Abstract

Description

具有夹子的卡及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及对具有夹子的卡的制造,该夹子用于将卡附连至钥匙环和/或将卡夹至衣袋等中。
背景技术
钥匙卡是附连至钥匙环的装饰性物件或其它配件。本发明特别涉及一种塑料的钥匙卡,其容纳如用于智能卡的电子芯片并可用作多种用途,如个人ID、访问控制、电子钱包、信用卡/签帐卡、等等。卡通常设置有允许所述卡被支撑在钥匙环上的孔。然而,本发明涉及的这种塑料卡并不具有孔,而具有大体为J形的夹子,所述夹子用于直接地或经由钥匙链将卡快速及可拆卸地附连至钥匙环。夹子还用来类似于钢笔夹将卡夹至使用者的衣袋中。为此,夹子由弹性材料形成,其悬于卡的盒体上,并且其端部在其正常状态下基本接触卡的盒体。从而当夹子的端部插入使用者的衣袋时,夹子的端部被衣袋的材料从盒体弹性地推开从而夹紧衣袋。
夹子是卡的盒体的一体部件并需要形成为复合注射成型单元。然而,由于明显不可能将盒体和夹子在原位模制在一起,因此夹子悬置于卡的盒体上的要求将妨碍其注射成型。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于提供一种用于生产由塑料材料形成的卡的方法,所述卡具有盒体和悬置在所述盒体上的弹性夹子,该卡形成为复合注射成型结构。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,这个目的通过一种方法实现,所述方法用于生产由塑料材料形成的卡,所述卡具有盒体和悬置在所述盒体上的弹性夹子,盒体和夹子形成为复合注射成型结构,所述方法包括:
将熔融的塑料注入到具有对应于所述盒体的第一空腔的注模中,并且所述第一空腔与对应于所述夹子的第二空腔抵接,所述第二空腔具有开口轮廓,所述开口轮廓在第一端部处抵接所述第一空腔,并且在所有其它部位处位于所述第一空腔的边界之外;
在模制完成之后从所述模子取出塑料,由此获得具有盒体和弹性夹子的注射成型单元,所述弹性夹子在位于所述盒体边界之外的同时在其第一端部处抵接所述盒体;以及
对所述夹子进行局部加热并弯曲所述夹子,从而使夹子悬置在所述盒体上。
根据本发明的另一个实施方式,提供一种注射成型卡,其具有盒体弹性夹子,该弹性夹子在其第一端部处与所述盒体抵接,并且悬置于所述盒体以形成基本上为J形的夹子。
在一个实施方式中,所述卡的盒体大致为矩形并容纳PCB,并且具有容纳盖的外周凹口,所述盖用于密封和保护PCB。

