Abstract

本发明公开了一种话筒隐蔽悬挂式手机装置,其包括一手机机体,在所述手机机体上设置有一旋转部件;其中,所述手机机体上还设置有一话筒拾音孔,在所述手机机体内对应所述话筒拾音孔的位置设置有一话筒元器件;所述话筒拾音孔的位置设置在与旋转部件相衔接处的手机机体内壁上,且所述话筒拾音孔的位置被所述旋转部件所遮挡。本发明所提供的一种话筒隐蔽悬挂式手机装置,由于采用了话筒元器件悬挂安装在所述手机机体内壁上,所述话筒拾音孔被旋转部件所遮挡,保证了手机完整的外观美感,方便了使用者通话时的手持操作,保证了通话质量的良好;同时其远离天线的设计,方便了手机的设计制造者们生产出收发信号良好、厚度超薄、健康绿色的新款手机。

Description

一种话筒隐蔽悬挂式手机装置 
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无线通讯的终端设备,尤其涉及的是一种话筒位置结构改进的手机装置。 
背景技术
随着人类电子科技的进步和发展,移动电话已成为人们随时随地沟通必不可少的无线通讯终端设备之一。以我国为例,中国移动网络始建于1987年,移动电话就已改变了人与人之间的沟通方式;在十年前,我国还只有1000万移动用户总数,许多城镇居民仍主要依赖中国电信的固定电话通话;到2001年后我国经济迅猛发展,移动电话用户数量暴增,据中国信息产业部的数据表明,2007年初中国已拥有4.874亿手机用户,并仍然在大踏步地发展与增长。 
如今众多的手机,其款式和功能也多种多样,从最早的平板式、翻盖式到现在的滑槽式等应有尽有。不管使用哪一款手机,其话筒部分大都是以至少一个小孔的形式保留在手机的外露表面,影响了手机的整体观感。 
如图1所示,现有技术的话筒位于手机面板A处附近,很容易被脸颊堵塞小孔,致使对方听电话的声音变小;话筒位于B处附近时,则容易受讲话时气流的影响产生哨声,且也容易被较大手型的手指遮盖小孔,导致对方听电话的声音弱小。这些话筒位置设计的手机,使用起来较为不便。 
其次,如图1所示,在话筒位于C处附近,对于手机的制造者来说,为追求超薄或健康(此处指电磁波过于靠近脑细胞带来的影响)的设计,往往会把天线安装在手机底部的话筒里面或附近,而不是常规的放在手机顶部, 如此一来,话筒工作时可能会影响到天线的性能。 
因此,现有技术尚有待改进和发展。 
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,在于提供一种话筒隐蔽悬挂式手机装置,使得手机的整体美观一致,并且保证通话质量良好,使手机在网络不具备优势时拥有稳定的信号收发性能。 
本发明的技术方案如下: 
一种话筒隐蔽悬挂式手机装置,其包括一手机机体,在所述手机机体上设置有一旋转部件;所述手机机体上还设置有一话筒拾音孔,在所述手机机体内对应所述话筒拾音孔的位置设置有一话筒元器件,用于拾取外界声音;其中,所述话筒拾音孔的位置设置在与旋转部件相衔接处的手机机体内壁上,且所述话筒拾音孔的位置被所述旋转部件所遮挡;所述旋转部件设置为翻盖手机的翻转轴部;在所述话筒拾音孔相对应的翻转轴部设置一凸台,用于将所述话筒拾音孔进一步密封上。 
所述的手机装置,其中,所述话筒元器件设置在一话筒套上,该话筒套用于固定所述话筒元器件到所述手机机体内壁上。 
所述的手机装置,其中,所述话筒套与所述手机机体内壁采用扣位固定方式固定。 
所述的手机装置,其中,所述话筒套与所述手机机体内壁采用熔胶固定方式固定。 
所述的手机装置,其中,所述话筒套与所述手机机体内壁采用螺丝固定方式固定。 
本发明所提供的一种话筒隐蔽悬挂式手机装置,由于采用了话筒元器件悬挂安装在所述手机机体内壁上,所述话筒拾音孔被旋转部件所遮挡,保证了手机完整的外观美感,方便了使用者通话时的手持操作,保证了通 话质量的良好;同时其远离天线的设计,方便了手机的设计制造者们生产出收发信号良好、厚度超薄、健康绿色的新款手机。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图,对本发明的较佳实施例加以进一步的详细说明。 
本发明的话筒隐蔽悬挂式手机装置,主要改进在话筒在手机上的设置结构,至于手机的其他部件,为现有技术所熟知,在此不再赘述。 
本发明的话筒隐蔽悬挂式手机装置,在与手机话筒拾音孔相对应的手机机体内部,包括有一话筒元器件和一话筒套,所述话筒套可以由PP、ABS和PC等硬性塑料通过模具制成,较好的是,还可以由PVC、硅胶等弹性橡胶通过模具制成。如图2所示,所述话筒元器件201套于所述话筒套204中,一起被悬挂式安装在手机机体的内壁202上,而与之相对应的所述话筒拾音孔301,如图3所示,其位于机体外侧302,可以设计成圆形、椭圆形、长圆形、方形、三角形和星形等各种形状,如图4所示,所述话筒拾音孔可以被手机旋转部件401所遮挡。 
