Abstract

本发明公开了一种阴极浸渍装置,先将焙烧后的阴极送至预热炉中预热,使阴极达到260~320℃,然后将预热好的阴极送入高压浸渍罐,在高压浸渍罐里用0.5MPa的空气加压5~15分钟,再用1~2MPa的氮气加压3~5小时,利用高压气体将熔融的沥青压入并充满阴极内部的气孔中。其构造为:它包括预热炉和高压浸渍罐,在预热炉前面设有推料机,预热炉的后面设有换筐机,换筐机至高压浸渍罐前铺有轨道,上面设有阴极输送车,在高压浸渍罐前还有固定式轨道机。由于采用了上述工艺,将焙烧后的阴极经过浸渍后再用于电解铝的加工中,使阴极本身的质量大大提高,间接提高了电解铝成品的质量和生产效率。

本申请是申请人于2004年12月15日提交的名称为:“阴极浸渍方法及装置”、申请号为:2004101555371的发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种电解铝用阴极的浸渍装置。
背景技术:
现有技术中,所有电解铝厂所用的阴极,均为焙烧后直接用于生产。由于焙烧后阴极内部会形成一些气孔而使得阴极质量不好,这样在电解铝生产时会严重影响铝成品的质量,同时使得电解铝的效率不高,消耗大量的电能。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于:提供一种阴极浸渍方法,利用沥青充满阴极内部的气孔,提高其质量,间接提高电解铝成品的质量和生产效率。
本发明的另一目的在于:提供一种阴极浸渍装置,能够生产出更好的阴极,以提高电解铝成品的质量和生产效率。
本发明是这样实现的:本发明的方法:先将焙烧后的阴极送至预热炉1中预热5~7小时,使阴极达到260~320℃,然后将预热好的阴极送入高压浸渍罐2,在高压浸渍罐2里用0.5MPa的空气加压5~15分钟,再用1~2MPa的氮气(N2)加压3~5小时,利用高压气体将熔融的沥青压入并充满阴极内部的气孔中。
本发明的构造:它包括预热炉1和高压浸渍罐2,在预热炉1前面设有推料机3,预热炉1的后面设有换筐机4,换筐机4至高压浸渍罐2前铺有轨道7,上面设有阴极输送车5,在高压浸渍罐2前设有固定式轨道机6。
为了提高生产效率,预热炉1的炉膛可放置三个预热筐8;轨道7连接有两套高压浸渍罐2和固定式轨道机6。
由于采用了上述工艺,将焙烧后的阴极经过浸渍后再用于电解铝的加工中,使阴极本身的质量大大提高,间接提高了电解铝成品的质量和生产效率,同时降低了电解铝时所消耗的电能。

具体实施方式:
本发明的实施例:本发明中采用的预热炉1的炉膛可装入三筐阴极,预热炉1前面安装一台推料机3,将装好阴极的预热筐8推入预热炉1中,在预热炉1的后面安装换筐机4,换筐机4到高压浸渍罐2前铺设轨道7,轨道7上安装一台阴极输送车5,为了提高工作效率,可并列安装两台高压浸渍罐2,每台高压浸渍罐2前安装一台固定式轨道机6。推料机3将装好阴极的预热筐8)推入预热炉1中,同时预热炉1中一件预热筐8被顶推到预热炉1后面,此时换筐机4将预热筐8中的阴极放置在已位于阴极输送车5上浸渍筐9中,然后阴极输送车5将浸渍筐9送至高压浸渍罐2前,由固定式轨道机6将浸渍筐9推送入高压浸渍罐2进行浸渍加工。

1. 一种阴极浸渍装置,它包括预热炉(1)和高压浸渍罐(2),其特征在于:在预热炉(1)前面设有推料机(3),预热炉(1)的后面设有换筐机(4),换筐机(4)至高压浸渍罐(2)前铺有轨道(7),上面设有阴极输送车(5),在高压浸渍罐(2)前设有固定式轨道机(6)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的阴极浸渍装置,其特征在于:预热炉(1)的炉膛可放置三个预热筐(8)。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的阴极浸渍装置,其特征在于:轨道(7)连接有两套高压浸渍罐(2)和固定式轨道机(6)。
