Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及包括管状支撑框架和将刮片锁定在驱动臂上的元件的“平刮片”型风挡擦拭器刮片。
本发明更特别涉及具有纵向主取向的风挡擦拭器刮片,其包括将刮片与驱动臂锁定的元件、由两个纵向节段构成的纵向支撑框架,该支撑框架安装在联系元件以下并包括具有纵向主轴的顶部管状主体和支撑风挡擦拭器刮片的底部装置,以及纵向刮片形式的结构元件,该刮片被容纳在支撑框架的管状主体内侧。
背景技术
根据一种减小风挡擦拭器刮片高度的设计,去除了支撑风挡擦拭器刮片的风挡擦拭器铰接结构,并且带有纵向刚性脊件的中空支撑框架组成了擦拭器的实际结构。
该支撑框架具有纵向型材型材并包括顶部管状主体,水平纵向刮片形状的脊件收容在该管状主体中。最后,该框架包括一组底部钩,用来安装风挡擦拭器刮片。
脊件由弹性材料制成,允许风挡擦拭器刮片贴靠待擦拭玻璃表面扣紧。
该风挡擦拭器还包括用来将刮片与驱动其进行擦拭运动的臂相联系的元件,支撑框架安装在该元件以下。
根据本发明的已知实施例,支撑框架包括两个纵向部件,它们作为联系元件整体的一部分纵向布置在中心部件任一例上,联系元件局部界定管状主体并包括用来安装刮片的钩。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供另一种制造支撑框架的方法。
根据该目的,本发明涉及如上所述的风挡擦拭器刮片,其特征在于,支撑框架的两个纵向节段作为彼此的延伸件纵向布置,并且所述纵向节段相对的纵向端对接连接且借助联系元件彼此牢固连接。
根据本发明进一步的特征:
-联系元件包括两个底部凸片,它们界定纵向壳体,每个纵向节段的内纵向端经过整体纵向运动而安装在该壳体中;
-管状主体由每个纵向节段的顶部壁在顶部界定,且每个纵向节段的顶部壁包括开口,其收容连接到联系元件的底部销;
-在将纵向节段的内纵向端安装在联系元件以下的过程中,顶部壁向下弹性变形,允许关联的销插入顶部壁的开口中;
-结构元件能保证每个纵向节段的内纵向端锁定在其安装位置,每个纵向节段的内纵向端安装在联系元件以下之后,该结构元件安装在管状主体中,且该结构元件能防止顶部壁任何弹性变形,从而保证纵向节段的内纵向端锁定在位于联系元件以下的安装位置。

为了说明本发明,垂直、纵向和横向以非穷举的方式在图中标识为V、L和T。
在以下说明中,相同、类似或雷同的元件用相同附图标记指代。
附图示出了“平刮片”类型的风挡擦拭器刮片10,其包括将该刮片10联系到驱动臂(未示出)的元件12、安装在联系元件12以下的支撑框架14、脊件16(图4)和底部刮片18。
支撑框架14包括管状中心主体22,其具有纵向主轴,该中心主体收容脊件16。
支撑框架14还包括用来安装风挡擦拭器刮片的底部装置,该装置在这种情况下包括两个相互对置的底部纵向钩26,它们界定朝向底部敞开的纵向壳体,与刮片18互补的顶部脊件安装在该壳体内。
最后,框架14包括纵向顶部肋24,其从中心主体22垂直向上延伸,并具有空气动力学形状,以便在车辆移动时产生的相对风力作用下产生贴靠玻璃表面扣住刮片10的力。

