上。该制造方法完全成熟,并且在工艺过程可靠性上带来巨大的优点。
与此同时当端面塑料层由一种基本上无玻璃纤维的聚酰胺组成,并且与此相邻的带有吸收特性的塑料层由一种添加了深色的吸收热量的颗粒的玻璃纤维增强聚酰胺组成时是有利的。通过借助于基本上无玻璃纤维的聚酰胺的端面塑料层的结构获得优点,塑化过程可以非常均匀地进行,并且与锯齿形折叠的过滤介质的端部的连接可以特别紧密。然后塑料端面板的必要的稳定性通过相邻塑料层的、玻璃纤维增强的聚酰胺的结构来保证。
根据本发明的一个有利的方案,端面塑料层在径向端部具有一个轴向伸出的环形凸缘。它可以布置在端面塑料层的外径向端部或者内径向端部。与此同时,环形凸缘轴向向离开过滤介质的方向延伸,并且与其相一致的密封配合件构成密封轮廓。其中,密封配合件可以是一个外壳侧或者元件侧的中心管或者也可以是一个壳体侧的定位套管。密封轮廓由环形凸缘整体构成。
此外与端面塑料层相邻的塑料层构成一个功能元件,尤其是一个液体出口,这也是可能的。与端面塑料层相邻的塑料层是塑料端面板背向过滤介质的一侧,其中,该塑料层也可以用于在外壳中过滤元件的定中心和固定,或者构成排放螺栓的通孔和螺纹。
根据本发明的一个有利的替代方案,相邻塑料层的朝向端面塑料层一侧具有一个表面扩大的外形高低起伏的轮廓。例如它可以在一种唱片的轮廓形式下或者在环绕的波纹线或者锯齿形线的形式下实现。因为两个塑料层在双组分方法下制造,与此相应的端面塑料层具有与此相一致的表面轮廓。借助于表面扩大的外形高低起伏的轮廓,由于表面的扩大,通过红外线辐射到在两个相邻的塑料层之间的边界层上而获得更多的热量,因此工艺过程时间进一步显著地被减少。
对于与根据本发明的塑料端面板相联系的过滤元件的制造,在第一道工序中,第一个对于红外线辐射基本上透明的塑料层借助于红外线辐射源被透射。在这里红外线辐射源可以是一个激光器或者红外线辐射器。红外线辐射穿过第一个端面的基本上透明的塑料层,并且击中第二个对于红外线辐射基本上吸收的塑料层。在两个塑料层之间的边界层上通过红外线辐射的吸收产生一个在熔化温度之上的大的热量,由此边界层开始被塑化。在穿过时,通过在边界层上红外线辐射的反射和基本上透明的塑料层微小的加热,塑料层被从内向外均匀地和均质地塑化。在第二道工序中,红外线辐射源被移开,并且处于并排位置的、折叠成锯齿形的液体可以透过的过滤材料的端部边缘被压入到第一塑料层还在熔化的塑化区域。该位置一直被保持,直到过滤材料的端部边缘与塑料在压入位置达到牢固的连接。通过塑料端面板的特殊布置,这时红外线辐射源可以用高的辐射强度工作,以使获得非常短的循环时间。
本发明的优选的替代方案的其它的特征除了由权利要求书之外,也由说明和附图得知,其中单个的特征各自可以独立的,或者在本发明的结构形式下,可以以多个下面组合的形式,并且在其它的领域中变为现实,并且可以是有利的、以及对于这里需要保护时、自身有保护能力的结构。

具体实施方式
图1表示了一种液体过滤器10,尤其是燃油过滤器,带有一个具有入口12和排出口13的杯型外壳11。其中排出口13布置在杯型外壳11端面的中心,并且入口12同心地分布在围绕着排出口13布置的多个孔上。一个过滤元件14布置在杯型外壳11的内部,它密封地将未过滤侧30与过滤侧31分隔开。在杯型外壳11下面的区域,过滤元件14通过一个底座15轴向支撑在外壳11中。底座15具有一个过滤元件14的支座以及一个内螺纹16,该内螺纹在杯型外壳的底座上形成一个排放螺栓17的支座。在液体过滤器10作为燃油过滤器-特别的作为柴油过滤器-使用时,相对于燃料更重的水汇聚在杯型外壳11下面的区域,然后水可以通过排放螺栓17从杯型外壳11中排出。杯型外壳11通过一个金属盖板18封闭。该盖板18具有一个布置在中心的螺纹支座19,该螺纹支座支撑一个在这里未表示的配合件,例如一个燃油组件或者甚至一个汽缸体的螺纹管接头。盖板18与杯型外壳11的壳体壁通过一个固定板20固定,其中固定板20一方面与杯型外壳11通过一个卷边密封地和不可拆卸地连接,另一方面盖板18通过一个折边同样密封地支撑。此外液体过滤器的入口或者排出口12、13被布置在盖板18中。固定板20轴向外部具有一个用于容纳密封件21的环绕的槽,该密封件用于液体过滤器10相对于配合件的密封。