Abstract
本发明在所属技术中可适用于流体关断装置,且涉及用于高温流体的金属座,所述金属座通过所述金属座(3)自身的构造(也就是压力驱动的整体金属座)来提供与阀体(1)的金属对金属密封,所述金属座具有与阀体(1)接触的金属唇缘(3a)。

技术领域
本发明在所属技术领域中可适用于流体关断装置,且涉及供高温流体使用的金属座。
本发明所关注的关断装置是所谓的“直通型双盘式板(through conduit double discslab)”闸阀的球阀。
背景技术
在现有技术中,全金属密封在金属座和球(关断部件)之间提供密封作用,而其他金属密封用于保证所述座和阀体之间的密封作用。
发明目的
本发明的目的是将使用范围扩大到高温下,且避免在座和阀体之间提供辅助的金属密封。
技术方案
在本文所描述和主张的解决方案中,本新颖座在两侧均形成整体的金属对金属密封,也就是说,既在阀的阀体和座之间也在其座和球(或机械关断部件)之间:这会避免在闭合区域(整体压力驱动金属座)中需要任何弹簧加载的金属密封。
这种双密封(尤其是在座和阀体之间)是由金属座的特定设计来保证的,所述金属座具有和阀体接触的金属唇缘;此外,在组装期间(也就是说,在没有内部压力的条件下)使此金属唇缘接触所述阀体;因此,低压密封已经由初始接触压力(组装期间的预加载)保证。
这些目标和优点是由本发明的高温流体阀的金属座来实现的,其由随附权利要求书来表征。

具体实施方式
参见图1,其显示三个部件的剖视图,即阀体1、流体检验球2、置于所述体1和球2之间的金属座3。
在本文所描述和显示的实施例中,提供数个不同类型的金属座3来增大阀组合件的操作范围,如图2、图4和图6中详细显示,其既在阀体1和座3之间也在座3和球2(也就是所述机械关断部件)之间整体且直接地提供金属对金属密封,且因此避免在所述闭合区域上需要任何弹簧加载的密封。
金属座3和体1之间的密封是由金属座的特定设计来保证的,如下文中所描述。
根据第一配置,如图2和图3中所显示,这个金属座3具有和阀体1接触的金属唇缘3a,即经由形成于其顶部处的环形金属突起3b。
在操作中,阀中的压力将迫使唇缘3a抵靠体1,且环形突起3b将保证在高压条件下也有密封作用。
根据第二配置,如图4和图5中显示,可看见径向延伸的环形空腔10,其从内壁(也就是与流体流接触的壁)形成于唇缘3a中。
在操作中,阀中的压力将穿透所述空腔10,并迫使唇缘3a的3c部分抵靠体1,由此来保证在高压条件下也有密封作用:径向空腔10将用于为接触唇缘赋予挠性。
和前面的配置不同的是,在这个配置中,与阀体1的接触将从侧面发生,也就是朝向左边,且因此提供密封。
根据第三变化形式,如图4A和图4B中显示,提供一种对称金属唇缘3a,也就是具有两个3c部分;这个对称唇缘3a的目的是在体空腔中有过度压力的情况下保证座和阀体之间的密封。
根据第四配置,如图6和图7中显示,也显示一种金属唇缘3a,其既具有金属环形突起3b,也具有沿圆周方向延伸的环形空腔20(空腔10),即位于所述突起3b下方,来为其上定位有所述突起的唇缘部分赋予挠性。
同样,压力将穿透空腔20且保持所述唇缘部分和突起3b紧压阀体1。
为了使金属唇缘3a方便地实现其目的,使用初始接触压力(通过在组装期间预加载)将其耦合到所述体1。在操作期间将通过内部压力(也就是管线中的压力)来保持这种唇缘3a抵靠体1。
可将辅助石墨环用作维护上述功能的补充密封,所述环由于在这种用途中的广泛使用而未显示。
Claims (2)
1.一种用于高温流体阀的金属座(3),其特征在于其通过所述金属座(3)自身的构造来直接且整体地在所述阀体(1)与所述金属座(3)之间、及所述金属座(3)与球(2)之间均提供金属对金属密封,所述金属座(3)具有与所述阀体(1)接触的金属唇缘(3a),其中所述阀体(1)与所述金属座(3)之间的所述密封是通过在组装期间对具有径向延伸的空腔(10)的所述金属唇缘(3a)进行预加载且由所述流体中的压力来保证的,所述压力适于在操作期间保持所述唇缘(3a)抵靠所述阀体(1)。
2.一种用于高温流体阀的金属座(3),其特征在于其通过所述金属座(3)自身的构造来直接且整体地在所述阀体(1)与所述金属座(3)之间、及所述金属座(3)与球(2)之间均提供金属对金属密封,所述金属座(3)具有与所述阀体(1)接触的金属唇缘(3a),其中所述金属唇缘(3a)是对称的,以在所述阀体(1)的空腔中有过度压力的情况下保证所述座和所述阀体(1)之间的密封作用。