具体实施方式
图1以绘图示出了根据本发明的实施方式的钥匙卡10的分解图,所述钥匙卡10具有中空的盒体11和夹子12,所述夹子12在其第一端部处与盒体抵接,同时位于盒体的如通过其轮廓所限定的边界的外部。由于在其初始状态下盒体11和夹子12不重叠,从而将它们形成为复合注射成型物。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,钥匙卡包含安装在PCB 13上的电路。为了保护电路,PCB 13安装在托盘或抽屉(drawer)14内,并且由盖板15覆盖。抽屉14和盖板15同样形成为注射成型单元,在一个实施方式中它们卡合配合在一起以形成对这样封装的PCB 13进行保护的相当紧的密封。所形成的单元设置在中空盒体11内,并且通过盖16提供进一步的保护,所述盖装配在盒体11内,位于包含封装在抽屉14和盖板15中的PCB 13的单元的顶部上。在盖16的中央布置有向上伸出(depend)的凸起17,从而在盖16周围留下外周凹部18。钥匙卡部件的尺寸被设定为,在组装时凸起17在盖16中露出的表面基本上与盒体11的上框缘19齐平,仅仅留下围绕壳体11的上框缘19的较小的、与凹部相对应的外周凹口。为了提供气密密封,呈热塑性材料的环形片的外模(overmold)20被注射成型在盒体内,使得外模20填充凹口,并且形成不允许空气和液体进入的完全密封的单元。最终,对夹子12进行局部加热,同时弯曲夹子直到夹子如图2中示出的最终形式那样悬置在盒体11上。通过这种装置,弹性夹子形成为允许钥匙卡10被插入到用户的口袋中,并还例如允许钥匙卡10可取下地夹在钥匙环上。
在图中示出的具体实施方式中,PCB 13设有孔21,其接合抽屉14上表面内的互补凸起22,以确保PCB 13位于抽屉中,并且防止PCB 13移动。这样允许PCB 13的尺寸小于抽屉的内部尺寸。应当理解,通过一对分别适于接合PCB 13中的互补孔的凸起或销可以实现类似的效果。
图3概括了制造钥匙卡10的主要阶段。将熔融的塑料注入到具有与盒体相对应的第一空腔的注模(未示出)中,并且所述第一空腔与对应于夹子的第二空腔抵接,所述第二空腔具有开口轮廓,所述轮廓在第一端部处抵接第一空腔,而在所有其它部位处位于第一空腔的边界之外。在模制完成之后从模子中取出塑料,由此获得具有盒体和弹性夹子的注射成型单元,该弹性夹子在其第一端部处抵接盒体,同时位于盒体边界之外。然后,对夹子进行局部加热,同时弯曲夹子,从而使夹子悬置在盒体上。从图2中将注意到,在该位置处夹子12限定中央孔,所述中央孔可以用于附连钥匙环或其它装置。
应当理解,在不偏离如要求保护的本发明的情况下,可以对钥匙卡及其制造方法进行多种修改,本发明尤其适于包含必须相对于自然环境被很好保护的电子模块的钥匙卡。如所描述的,在通过外模20形成水密和气密密封的情况下,无须使包含电子电路的抽屉14和盖板15卡合配合在一起。利用外模足以组装所述的多种部件并且气密地密封所形成的组件。根据可选的实施方式,可以不要外模,然后可以利用超声波密封技术使盖16和盒体11的内表面在它们共同边界处熔融而绕盒体11的上框缘19形成密封。在任一种情况下,可以通过将抽屉14和盖板15构造为卡合配合在一起而可选地提供附加的密封。
尽管已经针对含有电路的钥匙卡描述了实施方式,但是本发明同样可以应用于其它卡。更一般地,本发明适于任何由注射成型所形成的且设有基本上为J形的夹子的卡,所述J形夹子的最终构造不能被形成为注射成型处理的一部分。由此,根据本发明的卡只不过是一种钥匙卡,该钥匙卡适于支撑一个或多个钥匙并具有允许该钥匙卡被夹至衣物上的夹子。其也可以是名片牌,其中在装配盖16之前将名签(name tag)插入到盒体中,所述名签接合盒体11的上框缘19并且可以卡合配合至上框缘19。显然,为了使这种名片可见,盒体和盖中的任一个或两者均须是透明的。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于生产由塑料材料形成的卡(10)的方法,所述卡(10)具有盒体(11)和悬置于所述盒体的弹性夹子(12),所述盒体和夹子形成为复合注射成型结构,所述方法包括:
将熔融的塑料注入到具有对应于所述盒体的第一空腔的注模中,并且所述第一空腔与对应于所述夹子的第二空腔抵接,所述第二空腔具有开口轮廓,所述开口轮廓在第一端部处抵接所述第一空腔,并且在所有其它部位处位于所述第一空腔的边界之外;
在模制完成之后从所述模子取出塑料,由此获得具有盒体和弹性夹子的注射成型单元,所述弹性夹子在位于所述盒体边界之外的同时在其第一端部处抵接所述盒体;以及
对所述夹子进行局部加热并弯曲所述夹子,从而使所述夹子悬置在所述盒体上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述盒体基本上为矩形,并且所述方法还包括将盒体模制为具有用于将插入物(13)容纳在其中的凹口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述插入物为PCB(13),并且所述方法还包括:
将PCB插入到所述凹口中;
将塑料盖(16)插入到所述凹口中,以覆盖PCB;以及
在所述塑料盖的外周边缘(18)和盒体的外周框缘(19)之间进行密封。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述插入物通过以下方式形成:
形成用于容纳PCB的抽屉(14);
将PCB安装在所述抽屉内;
将盖板(15)装配在所述抽屉上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其包括在所述抽屉和所述盖板上形成互补的卡合配合连接。
6.根据权利要求3至5中任一项所述的方法,其中在所述塑料盖的外周边缘和所述盒体的外周框缘之间进行密封包括:
在所述塑料盖的上方以高温注射成型塑料外模(20);
从而所述塑料外模填充塑料盖的边缘和所述盒体的框缘之间的外周凹口。
7.一种卡(10),其包括:
注射成型单元,该注射成型单元具有盒体(11)和弹性夹子(12),该弹性夹子(12)在其第一端部处与所述盒体抵接,并且悬置于所述盒体以形成基本上为J形的夹子。
8.根据权利要求7所述的卡,其中,所述盒体基本上为矩形,并且包括用于将插入物(13)容纳在其中的凹口。
9.根据权利要求8所述的卡,其中,所述插入物为PCB(13),并且所述卡还包括安装在所述凹口中的塑料盖(16),从而覆盖PCB并且形成围绕所述塑料盖的边缘的外周凹口(18)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的卡,其中,所述插入物包括:
抽屉(14),其用于容纳所述PCB;以及
盖板(15),其装配在所述抽屉上。
