Abstract
本发明公开了一种解酒剂及其制备方法。元宝枫叶经醇提、浓缩、大孔树脂吸附、洗脱、浓缩、干燥、粉碎后制得元宝枫叶提取物。枳椇子经醇提、浓缩、干燥、粉碎后制得枳椇子提取物。将元宝枫叶提取物、枳椇子提取物、葛根粉、山楂粉和VB6混合均匀,即为本发明解酒剂的活性组份。再以常规方法制成口服剂型,即为所需的解酒剂产品。本发明采用药食同源的植物进行组配,含量准确、均衡、没有毒性,可以非常方便的长期食用。具有醒酒,清热解毒、保护肝脏,增强体内微循环的功效,同时可减轻酒后头痛、头晕感觉。能明显降低血液中过高的血脂浓度,可用于动脉硬化、血栓、冠心病等疾病的预防和辅助治疗。

背景技术
人类饮酒已经有上千年的历史,特别在我国自古就有“无酒不成席”的说法。科学研究表明,适量饮酒能够舒筋活血,对人体有益。但酒精会麻醉神经,酒喝多了会使人神志不清,引起肠胃不适和呕吐,加重肝脏负担,使人性情暴躁、疲劳、多痰、食欲不振和燥热等症状。市场上的解酒剂产品有很多种,虽然也能起到一定的解酒作用,但大多不能长期服用,同时也缺乏对心脑血管疾病的预防和保健作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种效果显著、由纯植物配制而成的解酒剂。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种制备所述解酒剂的方法。
本发明的解酒剂选择元宝枫、枳椇子、葛根和山楂进行组配,通过他们的协同作用,达到醒酒、清热解毒、保护肝脏和增强体内微循环的功效。其中,元宝枫(Acer Truncatum Bunge)是槭树科槭属(Acer)落叶乔木,因翅果形状酷似中国古代“金锭”而得名。元宝枫叶中富含黄酮、强心甙、单宁、维生素、微量元素、氨基酸等,具有预防和治冠心病,心绞痛、血液循环障碍性疾病及抗病毒,消炎利胆,消除人体自由基等功效。
枳椇子为鼠李科(Rhamnaceae)拐枣属(Hovenia Thunb.)植物枳椇子的干燥成熟种子。在我国枳椇子分布广、资源丰富。枳椇子作为传统中药材应用历史悠久,已被卫生部药品标准收载。属养阴,生津,润燥,止渴,凉血类药物。其功效主要为清热利尿、止渴除烦、解酒毒。用于热病烦渴、呃逆、二便不利、酒精中毒。
葛根为豆科(Leguminasae)属植物葛[PuerariaLobata(Wild.)Ohwi]的根,是一种常用传统中药,是药、食两用的天然植物资源。葛根主要含:葛根素、大豆黄酮、大豆黄酮甙、β谷甾醇等,具有清凉下火,开胃下食,利尿解酒、生津止渴,抗菌解毒的特效,能降低胆固醇和血粘度,抑制血小板聚集,改善微循环的作用;另外葛根含有人体需要的十多种氨基酸和十多种微量元素,其中硒元素含量较高,具有一定的防癌抗癌之功效。
山楂(Crataegus pinnatifide Bunge)为蔷薇科(Rosaceae)山楂属植物山里红的干燥成熟果实;全国各地均有栽培,为药食同源植物。山楂含多种维生素、酒石酸、柠檬酸、山楂酸、苹果酸等,还含有黄酮类、内酯、糖类、蛋白质、脂肪和钙、磷、铁等矿物质;山楂具有消积化滞、收敛止痢、活血化淤等功效。近年来临床常以生山楂用于高血压、冠心病及高脂血症的治疗。
本发明解酒剂的组份用量是经过发明人大量摸索总结得到的,各组份用量在下述重量份范围内都具有较好地效果:
一种解酒剂,其特征在于它的活性成分由下述重量份的原料制成:元宝枫叶10~55份、枳椇子4~30份、葛根2~18份、山楂2~15份和VB61~8份。
将本发明解酒剂的活性组份进一步加入常规辅料,以常规方法制成口服剂型,例如胶囊剂、片剂、冲剂等。
本发明解酒剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1、按所述重量份称取各原料备用;
