Abstract
本发明公开了一种花洒连接固定结构,其包括成型于花洒上的连接件、连接于墙顶出水口处的主体接头及连接连接件与主体接头的活动固定装置;该活动固定装置是活动套置在主体接头上并活动伸置于主体接头中形成弹性挂钩,而连接件是伸置于主体接头中并由挂钩挂持固定。本发明是利用一活动固定装置与连接墙顶出水口的主体接头配合成一具有活动卡接配合的结构,再通过在与花洒一体成型的连接件上缩颈的设置,该连接件伸置于主体接头中时由该活动固定装置挂持于主体接头上固定,使得花洒与主体接头可实现快速插拔的配合,以令花洒的安装与拆除更加方便快捷。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种卫浴用品,特别是指一种令花洒实现快速安装的花洒连接固定结构。
背景技术
作为淋浴喷头的花洒,有的是通过软管与墙体上的进水管连接,以达手持灵活操作冲洗的功能;有的是直接固定在墙体或是墙顶上,作为定点喷淋冲洗的功能。
随着卫浴用品的不断更新及消费者的不同需求,花洒已不局限于小面积喷淋,现在大面积喷淋的花洒已为人们所喜爱,大面积喷淋的花洒是令其面板的面积设置为大型化,则分布的出水孔会较多,如此即可实现大面积喷淋的效果。
而花洒在固定于墙顶上的出水口接头时,原来常规的花洒体积较小,使用者单手操作即可将花洒旋固于出水口接头或是从出水口接头上拆除;而具较大体积的花洒在安装于或是拆除于墙顶的出水口时,采用旋固的方式,单手无法操作,会令安装或拆除较为费时费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可以实现将花洒快速安装于墙顶出水口接头的花洒连接固定结构。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:一种花洒连接固定结构,其包括成型于花洒上的连接件、连接于墙顶出水口处的主体接头及连接连接件与主体接头的活动固定装置;该活动固定装置是活动套置在主体接头上并活动伸置于主体接头中形成弹性挂钩,而连接件是伸置于主体接头中并由挂钩挂持固定。
所述连接件为一上柱体和一下柱体组成的下粗上细的两段阶梯柱,上柱体中部设有缩颈,缩颈上部设有用于嵌置密封圈的环槽。
所述缩颈上缘形成斜导面。
所述主体接头内径与连接件外径相适配,该主体接头外缘是形成三段依次渐细的阶梯上柱体、中柱体及下柱体,在下柱体近中部设有对称的定位通孔,在下柱体下部形成有限位台阶。
所述定位通孔下部形成斜面。
所述活动固定装置包括一卡扣、一弹簧及滑套;卡扣下端向内向上延伸有复数个凸脚,该卡扣是套置在主体接头上,凸脚恰好伸置于主体接头的定位通孔中以形成弹性挂钩;滑套为一套体,其内缘下方设有环凸缘,在环凸缘下方向内向下延伸有复数个定位凸肋,弹簧自上而下置于滑套中,弹簧下部顶靠在环凸缘上,滑套带着弹簧自主体接头下部向上套置于主体接头上,其定位凸肋是顶靠在主体接头下部的限位台阶上,弹簧的上端是顶靠在主体接头的上柱体与中柱体形成的台阶上,常态时,滑套的环凸缘恰顶靠在卡扣的下端缘。
所述卡扣的凸脚顶端围成的圆内径小于连接件上柱体的外径,其外缘上部形成有台阶。
采用上述方案后,由于本发明是利用一活动固定装置与连接墙顶出水口的主体接头配合成一具有活动卡接配合的结构,再通过在与花洒一体成型的连接件上缩颈的设置,该连接件伸置于主体接头中时由该活动固定装置挂持于主体接头上固定,使得花洒与主体接头可实现快速插拔的配合,以令花洒的安装与拆除更加方便快捷。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,本发明的花洒连接固定结构,其包括一连接件1、一主体接头2及连接二者的活动固定装置3;
该连接件1为一柱体并一体成型于花洒本体A的背部,其与花洒本体A的进水腔A1相通;该连接件1为一上柱体11和一下柱体12组成的下粗上细的两段阶梯柱,其中在上柱体11的中部设有缩颈111,该缩颈111上下缘均形成斜导面,在缩颈111上部的上柱体11上设有环槽12用于嵌置密封圈4;
主体接头2与墙顶上的出水口连接在一起,为一水路通道,该主体接头2内径与上述连接件1的上柱体11外径相适配,该主体接头2的外缘是形成三段依次渐细的阶梯柱,即上柱体21、中柱体22及下柱体23,三个柱体之间依次形成有台阶,在下柱体23近中部设有对称的定位通孔231,该定位通孔231下部形成斜面232,另在下柱体23下部形成有限位台阶233;