过滤元件具有一个空心圆柱形布置的、优选的是由滤纸或者过滤纤维网或者合成材料或者所有材料的混合物构成的锯齿形折叠的过滤介质22,为防止被压垮,过滤介质通过一个位于内部的支撑管23支撑。过滤元件14在下部通过一个完整的下端面板24被封闭,端面板由一种基本上对于红外线辐射透明的热塑性材料构成。端面板24通过红外线焊接方法与基本上对于红外线辐射吸收的底座15相焊接。然而一种封闭的腈橡胶端面板也是可考虑的,腈橡胶端面板平放在底座15上或者与底座通过粘接方法相连接。在处在对面的端面上,过滤元件14具有一个敞开的端面板25,该端面板具有一个端面板部分26和一个密封部分27。密封部分27具有一个轴向离开过滤介质延伸的环形凸缘33。该环形凸缘通到一个T形件,其中T形件的一端是面对盖板18的垂直环绕边缘的径向密封28,并且密封部分27的T形件处于对面的端部轴向紧贴在盖板18的水平接触面上。由此一方面获得一个轴向密封,另一方面通过在径向密封28上一定的轴向压紧,通过环形凸缘33的T形脚的小的扭转获得一个由此产生的更好的径向密封作用。
图2表示了在塑料端面板区域的一个局部放大图。相应于前面附图的部件用同样的附图标记表示。这里可以清楚地看到塑料端面板25的双层结构。朝向过滤介质22的端面具有一个对于红外线辐射透明的、整个支撑着过滤介质22的塑料层32。透明塑料层32在径向内部区域具有一个在密封件27上延伸的环形凸缘33a。与透明的塑料层32相连接的是一个吸收的塑料层34,该吸收的塑料层在它径向内侧端部同样具有一个构成与环形凸缘33a的形状相一致的环形凸缘33b,并且形状稳定的支撑住它。在透明的塑料层32和吸收的塑料层34之间的界面上布置了一个锯齿轮廓35。它用于使穿过透明塑料层32的红外线辐射的更好的吸收和反射,以使在界面区域的塑化过程更快的实现。
Claims (8)
1.优先用于液体过滤器的空心圆柱形过滤元件的塑料端面板,具有至少两个塑料层,其中塑料端面板的一个端面塑料层与一个空心圆柱形的折叠成锯齿形的过滤介质可借助于端面塑料层熔化的方法相连接,其特征在于,所述端面塑料层对于红外线辐射或者热辐射基本上构成透明的,并且与此相邻的塑料层对于红外线辐射基本上构成吸收的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料端面板,其特征在于,所述塑料端面板在双组分方法下由热塑性塑料在注塑方法下制造。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的塑料端面板,其特征在于,所述端面塑料层由一种基本上无玻璃纤维的聚酰胺组成,并且所述相邻的塑料层由一种添加了深色的吸收热量的颗粒的玻璃纤维增强的聚酰胺组成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的塑料端面板,其特征在于,端面塑料层在径向端部具有一个轴向伸出的环形凸缘,其中环形凸缘构成一个对与其相一致的密封配合件的密封轮廓。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的塑料端面板,其特征在于,此外所述与端面塑料层相邻的塑料层构成一个功能元件,尤其是一个液体出口。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的塑料端面板,其特征在于,所述相邻塑料层的朝向端面塑料层的一侧具有一个表面扩大的外形高低起伏的轮廓。
7.带有一个根据权利要求1或2所述的端面板的过滤元件。
8.用于在处于并排位置的、折叠成锯齿形的液体可以透过的过滤材料的端部边缘和塑料端面板之间牢固而密封的连接的连接方法,其中塑料端面板具有两个基本上板状的塑料层,其特征在于,在第一道工序中,第一个对于红外线辐射基本上透明的塑料层借助于红外线辐射源被透射,其中红外线辐射在第二个对于红外线辐射基本上吸收的塑料层中被吸收,并且第二个塑料层的一部分和第一个塑料层完全被熔化,在第二道工序中,红外线辐射源被移开,在第三道工序中,过滤材料的端部边缘被压入到第一塑料层已被熔化的区域中,在第四道工序中,压入的过滤材料一直被保持,直到与塑料在压入位置构成牢固的连接。