2、元宝枫叶经醇提、浓缩、大孔树脂吸附、洗脱、浓缩、干燥、粉碎后制得元宝枫叶提取物;
3、枳椇子经醇提、浓缩、干燥、粉碎后制得枳椇子提取物;
4、将葛根、山楂分别粉碎,过200目筛;
5、将元宝枫叶提取物、枳椇子提取物、葛根粉、山楂粉和VB6混合均匀,即为本发明解酒剂的活性组份;
6、进一步加入常规辅料,以常规方法制成口服剂型,例如胶囊剂、片剂、颗粒剂等。
与现有技术相比本发明具有以下优点:
1、本发明解酒剂采用药食同源的植物进行组配,含量准确、均衡、没有毒性,不破坏药理功能,可以非常方便的长期食用;
2、具有醒酒,清热解毒、保护肝脏,增强体内微循环的功效,同时可减轻酒后头痛、头晕感觉;
3、能明显降低血液中过高的血脂浓度,缓解因高血脂引起的高血压、心脑血管疾病及血液循环障碍等疾病,可用于动脉硬化、血栓、冠心病等疾病的预防和辅助治疗。
具体实施方式:
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步地详细说明,但它们并不是对本发明内容的限定。
实施例1
制备解酒剂,称取元宝枫叶80kg、枳椇子10kg、葛根6kg、山楂5kg和VB6 2kg备用。
将干燥的元宝枫叶粗碎后用720kg含量为50%的乙醇溶液,在温度为60℃下浸提2小时,取浸提液,过滤得滤液A。剩余残渣用400Kg含量为50%的乙醇溶液在温度60℃时再浸提1小时,过滤得滤液B,合并滤液A和B,蒸发回收乙醇。取溶剂油和上述回收乙醇后的水相按1∶1进行萃取2次,萃取后的水相采用大孔树脂充分吸附。将未吸附的水相用去离子水洗去,再用50%的乙醇将吸附物洗脱,收集洗脱液。洗脱液常压蒸发回收乙醇,再减压浓缩至膏状。将膏状物取出进行真空干燥,干燥后的产品经粉碎,过200目分筛,得元宝枫叶提取物。将枳椇子粉碎后用75kg含量为50%的乙醇溶液,在温度为70℃下浸提2小时,过滤得滤液A。剩余枳椇子残渣用50kg含量为50%的乙醇溶液在温度90℃下再浸提1小时,过滤得滤液B。合并滤液A和B,蒸发回收乙醇,进一步浓缩至膏状,将膏状物取出进行真空干燥,干燥后的产品经粉碎,过200目分筛,即得枳椇子提取物。将已切成小块并干燥的葛根加入粉碎机进行粉碎,并通过200目分筛,制得葛根粉。将干燥,无霉烂、颜色正常的山楂加入粉碎机进行粉碎,并通过200目分筛,制成山楂粉。将元宝枫叶提取物、枳椇子提取物、葛根粉、山楂粉和VB6混合均匀。经胶囊灌装机灌装而制得解酒胶囊。每粒胶囊净重0.25g,总黄酮含量不低于20mg。
实施例2
重复实施例1,有以下不同点:称取元宝枫叶100kg、枳椇子50kg、葛根30kg、山楂25kg和VB6 8kg备用。
制备解酒剂,将干燥的元宝枫叶粗碎后用1000kg含量为70%的乙醇溶液,在温度为80℃下浸提4小时,取浸提液,过滤得滤液A。剩余残渣用600Kg含量为70%的乙醇溶液在温度80℃时再浸提2小时,过滤得滤液B,合并滤液A和B,蒸发回收乙醇。取溶剂油和上述回收乙醇后的水相按1∶1进行萃取2次,萃取后的水相采用大孔树脂充分吸附。将未吸附的水相用去离子水洗去,再用80%的乙醇将吸附物洗脱,收集洗脱液。洗脱液常压蒸发回收乙醇,再减压浓缩至膏状。将膏状物取出进行真空干燥,干燥后的产品经粉碎,过200目分筛,得元宝枫叶提取物。将枳椇子粉碎后用300kg含量为50%的乙醇溶液,在温度为90℃下浸提2小时,过滤得滤液A。剩余枳椇子残渣用200kg含量为50%的乙醇溶液在温度90℃下再浸提1小时,过滤得滤液B。合并滤液A和B,蒸发回收乙醇,进一步浓缩至膏状,将膏状物取出进行真空干燥,干燥后的产品经粉碎,过200目分筛,即得枳椇子提取物。将已切成小块并干燥的葛根加入粉碎机进行粉碎,并通过200目分筛,制得葛根粉。将干燥,无霉烂、颜色正常的山楂加入粉碎机进行粉碎,并通过200目分筛,制成山楂粉。将元宝枫叶提取物、枳椇子提取物、葛根粉、山楂粉和VB6混合均匀。经胶囊灌装机灌装而制得解酒胶囊。每粒胶囊净重0.25g,总黄酮含量不低于20mg。
