本发明涉及滴定管,更具体地涉及但不局限于用于静脉内液体给药的医用滴定管。
背景技术
澳大利亚专利号689324(与美国专利号5885532为同族专利),说明了一种医用滴定管,其控制提供给患者的静脉内液体的流动,同时通过隔膜等输送第二种液体。
上述装置的结构比较复杂,因此生产成本较高。
上述滴定管在用于分配药物时还存在其它缺点。在使用中,从IV袋的液体输送终止。直到出口关闭时流体仍然从滴定管流出。然而当出口关闭时在滴定管中仍然具有相当多的剩余液体。然后再加入药物,药物的效果基本上被剩余液体稀释了。当已输送药物并且出口由滴定管中液体的滴下而再次关闭,药物的很多部分仍然留在滴定管中。因此不仅稀释了药物,而且不能输送所有药物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服或显著改良上述缺陷。
在此公开一种滴定管,包括:
伸长中空本体,其具有在使用中基本竖直定向的纵向轴线,该本体包括容纳由所述滴定管分配的液体的腔室;
入口通道,其向所述腔室内延伸以便末端部终止于所述腔室内,液体经由该入口通道被输送至所述腔室;
从所述腔室延伸的出口,该出口位于所述入口端部的下方;和
浮阀,其位于所述入口通道与所述出口之间,并且可根据所述腔室中液位的变化在二者之间移动,所述浮阀具有容纳液体的凹部,该凹部与所述端部竖直对齐,以便在所述腔室中的液位高于预定液位时,使所述端部位于所述凹部中液位下方,从而至少防止通过所述通道流向所述腔室的流动,在所述腔室中的液位下降至预定液位以下时,使所述浮阀与所述出口接合以关闭所述出口,从而防止更多的液体离开所述腔室。
优选地,所述入口通道由管提供。
优选地,所述腔室竖直伸长,且所述入口还包括中空杆,该中空杆具有其中安装有所述管的下端,所述杆还具有连接至液体源的上端。
优选地,所述滴定管包括导向器,所述浮阀位于该导向器中以便被引导从而在上侧位置和下侧端部之间基本竖直地移动,在该上侧位置所述端部位于所述凹部中,在该下侧端部关闭所述出口。
优选地,其中所述导向器提供套筒,当关闭所述出口时所述浮阀位于该套筒中。
在此还提供另一种滴定管,其包括:

优选地,所述第一关闭部件和所述第二关闭部件是弹性垫。
优选地,所述浮阀包括连接所述第一关闭部件和所述第二关闭部件的中空本体。
优选地,所述第一关闭部件和所述第二关闭部件沿着所述轴线对齐。
优选地,所述第二关闭部件与所述出口直接接合。
在另一个优选方式中,所述第二关闭部件提供有围绕所述出口的密封件,从而将所述出口与所述腔室隔离开,以便有效关闭所述出口。