活动固定装置3包括一卡扣31、一弹簧32及滑套33;
卡扣31为一环套,其下端向内向上延伸有复数个凸脚311,各凸脚311顶端围成的圆内径小于连接件1上柱体11的外径,其外缘上部形成有台阶312;该卡扣31是套置在主体接头2下柱体23的上部,其上端可顶靠在中柱体22与下柱体23形成的台阶上,而其凸脚311恰好伸置于主体接头2下柱体23的定位通孔231中以形成弹性挂钩;
滑套33为一套体,其内径与主体接头2的上柱体21相适配,其内缘下方设有环凸缘331,该环凸缘331的内径与卡扣31下端的外径相适配,在环凸缘331下方向内向下延伸有复数个定位凸肋332;
配合图1所示,弹簧32是自上而下置于滑套33中,弹簧32的下部顶靠在环凸缘331上,滑套33带着弹簧32自主体接头2下部向上套置于主体接头2上,其定位凸肋332是顶靠在主体接头2下部的限位台阶233上,以此限制滑套33从主体接头2上脱落,而弹簧32的上端是顶靠在主体接头2的上柱体21与中柱体22形成的台阶上,如此令滑套33在主体接头2上处于活动固定状态,常态时,滑套33的环凸缘331是恰顶靠在卡扣31的下端缘。
如图1配合图3所示,欲将花洒安装于墙顶出水口的主体接头2上时,直接将花洒的连接件1向主体接头2的内腔中伸进,由于卡扣31的凸脚311是自下向上向内斜向设置,则连接件1在向上移动时可以推动凸脚311向外变形,待连接件1的缩颈111移至该卡扣31的位置时,则形成挂钩的凸脚311恰可伸置在此缩颈111处对连接件1具有一挂持固定作用,如此便实现了花洒A与出水口的连接,因为连接件1上密封圈4的设置,使得该连接件1与主体接头2的内腔是实现密封配合防止漏水。
如图2、3所示,当欲将花洒A从主体接头2上拆除时,推动活动固定装置3的滑套33相对主体接头2向上移动,此时弹簧32处于压缩蓄能状态,与此同时向下拉动花洒,使连接件1相对主体接头2向下移动,连接件1会带动卡扣31一同向下移动,双向施力,则滑套33的环凸缘331会顶靠在卡扣31的中部,由于台阶312的设置可以限制卡扣31从滑套33中脱出,连接件1在向下施力的过程中,连接件1缩颈111上斜导面会顶推卡扣31的凸脚311,令此凸脚311沿定位通孔231下部的斜面232向外变形回缩于定位通孔231中,失去对连接件1的挂持固定作用,花洒便顺利的从主体接头2上拆除。
综上所述,本发明是利用该活动固定装置3与主体接头2配合成一具有活动卡接配合的结构,再通过在与花洒A一体成型的连接件1上缩颈111的设置,该连接件1伸置于主体接头2中时由该活动固定装置3挂持于主体接头2上固定,使得花洒A与主体接头2可实现快速插拔的配合,以令花洒A的安装与拆除更加方便快捷。
Claims (7)
1、一种花洒连接固定结构,其特征在于:是包括成型于花洒上的连接件、连接于墙顶出水口处的主体接头及连接连接件与主体接头的活动固定装置;该活动固定装置是活动套置在主体接头上并活动伸置于主体接头中形成弹性挂钩,而连接件是伸置于主体接头中并由挂钩挂持固定。
2、如权利要求1所述的花洒连接固定结构,其特征在于:连接件为一上柱体和一下柱体组成的下粗上细的两段阶梯柱,上柱体中部设有缩颈,缩颈上部设有用于嵌置密封圈的环槽。
3、如权利要求2所述的花洒连接固定结构,其特征在于:缩颈上缘形成斜导面。
4、如权利要求1所述的花洒连接固定结构,其特征在于:主体接头内径与连接件外径相适配,该主体接头外缘是形成三段依次渐细的阶梯上柱体、中柱体及下柱体,在下柱体近中部设有对称的定位通孔,在下柱体下部形成有限位台阶。
5、如权利要求4所述的花洒连接固定结构,其特征在于:定位通孔下部形成斜面。
6、如权利要求1所述的花洒连接固定结构,其特征在于:活动固定装置包括一卡扣、一弹簧及滑套;卡扣下端向内向上延伸有复数个凸脚,该卡扣是套置在主体接头上,凸脚恰好伸置于主体接头的定位通孔中以形成弹性挂钩;滑套为一套体,其内缘下方设有环凸缘,在环凸缘下方向内向下延伸有复数个定位凸肋,弹簧自上而下置于滑套中,弹簧下部顶靠在环凸缘上,滑套带着弹簧自主体接头下部向上套置于主体接头上,其定位凸肋是顶靠在主体接头下部的限位台阶上,弹簧的上端是顶靠在主体接头的上柱体与中柱体形成的台阶上,常态时,滑套的环凸缘恰顶靠在卡扣的下端缘。
7、如权利要求6所述的花洒连接固定结构,其特征在于:卡扣的凸脚顶端围成的圆内径小于连接件上柱体的外径,其外缘上部形成有台阶。
