Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于尤其是公共汽车的机动车的车轮的悬架(suspension)。
背景技术
上述悬架通常包括四边形机构、商业上也称为″多连杆″机构。
具体为支承诸如公共汽车车身的机动车的车身而使用的上述悬架,被设计成用于消除车辆车体与对应车轮间运动的相互影响,从而使其变得平稳并减轻铺位的震动和缓冲钢筋地幔(rod mantle)的崎岖不平。
所述悬架通常包括车轮组件、机械连结元件和弹性的或有回弹力的连结元件。
上述结构组件彼此精确地结合,以便向车轮组件提供受控和恰当的滚动以及完美的制动,此外还提供了机械连结元件和所述车轮组件的完美的运动学布置,最后经由有回弹力的连结元件而适当地装配并使得路面地幔的崎岖变得平稳。
所述机械连结元件通常包括V形臂,该V形臂在其连接点处通过铰接轴而连接到车轮支架上。
此外,现有技术还教导在机动车的车身和悬架的顶端V形臂之间设置弹簧体,通常为有回弹力的圆柱体。
具体地讲,通过使用例如元件中的螺钉以本来公知的方式将所述有回弹力的或弹性体经由螺纹连接而连结至V形顶臂。
由于机动车悬架的回弹性能在弹簧刚度相同时取决于其沿着悬架V形臂的准确位置,因而在此以前必需提供若干悬架组件,从机械观点上看,这些悬架组件设计成精确地满足目标机动车的需要。
这种需要要求提供不同的悬架组件,从而增加了上述装置的制造、存放成本。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是要克服现有技术的上述缺点,并提供用于尤其是公共汽车的机动车的车轮的悬架组件,该悬架组件可容易地满足车辆的特定技术要求。
根据本发明,通过用于尤其是公共汽车的机动车的车轮的悬架经由对应铰接轴支承V形臂而实现了上述目的,所述臂支承弹簧形成的有回弹力的缓冲元件而机动车的车身则承载在该有回弹力的缓冲元件上,所述有回弹力的缓冲元件具有有回弹力的缓冲元件基体,该基体承载在形成承截面的所述V形臂的平行导向件上,中央导向件含有用于接纳穿过的固定螺钉的孔,以便将所述有回弹力的缓冲固定在目标位置。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,尤其是公共汽车的机动车的车轮1由本来公知的、大略表示为标号2的支承组件所支承。支承组件的底端部3和顶端部4分别经由铰接轴5、铰接轴6而连结至底臂组件7和顶臂组件8,该底臂组件7和顶臂组件8在对应的铰接V形轴5、6处相互连接。
顶臂组件8支承可包括诸如气垫元件从而形成空气弹簧的有回弹力的或弹性的元件9,而机动车的负荷体(未示出)在其上跳动。
在图2中,部分以主视图、部分以截面图地示出了由标号8大略表示的顶臂。所述臂8的前端部8a包括精确设置的通孔10。用于固定缓冲元件9的固定螺钉(未示出)可接合在所述通孔10内。
臂8具有旋转轴线X,通孔10形成为贯穿臂8的前部8a并具有轴线Y,而字母Z则表示摆动轴线。
图2示出了摆动轴线Z至旋转轴线X的距离A。字母B示出了孔10的轴线Y和轴线X之间的距离,其中,孔10用于接纳所述固定螺钉(未示出),从而固定所述缓冲元件9。
图3进一步示出了悬架组件的臂8,所述臂8绕轴线X摆动,另外还在此示出了它的旋转点Z。
根据本发明,臂8的前部8a在其面对缓冲元件9的一侧包括含有通孔10的中央导向件或滑块15。
具体地讲,中央导向件15邻接侧面导向件16和对侧导向件17。
设置在相同平面内的所述导向件15、16和17限定了用于基体18的适当的承截面,该基体18形成为所述缓冲元件9的基体部。所述基体18最好制成为平板。
就此而论,用于接纳所述缓冲元件9的所述固定螺钉的孔10显然必须形成在精确的距离B处,该位置根据车辆类型以及车辆悬架所要经受的机械应力而改变。
因此根据本发明,所述双臂将制成为含有所述导向件15、16和17、但不含孔的标准部件。仅在知晓臂8的使用从而知晓必将应用臂8的车辆类型时,根据有关悬架上特定应力的技术因素,有可能确定轴线Y和距离B的精确位置,因而固定对应孔10的缓冲元件9将安排在该位置(其当然可根据车辆而变化)处。
因此,由于根据本发明的臂8仅在根据车辆类型而知晓其应用时可以对其打孔,故有可能使用标准悬架组件。

Claims (1)

1.一种用于尤其是公共汽车的机动车的车轮(1)的悬架,所述悬架经由对应铰接轴(6)支承V型臂(4,7),所述臂(4,7)支承弹簧形成的有回弹力的缓冲元件(9),而所述机动车的车身承载在所述缓冲元件(9)上,其特征在于,所述有回弹力的缓冲元件(9)包括承载在形成支承面的平行导向件(15,16,17)上的基体,且所述导向件的中央导向件(15)包括用于接纳穿过的固定螺钉的孔(10),以便将所述有回弹力的缓冲元件(9)固定在目标位置。
