Abstract
本发明公开了一种热熔黏胶粉末喷涂非金属表面的喷涂方法及其喷涂装置,其利用黏胶粉末从一喷头喷出时使黏胶粉末带有静电荷,通过带电粉末粒子产生的静电力使喷出的粉末附着于非金属组件的整个表面,或者只让粉末附着于非金属组件表面所选区域,可通过传导层预先喷涂所选区域以提高所选区域的附着能力。由于喷射粉末型态的热熔黏胶,是无需预先加热该黏胶粉末;当非金属组件的表面为立体形状时,也无需全方向移动喷涂;使用带电粒子能够引导粉末束到待喷涂组件的表面,粉末仅在有引导层材料的需喷涂表面区域聚集,因此非喷涂区域的多余的粉末会轻易被吹散或刷掉,可以循环再使用,不会造成黏胶粉末的浪费,节省了生产成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种非金属表面的热熔黏胶喷涂方法及其喷涂装置,特别是指一种带有电荷的黏胶粉末的喷涂方法及其喷涂装置。
背景技术
在一几何表面上喷涂热熔黏胶的传统方法是先将热熔黏胶加热至一定温度,使黏胶变成液体状态,然后再利用喷枪或刷子将该液体喷射或涂刷于所要喷涂的几何表面上。但是此方法具有如下缺点:
其一,需要对黏胶加热至200摄氏度以上,这要求一种昂贵的加热系统对熔炉和喷枪末端一直加热;
其二,喷射操作很难控制喷射方向且很难均匀地喷射于几何表面上。特别当要喷涂表面是立体形状时,为了能使热熔黏胶垂直喷射于所要喷涂的组件表面,喷射操作必须依据表面的形状进行全方向移动;
其三,过热的熔融黏胶喷射于非要求喷涂的几何表面区域时很难清除,因此需要花费更多的时间和精力清除非要求喷涂的几何表面区域的熔融黏胶,同时也会造成材料的浪费。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种热熔黏胶粉末的喷涂方法,它无需加热黏胶粉末,可以直接均匀地将黏胶粉末喷涂于所需喷涂的非金属表面。为此,本发明还要提供一种热熔黏胶粉末的喷涂装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的热熔黏胶粉末喷涂非金属表面的喷涂方法包括以下步骤:
(1)给黏胶粉末充静电荷,黏胶粉末通过空气压力从一空气压力粉末槽中压出至一狭窄喷头,黏胶粉末在通过喷头时被充有静电荷;
(2)喷涂黏胶粉末,在一喷室中将黏胶粉末喷涂于待喷涂非金属组件表面,待喷涂非金属组件被置于一网体层上,且黏胶粉末通过粉末带电粒子的静电力粘附于非金属表面;
(3)回收黏胶粉末,未粘附于非金属表面的黏胶粉末从网体层落下,经由真空泵作用吸回空气压力粉末槽循环再使用。
为了在非金属表面喷涂黏胶粉末,本发明的喷涂装置包括:
一空气压力粉末槽;一管道和一喷头,所述管道一端连接空气压力粉末槽,另一端与喷头连接,喷头具有使黏胶粉末带上静电荷的功能,经由管道和喷头喷出带静电荷的黏胶粉末;一防止粉末逃逸的喷室,其位于喷头下部,并在喷室内对非金属组件进行黏胶粉末喷涂,喷室底部与加压空气压力粉末槽相连,藉此将多余的黏胶粉末回收至空气压力粉末槽循环再利用;一加热室,其利用热能对喷涂后的非金属表面加热,使黏胶粉末熔融。
本发明的热熔黏胶粉末喷涂非金属表面的喷涂方法,还可以通过在喷涂黏胶粉末之前,在非金属组件表面需要喷涂的部分先涂一传导层,通过传导层预先喷涂所选区域以提高所选区域的附着能力,来实现喷涂的部分非金属表面的目的。
本发明的热熔黏胶粉末喷涂非金属表面的喷涂方法,采用直接喷射粉末型态的热熔黏胶,无需预先加热黏胶粉末,故减低生产成本。且本发明利用给黏胶粉末带静电,带电粒子能够引导粉末束至待喷涂组件的表面,故当需喷涂非金属组件的表面为立体形状时,也无需全方位移动喷涂;另先在需喷涂表面涂传导层,利用黏胶粉末与引导层材料之间更强的附着力,使黏胶粉末在有传导层材料的喷涂表面区域聚集,因此非喷涂区域的多余的粉末会轻易被吹散或刷掉,可以循环再使用,不会造成黏胶粉末的浪费,从而节省了生产成本。

具体实施方式
本发明的热熔黏胶粉末喷涂几何表面的喷涂方法,其包括如下步骤(参见图1):
(1)给黏胶粉末充以静电荷:喷头5连接与一空气压力粉末槽8,该空气压力粉末槽8内装有黏胶粉末,在一空气泵9作用下,空气压力粉末槽8受到较高的空气压力,黏胶粉末存于该空气压力粉末槽8中,较高的空气压力将空气压力粉末槽8中的黏胶粉末压出并送至喷头5,喷头5具有给黏胶粉末粒子充以电荷的功能,使空气压力粉末槽8中被压出的黏胶粉末带静电荷,其中喷头5的给粉末粒子充电荷的功能可利用在日常中熟知的摩擦充电或电晕充电原理来实现的,且喷头5可选用诸多公司制造的,如美国的Nordson公司,一喷嘴6连接于该喷头5,喷嘴6可以是图2所示的锥形状6a,也可以是图3所示的分为多个喷嘴状6b;
