本发明涉及一种生石灰消化污水回收循环利用。
背景技术
生石灰配料消化是一种广泛应用于钢铁企业的烧结工艺,但生石灰在消化过程中存在大量氢氧化钙扬尘,给生产工人健康带来危害,给环境造成污染,目前所用的湿式除尘器是用水吸收氢氧化钙扬尘后排放,用水量大,污水中含有大量氢氧化钙,给水体造成污染,同时也造成资源浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种生石灰消化污水回收循环利用系统。
本发明的目的是通过如下方式实现的:一种生石灰消化污水回收循环利用系统,包括生石灰消化机,湿式除尘器,湿式除尘器的吸管接在石灰消化机上,湿式除尘器的污水管连通缓冲沉淀池,在缓冲沉淀池的底部装有蝶阀,蝶阀连通污水池,缓冲沉淀池的污水溢流口连通缓流沉淀槽的入口,在缓流沉淀槽的出口上有清水溢流口,清水溢流口连通清水池,在缓流沉淀槽的出口上有冲水管,在清水池上装有清水泵,清水泵出水管分两路,一路通过清水阀接在湿式除尘器的进水管上,另一路通过冲水阀接在冲水管上;在污水池上接有污水泵,污水泵连通生石灰消化机的进水口。
本发明具有如下的有益效果,由于氢氧化钙微溶于水,静置一段时间就会沉淀,从湿式除尘器排出的污水,经缓冲沉淀池和缓流沉淀槽后,基本上沉淀下来,清水通过缓流沉淀槽的清水溢流口流到清水池中,循环利用;在缓冲沉淀池和缓流沉淀槽沉淀了一定的氢氧化钙后,打开缓冲沉淀池底部装的蝶阀和缓流沉淀槽出口的冲水阀,将氢氧化钙排到污水池中,通过污水泵将氢氧化钙送到生石灰消化机利用。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种生石灰消化污水回收循环利用系统,包括生石灰消化机1,湿式除尘器2,湿式除尘器2的吸管3接在石灰消化机1上,湿式除尘器2的污水管连通缓冲沉淀池4,在缓冲沉淀池4的底部装有蝶阀8,蝶阀8连通污水池9,缓冲沉淀池4的污水溢流口14连通缓流沉淀槽5的入口,在缓流沉淀槽5的出口上有清水溢流口15,清水溢流口15连通清水池6,在缓流沉淀槽5的出口上有冲水管13,在清水池6上装有清水泵7,清水泵7出水管分两路,一路通过清水阀11接在湿式除尘器2的进水管上,另一路通过冲水阀12接在冲水管13上;在污水池9上接有污水泵10,污水泵10连通生石灰消化机1的进水口。
本发明的工作原理是:石灰消化机1在工作过程中产生的大量氢氧化钙扬尘通过湿式除尘器2的吸管3吸到湿式除尘器2中,将氢氧化钙扬尘沉降到水中后,通过污水管排到缓冲沉淀池4底部,一部分氢氧化钙沉淀在缓冲沉淀池4中,一部分氢氧化钙沉淀在缓流沉淀槽5的底部,到缓流沉淀槽5的出口时,水中的氢氧化钙已基本沉淀,上面的清水通过清水溢流口15排到清水池6中,进行循环利用;当缓冲沉淀池4底部和缓流沉淀槽5的底部沉淀了一定的氢氧化钙沉淀时,打开缓冲沉淀池4底部装有蝶阀8和缓流沉淀槽5出口上冲水管13的冲水阀12,使缓冲沉淀池4底部和缓流沉淀槽5底部的氢氧化钙沉淀排到污水池9中,通过污水泵10送回到生石灰消化机1利用。

1.一种生石灰消化污水回收循环利用系统,包括生石灰消化机(1),湿式除尘器(2),湿式除尘器(2)的吸管(3)接在生石灰消化机(1)上,其特征在于:湿式除尘器(2)的污水管连通缓冲沉淀池(4),在缓冲沉淀池(4)的底部装有蝶阀(8),蝶阀(8)连通污水池(9),缓冲沉淀池(4)的污水溢流口(14)连通缓流沉淀槽(5)的入口,在缓流沉淀槽(5)的出口上有清水溢流口(15),清水溢流口(15)连通清水池(6),在缓流沉淀槽(5)的出口上有冲水管(13),在清水池(6)上装有清水泵(7),清水泵(7)出水管分两路,一路通过清水阀(11)接在湿式除尘器(2)的进水管上,另一路通过冲水阀(12)接在冲水管(13)上;在污水池(9)上接有污水泵(10),污水泵(10)连通生石灰消化机(1)的进水口。