实施例3
重复实施例1,有以下不同点:称取元宝枫叶40kg、枳椇子60kg、葛根10kg、山楂12kg和VB6 5kg备用。
制备解酒剂,将干燥的元宝枫叶粗碎后用600kg含量为80%的乙醇溶液,在温度为80℃下浸提3小时,取浸提液,过滤得滤液A。剩余残渣用300Kg含量为80%的乙醇溶液在温度80℃时再浸提2小时,过滤得滤液B,合并滤液A和B,蒸发回收乙醇。取溶剂油和上述回收乙醇后的水相按1∶1进行萃取2次,萃取后的水相采用大孔树脂充分吸附。将未吸附的水相用去离子水洗去,再用80%的乙醇将吸附物洗脱,收集洗脱液。洗脱液常压蒸发回收乙醇,再减压浓缩至膏状。将膏状物取出进行真空干燥,干燥后的产品经粉碎,过200目分筛,得元宝枫叶提取物。将枳椇子粉碎后用480kg含量为70%的乙醇溶液,在温度为70℃下浸提4小时,过滤得滤液A。剩余枳椇子残渣用300kg含量为70%的乙醇溶液在温度70℃下再浸提2小时,过滤得滤液B。合并滤液A和B,蒸发回收乙醇,进一步浓缩至膏状,将膏状物取出进行真空干燥,干燥后的产品经粉碎,过200目分筛,即得枳椇子提取物。将已切成小块并干燥的葛根加入粉碎机进行粉碎,并通过200目分筛,制得葛根粉。将干燥,无霉烂、颜色正常的山楂加入粉碎机进行粉碎,并通过200目分筛,制成山楂粉。将元宝枫叶提取物、枳椇子提取物、葛根粉、山楂粉和VB6混合均匀。经胶囊灌装机灌装而制得解酒胶囊。每粒胶囊净重0.25g,总黄酮含量不低于20mg。
实施例4
重复实施例1,有以下不同点:选取表面光滑、无霉烂、无破损的葛根用水洗去泥土、沙子等杂质,无需除去表皮。将洗净的葛根块与水按比例1∶3加入碎解机中碎解。碎解机的筛网孔径选取2毫米规格即可。再将90~100目的钢丝筛置于一个干净的池子,在筛内铺上纱布,把浆末盛于纱布上,注入清水,充分搅动,使淀粉随水漏入池内,反复加水,直至淀粉与粉渣分离干净。将淀粉浆用离心机分离,离心机转速为每分钟1000转,离心10分钟即得湿淀粉。湿淀粉在60℃烘干就得到葛根粉。
实施例5
重复实施例1,有以下不同点:添加碳酸钙、可溶性淀粉,与本发明活性成分混合,在≤60℃下烘干后,加入1%硬脂酸镁,混匀,通过压片机压制成片,制得元宝枫解酒片。每粒净重0.20g,总黄酮含量不低于12mg。
实施例6
重复实施例1,有以下不同点:添加1%葡萄糖粉末,与本发明活性成分混合均匀。经灌装机按每袋1.0g灌装而制得解酒冲剂,每袋总黄酮含量不低于60mg。用200~300mL开水冲泡溶解饮用。
Claims (4)
1、一种解酒剂,其特征在于它的活性成分由下述重量份的原料制成:元宝枫叶10~55份、枳椇子4~30份、葛根2~18份、山楂2~15份和VB61~8份。
2、根据权利要求1所述的解酒剂,其特征在于:所述解酒剂的活性组份中进一步加入常规辅料,以常规方法制成口服剂型。
3、根据权利要求2所述的解酒剂,其特征在于:所述的口服剂型为胶囊剂、片剂或冲剂。
4、一种制备权利要求1所述解酒剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按所述重量份称取各原料备用;
(2)元宝枫叶经醇提、浓缩、大孔树脂吸附、洗脱、浓缩、干燥、粉碎后制得元宝枫叶提取物;
(3)枳椇子经醇提、浓缩、干燥、粉碎后制得枳椇子提取物;
(4)将葛根、山楂分别粉碎,过200目筛;
(5)将元宝枫叶提取物、枳椇子提取物、葛根粉、山楂粉和VB6混合均匀,即为本发明解酒剂的活性组份;
(6)进一步加入常规辅料,以常规方法制成口服剂型。