具体实施方式
在附图的图1和图2中示意性地示出滴定管10。滴定管10是医用滴定管,并用于接收来自静脉输液源(袋)29的液体,以通过管30将液体输送给患者。
滴定管10包括中空本体11,其大致为圆柱形并且围绕腔室12。优选地,本体11是透明的,因此用户可以观察到腔室12中的液位。
本体11的上端由带有口14的顶壁13关闭,通过该口14可将另一种液体输送至腔室12。
壁13中安装有入口装置16,其包括加长的中空杆15,该中空杆15的上端终止于端部17,该端部17与延伸到静脉输液源例如柔性袋的柔性管18接合。
装置16还包括具有纵向通道36的管19。管19从杆15的关闭下端向内延伸,并从杆15向外伸出,以便具有位于腔室12中的通道36的下侧端部20。在使用中,液体进入杆15中,且最终流经管19(通道36)通过端部20流出以输送至腔室12。
本体11的下端由塞子21关闭。塞子21中安装有具有上端23的出口管22。
浮阀24置于端部20和23之间,与管19和22大致竖直对齐。浮阀24具有凹部25,以容纳腔室12中的液体。
塞子21具有带侧壁27的凹部26,侧壁27随着腔室12中液位变化而引导浮阀24的移动。凹部26用作容纳浮阀24的套筒(socket),从而在出口管22关闭时减少残留液体。
管22向出口28输送液体。
在上述医用滴定管10的操作中,当向腔室12输送液体时,浮阀24上升直到凹部25中的液体与端部20接合,从而可防止继续流经管19。当腔室12中的液位落在预定水平之下时,浮阀24与端部23接合以关闭出口管22。壁27引导浮阀24竖直运动,并且该浮阀24通过改变腔室12的液位而在上、下位置之间移动,以向管22即出口28提供规律恒定的流动。
优选地,滴定管10适于被悬挂以具有大致竖直方向的纵向轴线29。
通过管31和32将滴定管10连接到袋29上,该管31和32被平行地设置并且通过管33连接至袋出口上。管32连接至口14中的一个,以助于滴定管10的最初装载。优选地,管32具有连接其上夹子34,该夹子34可操作以关闭管32。管31上也具有可调节夹35,以辅助调节流经的液体。
在图3中示意地示出图1和图2所示滴定管10的改变形式。在该实施方式中,杆15的下端由多个肋片37将其保持在恰当位置上,肋片37从杆15下端径向延伸,以控制本体11的内表面。
浮阀24具有截头圆锥体形纵向壁38,其朝轴线29向上会聚,壁38连接顶壁39和底壁40。顶壁40包括凹部提供部件41,其具有提供凹部25的中空突起42。突起42具有上部开口43,管19穿过该开口43进入凹部25中,因此通道36的下端20能够位于凹部25中。凹部25的下部设有弹性垫44,其可与下端20接合以通过该接合来辅助关闭下端20。
底壁40具有连接至其上的中空突起45,该中空突起45容纳管22。更具体地,突起45具有开口46,管22从此开口伸出,可由弹性垫47接合的上侧端部23由突起45保持在适当位置上。当由垫47接合时,端部23关闭。
在图4和图5所示的实施方式中,杆15的下端设有通道50,通道50具有由浮阀52关闭的下端51。浮阀52具有大致为环形结构的中空本体53,提供大致纵向的中央通道54。弹性阀部件55置于通道54中,弹性阀部件55具有上端56(提供第一关闭部件),该上端56与通道50的下端51接合以关闭通道50。弹性阀部件54的下部具有环形密封部57(第二关闭部件),该环形密封部57与底壁58接合,管22从底壁58伸出,从而上端由部件57密封地围绕,由此关闭。浮阀52根据腔室12中的液位在通道50和管22之间移动。当在其上限时下端51关闭,而在其最低端时,管52因与腔室12分隔而关闭。因此,浮阀52的位置调节腔室12中的液位。
在图6所示的实施方式中,杆15的下端由肋片58支撑,该肋片58延伸至与本体11相接合的边缘59。浮阀52具有弹性垫60和61(第一和第二关闭部件),垫60用来关闭通道50,而垫61用来关闭管22。
垫60和61,以及端部50和管22,置于纵向轴线29上。

Claims (8)

1.一种滴定管,包括:
伸长中空本体,其具有在使用中基本竖直定向的纵向轴线,该本体包括容纳由所述滴定管分配的液体的腔室;
入口通道,其向所述腔室内延伸以便末端部终止于所述腔室内,液体经由该入口通道被输送至所述腔室;
从所述腔室延伸的出口,该出口位于所述入口端部的下方;和
浮阀,其位于所述入口通道与所述出口之间,并且可根据所述腔室中液位的变化在二者之间移动,所述浮阀具有容纳液体的凹部,该凹部与所述端部竖直对齐,以便在所述腔室中的液位高于预定液位时,使所述端部位于所述凹部中液位下方,从而至少防止通过所述通道流向所述腔室的流动,在所述腔室中的液位下降至预定液位以下时,使所述浮阀与所述出口接合以关闭所述出口,从而防止更多的液体离开所述腔室。
2.如权利要求1所述的滴定管,其中所述入口通道由管提供。
3.如权利要求2所述的滴定管,其中所述腔室竖直伸长,且所述入口还包括中空杆,该中空杆具有其中安装有所述管的下端,所述杆还具有连接至液体源的上端。
4.如权利要求1、2或3所述的滴定管,包括导向器,所述浮阀位于该导向器中以便被引导从而在上侧位置和下侧端部之间基本竖直地移动,在该上侧位置所述端部位于所述凹部中,在该下侧端部关闭所述出口。
5.如权利要求4所述的滴定管,其中所述导向器提供套筒,当关闭所述出口时所述浮阀位于该套筒中。
6.一种滴定管,包括:
伸长中空本体,其具有在使用中基本竖直定向的纵向轴线,该本体包括容纳由所述滴定管分配的液体的腔室;
入口通道,其向所述腔室内延伸以便末端部终止于所述腔室内,液体经由该入口通道被输送至所述腔室;
从所述腔室延伸的出口,该出口位于所述入口端部的下方;和
浮阀,其位于所述入口通道与所述出口之间,并且可根据所述腔室中液位的变化在二者之间移动,所述浮阀具有中空本体和延伸通过该中空本体的弹性阀部件,所述弹性阀部件提供了与所述末端部接合以关闭所述通道的第一关闭部件以及关闭所述出口的第二关闭部件,使得当所述腔室中的液位高于预定液位时,所述第一关闭部件关闭所述末端部,而当所述腔室中的液位低于另一个预定液位时,所述第二关闭部件关闭所述出口。
7.如权利要求6所述的滴定管,其中所述弹性阀部件沿着所述轴线对齐。
8.如权利要求6或7所述的滴定管,其中所述第二关闭部件提供有围绕所述出口的密封件,从而将所述出口与所述腔室隔离开,以便有效关闭所述出口。
