Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承和轴组件,其包括轴和至少一个轴承,并设置有至少一个应变传感器。
背景技术
应变传感器用于测量载荷。应变传感器发出的信号然后被处理以表示载荷值。轴承中载荷的测量从例如DE102 50 340可获知,其中载荷测量轴承包括作为厚膜安装在轴承圈中的一个上的应变计。轴承圈形成有一槽,其中在所述圈的热处理过程中厚膜同应变计被烧坏。
这类设置具有这样的缺点,即,轴承圈需为刚性元件以适当支持滚动元件,载荷下滚动元件的偏差需尽量小。归因于轴承圈的刚性,应变计的分辨率(resolution)非常有限。结果,仅作用在轴承圈最薄弱方向的力可测量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种轴承和轴组件,其带至少一个应变传感器,其用于轴承和轴配置(arrangement),该轴承和轴配置的分辨率优于现有技术配置,从而使得能够改善力的测量同时改善沿不同方向作用的力的测量。
此目的通过按照本发明提供一种轴承和轴组件来实现,所述组件包括轴和至少一个轴承,并设置有至少一个应变传感器,其中弹性元件被设置在所述轴和所述至少一个轴承之间且弹性元件包括所述至少一个应变传感器。弹性元件会因例如由轴承传到弹性元件的力而弯曲。这种元件的弹性所致的弯曲将较高的分辨率提供给和弹性元件一起包括在内的应变传感器。显然,弹性元件的弹性至少在一个方向上会高于轴承圈的弹性。弹性元件可被赋予这样的形状以致弹性与需加以测量的力的方向一致。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,弹性元件要么与所述轴承要么与所述轴成为一体。这就简化了所述组件的安装。
在本发明的一个特别优选实施例中,弹性元件包括安装在轴上的套,其至少在一端包括在所述轴之上方形成悬伸部分的内部台肩,轴承径向安装在所述套的悬伸部分的外侧,内侧则包括至少一个应变传感器。在此配置中,特别是轴承上的径向载荷,以及作用在轴承上的所有力矩,将给出弹性元件从而应变传感器的良好的响应。从而,这些载荷不难以良好的分辨率加以测量。
对许多应用有益的是具有一种轴承和轴的配置,其中两个轴承被安装在所述轴上。这里,在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述配置包括两个轴承,所述两个轴承都被安装在弹性元件上,其中弹性元件包括至少一个应变传感器用于每个轴承。这类轴承和轴组件具有以更佳的分辨率测量所述配置上完整载荷频谱的能力。
本发明的优选实施例可专门针对应用加以调整。按照本发明的能测量载荷的轴承和轴的配置特别地适用于:双轮挂车(two wheeler)、卡车和传送器。
在本发明另一个优选实施例中,应变传感器位于轴承孔的内侧。这使得除作用在轴承上的载荷外还有应力传感器能调整校准通过的滚动元件。由此有可能导出轴承的转速。从而,除了测量载荷,按照本发明的装置还对转速加以测量。
对无意将转速作为测量参数的应用,本发明的一个优选实施例具有位于轴承孔外侧的应变传感器——例如在弹性元件弯曲度最大的位置。

现拟同时参照附图描述本发明的一个优选实施例的例子,其中,图1示出具有两个滚珠轴承的按照本发明的轴承和轴组件的轴向剖视图。
具体实施方式
图l中示出轴1,两个轴承2,3被安装在弹性元件4上,弹性元件4又安装在轴1上。所述轴承和轴组件形成摩托车的轮的一部分。
弹性元件4包括与轴1直接接触的中部5。在中部5的每个相对端处,弹性元件4形成有台肩6,7及进一步分别沿轴向向外伸出悬伸部分8,9。轴承2,3分别安装在弹性元件4的悬伸部分9,8上。
弹性元件4在悬伸部分8,9处沿径向在内侧分别包括应变传感器组件10,11。每个应变传感器组件10,11包括三个单独的应变传感器,所述三个单独的应变传感器适当地位于弹性元件4的分别悬伸的部分8,9的内周上。这种配置不但使得在摩托车轮上竖直载荷的测量成为可能,同时还使得加速/减速力以及侧滑力(cornering force)一类载荷分量可被测定。这使得此轴承和轴组件多用途且很有用。
沿轴向在相对端,弹性元件4分别包括法兰12,13。法兰12,13分别形成轴承3,2的定位支座。
在此剖视图中还可以看到弹性元件包括用于容纳传感器电缆14的缆槽。由于在此应用中轴承外圈在转动,传感器是静止的,从而不需要数据耦合装置一类装置将数据从转动零件传到静止零件。
但是,按照本发明的轴承和轴组件同样良好地适用于转动的内圈。此时信号需从转动零件传到静止零件。这一点可由任何公知技术做到。
不脱离如所附权利要求中界定的本发明的范围,可对本发明的上述实施例作出许多改变和修改。
Claims (9)
1.轴承和轴组件,包括轴(1)和至少一个轴承(2,3),并设置有至少一个应变传感器(10,11),其特征在于,在所述轴(1)与所述至少一个轴承(2,3)之间设置有弹性元件(4),且所述弹性元件(4)包括所述至少一个应变传感器(10,11),并且所述弹性元件(4)包括安装在所述轴(1)上的套,所述套在至少一端处包括在所述轴(1)之上方形成悬伸部分(8,9)的内部台肩(6,7),所述轴承(2,3)沿径向安装在所述套的悬伸部分(8,9)的外侧,且内侧包括至少一个应变传感器(10,11)。
2.如权利要求1所述的轴承和轴组件,其特征在于,弹性元件(4)与所述轴承(2,3)和所述轴(1)中的一个形成一个整体。
3.如权利要求1所述的轴承和轴组件,其特征在于,所述配置包括两个轴承(2,3),所述两个轴承(2,3)都被安装在所述弹性元件(4)上,其中所述弹性元件(4)包括用于每个轴承(2,3)的至少一个应变传感器(10,11)。
4.如权利要求1所述的轴承和轴组件,其特征在于,所述轴承(2,3)和轴(1)的配置是用于双轮挂车的车轮轴承配置。
5.如权利要求1-4中任何一项所述的轴承和轴组件,其特征在于,所述轴承(2,3)和轴(1)的配置是用于卡车的车轮轴承配置。
6.如权利要求1-4中任何一项所述的轴承和轴组件,其特征在于,所述轴承(2,3)和轴(1)的配置为用于汽车的车轮轴承配置。
7.如权利要求1-4中任何一项所述的轴承和轴组件,其特征在于,所述轴承(2,3)和轴(1)的配置是用于传送器的配置。
8.如权利要求1-4中任何一项所述的轴承和轴组件,其特征在于,所述应变传感器(10,11)位于轴承孔的内侧。
9.如权利要求1-4中任何一项所述的轴承和轴组件,其特征在于,所述应变传感器(10,11)位于轴承孔的外侧。