所述手机的旋转部件指的是手机翻盖的翻转轴部,也可以是手机摄像头、手机手电筒或者手机其他功能件的翻转轴部。 
以翻盖手机为例,如图4所示,所述翻盖因旋转运动的需要,其翻转轴部必须和手机机体之间在设计上留出一定的活动间隙402,该间隙的大小范围一般在0.3-1.0mm之间,太大则会影响手机的整体外观美感,太小则会使 翻盖旋转不灵活。通话时,声音可经所述间隙和话筒拾音孔,到达所述话筒元器件。 
如图4所示,所述话筒拾音孔相对应的翻转轴部,还可设计出一凸台403,或者将翻转轴部做偏心设计,便于将所述话筒拾音孔进一步密封上,以防止所述翻盖手机长时间放入口袋或暴露室外时,周围碎屑、灰尘等受静电影响而进入所述话筒拾音孔造成的堵塞,从而影响通话质量。 
所述话筒拾音孔相对应的手机机体内部,所述话筒套可通过以下几种固定方式,将所述话筒元器件悬挂固定在手机机体内壁上: 
1、扣位固定方式: 
如图2所示,所述话筒套204由硅胶材料组成,并通过模具热压成型,所述话筒元器件201可放入所述话筒套204中央的台阶通孔中,所述话筒元器件带有焊点的侧面贴合所述话筒套中央台阶通孔的台阶内侧面,所述台阶通孔可穿过内部引线205;所述话筒套中央台阶通孔的两侧各有一方形通孔206,其大小和位置,与所述手机机体内壁上对应制出的两个凸出卡扣203相吻合;把所述话筒套安装在所述手机机体内,所述凸出卡扣将所述话筒套紧密地贴合在所述手机机体的内壁202上,所述两个凸出卡扣的台阶面将所述话筒套可靠固定。位于话筒拾音孔的话筒套侧面,可低于所述手机机体外表面,也可局部和所述手机机体外表面持平,但高出所述手机机体外表面,会影响所述翻盖部件的旋转运动。 
2、熔胶固定方式: 
所述话筒套中央台阶通孔两侧各有一圆形通孔,其大小和位置,与所述手机机体内壁上对应制出的两个凸出圆柱或圆台相吻合,所述圆柱或圆台的高度高出所述圆形通孔端面0.2至2mm之间;把所述话筒套安装在所述手机机体内,用电烙铁等工具烫熔所述圆柱或圆台,将所述话筒套可靠固定在所述手机机体的内壁上。较好的是,话筒套由ABS或PC材料组成,并通过模具注塑成型。 
3、螺丝固定方式: 
所述话筒套中央台阶通孔两侧各有一圆形通孔,其大小和位置,与所述手机机体内壁上对应制出的两个凸出螺丝柱相吻合,所述螺丝柱的高度低于所述圆形通孔端面0.2至0.5mm之间;把所述话筒套安装在所述手机机体内,用螺丝刀把带垫圈的螺丝拧入所述螺丝柱中,将所述话筒套可靠固定在所述手机的内壁上。较好的是,话筒套由ABS或PC材料组成,并通过模具注塑成型。 
4、超声波焊接方式: 
所述话筒套由ABS、PC等塑胶材料组成,并通过模具注塑成型。其和所述手机机体相贴合的侧面设计有超声波熔合线;把所述话筒套安装在所述手机机体内,用超声波设备和专用定位夹具,将话筒套可靠紧固在所述手机机体的内壁上。 
本发明实施例所描述的话筒隐蔽悬挂式手机装置,采用了悬挂式安装话筒元器件,结构简单紧凑,占用手机内部空间小,并利用手机翻转轴部的遮蔽,完好地保证了手机外观设计时的整体效果和美观;同时,又防止了使用者不经意的堵塞话筒拾音孔,导致对方听电话的声音变小;更难得的是,这种可远离手机天线的结构设计,使得设计者能研发出收发信号更稳定、机体厚度更薄、对人类大脑辐射更小的手机产品。 
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,例如用于遮蔽话筒拾音孔的翻转轴部位于手机机体的左侧或右侧,以及话筒拾音孔和话筒元器件设计在手机的翻转轴部等,而所有这些改进和变换都本应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。 

Claims (5)

1.一种话筒隐蔽悬挂式手机装置,其包括一手机机体,在所述手机机体上设置有一旋转部件;所述手机机体上还设置有一话筒拾音孔,在所述手机机体内对应所述话筒拾音孔的位置设置有一话筒元器件,用于拾取外界声音;其特征在于,所述话筒拾音孔的位置设置在与旋转部件相衔接处的手机机体内壁上,且所述话筒拾音孔的位置被所述旋转部件所遮挡;所述旋转部件设置为翻盖手机的翻转轴部;在所述话筒拾音孔相对应的翻转轴部设置一凸台,用于将所述话筒拾音孔进一步密封上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手机装置,其特征在于,所述话筒元器件设置在一话筒套上,该话筒套用于固定所述话筒元器件到所述手机机体内壁上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的手机装置,其特征在于,所述话筒套与所述手机机体内壁采用扣位固定方式固定。
4.根据权利要求2所述的手机装置,其特征在于,所述话筒套与所述手机机体内壁采用熔胶固定方式固定。
5.根据权利要求2所述的手机装置,其特征在于,所述话筒套与所述手机机体内壁采用螺丝固定方式固定。