联系元件12整体纵向地布置在框架14的中部,在其顶部包括用来与驱动臂联系的装置20,该装置特别使得刮片10相对于该臂围绕横轴A铰接。
联系元件12在底部包括一组纵向底部凸片30,它们分布在支撑框架14的主体22任一侧上,以使联系元件12重叠框架14的主体22。
顶部肋24包括开口32,联系元件12通过该开口安装在框架14上。
从图中看出,支撑框架14由两个纵向节段34形成,它们纵向布置成彼此的延伸件,其中所述两个节段34相对的内纵向端34a对接连接(图4),换句话说,它们的相对横向垂直面彼此纵向贴靠。
以此方式,每个纵向节段34包括收容脊件16的管状主体22的一部分,和收容刮片18的脊件的每个钩26的一部分。
另外,纵向节段34的内纵向端34a借助联系元件12彼此牢固连接。
从图3中更为详细地看出,联系元件12的底部凸片30界定纵向壳体38,该壳体在其两个纵向端敞开,以使每个节段34的内纵向端34a在穿过纵向壳体38的相关开口的纵向平移运动之后安装在联系元件12以下。
联系元件12还包括将每个纵向节段34的内端34a保持在纵向壳体38内的装置,该装置包括由联系元件支撑的销40,并且该装置收容在纵向节段34的相关内端34a的相关开口42中。
从图3中可以看出,每个销40相对于联系元件12的底部水平面44向下伸出,该水平面44界定纵向壳体38的顶部。
从图2中可以看出,每个纵向节段34的内端34a的开口42形成在纵向节段34的顶部水平壁46上,该顶部水平壁形成纵向节段34的主体22的顶部,且该顶部水平壁垂直布置在脊件16和顶部肋24或者联系元件12的底部面44之间。
在图2所示的本发明实施例中,开口42的宽度小于顶部水平壁46的宽度。
根据替代实施例,未示出,开口42横穿顶部壁46的整个宽度延伸,换句话说,开口42将顶部壁46切分成两个纵向节段。
如前所述,每个纵向节段34的内端34a经过纵向平移运动而插入联系元件12的纵向壳体38中。
相关纵向节段34的内端34a插入时,顶部壁46的内纵向端46a能向下弹性变形,换句话说,向管状主体22的内侧变形,并且由关联的销40引起顶部壁46的内端46a的这种变形。
每个销40包括专用的底部斜坡形节段40i,顶部壁46的内端46a能向上贴靠在该斜坡上,以促使顶部壁46的内端46a发生变形。
顶部壁46的内端46a的这种变形有利于每个纵向节段34的内端34a插入纵向壳体38,直到顶部壁46的内端46a的开口42a位于关联的销40高度处。然后,销40进入开口42,且顶部壁46弹性返回其初始平坦形状。然后纵向节段34的内端34a处于其位于联系元件12以下的安装位置。
根据本发明优选实施例,两个节段34安装在联系元件12以下之后,脊件16安装在管状主体22中。此外,脊件16这样塑形,即当其处于管状主体22内的安装位置时,其朝向顶部贴靠每个纵向节段34的顶部壁46的相对底面。
以此方式,脊件防止了顶部壁46的内端46a在关联的销40的作用下向下变形。因此,脊件16保证顶部壁46的内端46a锁定在其位于联系元件12以下的安装位置。
刮片10还包括其他装置,未示出,用来将脊件16纵向锁定在其位于管状主体22内的安装位置,这些装置优选布置在每个纵向节段的外纵向端34e的高度处。
Claims (6)
1.一种具有纵向主取向的风挡擦拭器刮片(10),包括:
-将所述刮片(10)与驱动臂锁定的元件(12);
-纵向支撑框架(14),其包括两个纵向节段(34),该纵向支撑框架安装在联系元件(12)以下并包括具有纵向主轴的顶部管状主体(22)和支撑风挡擦拭器刮片(18)的底部装置;和
-纵向刮片形状的结构元件,其收容在所述支撑框架(14)的管状主体(22)内部,所述框架(14)的节段(34)作为彼此的延伸件纵向布置,以使所述内纵向端(34a)对接连接并彼此牢固连接,其特征在于,
所述框架的纵向节段(34)的端部的牢固连接由所述联系元件(12)来提供。
2.如前一项权利要求所述的刮片(10),其特征在于,所述联系元件(12)包括两个底部凸片(30),它们界定纵向壳体,每个纵向节段(34)的内纵向端(34a)随着整体纵向移动而收容在所述壳体中。

6.如前一项权利要求所述的刮片(10),其特征在于,在每个纵向节段(34)的内纵向端(34a)安装在所述联系元件(12)以下之后,所述结构元件安装在所述管状主体(22)中,并且所述结构元件能防止所述顶部壁(46)任何弹性变形,以保证将所述纵向节段(34)的内纵向端(34a)锁定在所述联系元件(12)以下的安装位置。
