Abstract

本发明涉及一种镜头模组,其包括:一镜筒,所述镜筒内依次收容有一透镜组,一垫圈及一滤光片。所述镜筒具有一内壁,所述滤光片通过点胶与垫圈及所述镜筒内壁胶合在一起。本发明之滤光片不易脱落。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种镜头模组,特别涉及一种移动电话用数码相机的镜头模组。
背景技术
随着科技的不断发展,携带式电子装置,如移动电话的应用日益广泛,同时也日渐趋向于轻巧、美观及多功能化,其中,摄像功能是近年新发展的携带式电子装置附加功能。具数码相机的移动电话因可实现即拍功能、使用方便,因此越来越受到广大使用者的青睐。因移动电话体积小,故需安装于其内的镜头模组具有较小体积。在人们对移动电话用数码相机模组追求小型化的同时,对其拍摄的物体希望有较高的成像品质,而物体的成像品质于很大程度上取决于镜头模组的优劣。
常见的镜头模组通常包括收容于镜筒内的若干透镜、光圈片、滤光片等光学元件,以及用于控制各种光学元件间距的垫圈等。在该种镜头模组的组装过程中,将上述透镜、光圈片、滤光片等光学元件依次收容于镜筒内,滤光片与其相邻的透镜通过垫圈隔开。滤光片藉由点胶工艺与垫圈胶合在一起。
镜头模组实际应用中,部分镜头模组的失效是由于滤光片脱落造成。滤光片脱落的主要原因是由于在组装过程中,滤光片与垫圈点胶不均匀或点胶量不足,使得滤光片与垫圈之间的附着力不足。
发明内容
针对以上内容,有必要提供一种具有较强滤光片附着力的镜头模组。
一种镜头模组,其包括:一镜筒,所述镜筒内依次收容有一透镜组,一垫圈及一滤光片。所述镜筒具有一内壁,所述滤光片通过点胶与垫圈及所述镜筒内壁胶合在一起。
相对于现有技术,本发明所提供的镜头模组的滤光片通过点胶同时与垫圈及镜筒内壁胶合,因此具有较强的附着力。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明第一实施例的镜头模组包括一镜筒10、一透镜组20、一垫圈30及一滤光片40。该透镜组20、垫圈30及滤光片40依次收容于镜筒10内,且与镜筒10相配合。
镜筒10为一端开口一端半封闭的中空圆柱体,其具有一内壁100。滤光片40通过点胶工艺与内壁100及垫圈30胶合在一起。
透镜组20由多个透镜组成。在本实施例中,该透镜组20由两透镜200,210组成。
垫圈30为一中空圆柱体,其外径略小于镜筒内壁100的较小直径。该垫圈30用于调整透镜组20与滤光片40之间的距离。
滤光片40为圆片状,其具有一个环状外侧壁400。该滤光片40可用于过滤光线,其外径略小于镜筒内壁100的直径。不同的滤光片40可过滤不同波长的光线,在本实施例中,该滤光片40可以是红外光截止滤光片、红外滤光片、低通滤光片或其它类型滤光片。
装配时,将透镜组20、垫圈30及滤光片40自镜筒10的开口端依次装入镜筒10内,并通过点胶的方式将滤光片40与垫圈30相对的一面及滤光片40的环状外侧壁400与镜筒内壁100相胶合在一起。此时,垫圈30位于透镜组20与滤光片40之间,相互抵持并与镜筒10相配合。由于滤光片40通过点胶同时与垫圈30及镜筒内壁胶合,因此具有较强的附着力。
请参阅图3及图4,本发明第二实施例与上述第一实施例大致相同,不同之处在于镜筒内壁100a与滤光片40a的环状外侧壁400a相接触的部分均匀分布有溢胶槽110,该溢胶槽110可以为圆形槽、方形槽及各种不规则形状的溢胶槽,本实施例中,该溢胶槽110为方形槽。于点胶过程中,该溢胶槽110一方面可以防止过多的胶水溢出渗入至透镜组20a,另一方面可以收容更多的胶水,增强了滤光片40a的附着力。
请参阅图5至图6,本发明第三实施例与上述第一实施例大致相同,不同之处在于镜筒内壁100b与滤光片40b的环状外侧壁400b相接触的部分设有至少一个环状溢胶槽120。于点胶过程中,该环状溢胶槽120一方面可以防止过多的胶水溢出渗入至透镜组20b,另一方面可以收容更多的胶水,增强了滤光片40b的附着力。
相对于现有技术,本发明所提供的镜头模组内的滤光片通过点胶同时与垫圈及镜筒内壁相胶合,因此具有较强的附着力。
可以理解的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思做出其它各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1. 一种镜头模组,其包括:一镜筒,所述镜筒内依次收容有一透镜组,一垫圈及一滤光片,其特征在于,所述镜筒具有一内壁,所述滤光片通过点胶与垫圈及所述镜筒内壁胶合在一起。
2. 如权利要求1所述的镜头模组,其特征在于,所述镜筒内壁与所述滤光片相胶合的部分分布有至少一个溢胶槽。
3. 如权利要求2所述的镜头模组,其特征在于,所述溢胶槽均匀分布在所述镜筒内壁与所述滤光片相胶合的部分。
4. 如权利要求3所述的镜头模组,其特征在于,所述溢胶槽为方形槽或圆形槽。
5. 如权利要求2所述的镜头模组,其特征在于,所述镜筒内壁与所述滤光片相胶合的部分开设有至少一个环状溢胶槽。
6. 如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的镜头模组,其特征在于,所述滤光片为红外截止滤光片或红外滤光片。