(2)喷涂带静电荷的黏胶粉末:一待喷涂的非金属组件4的表面置于喷头5下面,非金属组件4通过传送器1被移至喷室3且置于网体2上,待喷涂的非金属组件4一进入,喷室3就通过出入口的传送带的移动门进行关闭,本发明中关闭喷室3是为了防止黏胶粉末在喷涂过程中逃逸;喷出的黏胶粉末通过携带的静电荷粘附于待喷涂非金属组件4的表面;
(3)回收多余黏胶粉末:多余的未粘附于待喷涂非金属组件表面的粉末,通过空气泵9作用被吸到网体2上之后,再被吸到喷室3中较低部位7,通过真空作用经由管道将多余的黏胶粉末吸于空气压力粉末槽8中,可被喷头5循环再使用;
(4)使喷涂区域的黏胶粉末熔融:被喷涂后的非金属组件4被移至加热室11中,加热室11通过红外线光或直接热空气流或微波加热的方法加热粉末,所有这些方法都是我们熟知的加热材料的加热方法,本实施例采用的加热方法为利用位于加热室11上方的卤素灯12发光,辐射出的热能对加热室下方的喷涂有黏胶粉末的非金属组件4加热,加热温度由预设的温度控制器14和温度感应器15来控制。
对待喷涂的非金属组件的部分所选区域喷涂黏胶粉末的喷涂方法,参见图4,其具体步骤为:
(1)给黏胶粉末充静电荷,这个操作与前一实施例相同;
(2)喷涂黏胶粉末,在待喷涂的非金属组件20的待喷涂区域21表面首先被涂上一层传导液(可选例如美国Rohm和Haas公司出售的1P 9902More-pre),后将待喷涂的非金属组件20置于喷室29内部的网体22上,喷头5用喷嘴6将带静电荷的热熔黏胶粉末喷涂于非金属组件20的整个表面,由于热熔黏胶粉末带有静电荷,其产生的静电力使黏胶粉末更强烈地粘附于涂有传导液的待喷涂区域21;
(3)回收黏胶粉末:多余的没有到达非金属组件20表面的热熔黏胶粉末落到喷室29底部,通过空气扇33的作用而运动,经由泵9的作用循环进入存储室28底部,再通过一管道31进入空气压力粉末槽8;
在这个实施例中,非金属组件20在喷涂热熔黏胶粉末后是通过手动方式而不是第一实施例中的传送器传送方式进入气流室30,二台空气扇32固定于气流室30内,以使空气流动导向非金属组件20的表面,由空气扇32造成的气流会吹落非金属组件20表面待喷涂区域21以外的非喷涂区域上的粉末,被吹落的热熔黏胶粉末经由管道31被泵9吸入空气压力粉末槽8内,空气扇32的流速可以通过控制该空气扇32的性能来调整,该空气扇32的性能控制则依靠使用一常用的可靠性能控制器来完成;
(4)使喷涂区域的黏胶粉末熔融,非金属组件20从气流室30中被取出,只有其表面的待喷涂区域21喷涂有热熔黏胶粉末,其再被送入第一实施例中描述的加热室11(见图1)中进行热熔处理。
Claims (6)
1. 一种热熔黏胶粉末喷涂非金属表面的喷涂方法,其特征在于,它包括以下步骤:
(1)给黏胶粉末充静电荷,所述黏胶粉末通过空气压力从一空气压力粉末槽中压出至一狭窄喷头,所述黏胶粉末在通过所述喷头时,被充有静电荷;
(2)喷涂黏胶粉末,在一喷室中将所述带静电荷的黏胶粉末喷涂于待喷涂非金属组件表面,所述待喷涂非金属组件被置于一网体层上,且所述黏胶粉末通过粉末带电粒子的静电力粘附于所述非金属组件表面;
(3)回收黏胶粉末,未粘附于所述非金属组件表面的黏胶粉末从网体层落下,经由真空泵作用吸回所述空气压力粉末槽循环再使用。
2. 按照权利要求1所述的热熔黏胶粉末喷涂非金属表面的喷涂方法,其特征在于:在黏胶粉末喷涂前,在非金属组件表面的待喷涂区域先涂抹一层传导液,以提高所述待喷涂区域的静电附着力。
3. 一种热熔黏胶粉末喷涂非金属表面的喷涂装置,其特征在于,它包括:
一空气压力粉末槽;
一管道和一喷头,所述管道一端连接所述空气压力粉末槽,另一端与所述喷头连接,所述喷头具有使黏胶粉末带上静电荷的功能,经由所述管道和所述喷头喷出带静电荷的黏胶粉末;
一防止粉末逃逸的喷室,其位于所述喷头下部,并在所述喷室内对非金属组件进行黏胶粉末喷涂,所述喷室底部与所述空气压力粉末槽相连,藉此将多余的黏胶粉末回收至所述空气压力粉末槽循环再利用;
4. 按照权利要求3所述的热熔黏胶粉末喷涂非金属表面的喷涂装置,其特征在于:
所述待喷涂的非金属组件置于一传送器的移动网带上,所述喷室装设有门,利用所述传送器使所述非金属组件进出该喷室,且在喷涂过程中将喷室门关闭。
5. 按照权利要求3或4所述的热熔黏胶粉末喷涂非金属表面的喷涂装置,其特征在于:
该装置还包括一加热室,表面喷涂有热熔黏胶粉末的非金属组件以手动方式或通过一传送器传送方式送至所述加热室中加热至预定温度,使热熔黏胶粉末达到熔化温度,在任何喷涂的表面熔化。
6. 按照权利要求5所述的热熔黏胶粉末喷涂非金属表面的喷涂装置,其特征在于:
所述加热室还包括一温度控制器,用以设定该加热室内粉末熔化所需的温度。
