Description

技术领域
本发明涉及容器领域,且其涉及实施容器的机器和方法以及由此获得的容器。确切地说,所述容器可对液体具有单剂量或多剂量类型,并且具备例如注射针、连接件等配件。
背景技术
已知有用于制造塑料单剂量小瓶的机器和方法,所述小瓶每一者都填充有液体,并且具备用于注射此种液体的针。

具体实施方式

2.根据权利要求1所述的机器,其特征在于所述模制构件(2)和所述成形构件(3)彼此接触,并且其下部相对于所述管状元件的所述制造构件、所述支撑构件(4)和所述填充构件(5)对准。
3.根据权利要求1所述的机器,其特征在于所述模制构件(2)具有至少两个相应的移动元件(6),所述移动元件(6)每一者具备至少一第一压缩构件(7),以用于闭合所述容器(100)的所述开放末端(102)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的机器,其特征在于所述模制构件(2)的所述移动元件(6)包含相应的第一模制构件(8),以用于模制所述容器(100)的柄(103)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的机器,其特征在于所述成形构件(3)具有至少两个相应的移动元件(9),所述移动元件(9)每一者具备相应的第二模制构件(10)和第二压缩构件(11),以分别用于形成所述容器的适合容纳所述产品(P)的部分以及用于闭合所述容器(100)的与所述开放末端(102)相对的末端。
6.根据权利要求5所述的机器,其特征在于所述成形构件(3)的所述移动元件(9)具有相应的嵌入构件(12),所述嵌入构件(12)邻近所述第二模制构件(10),且适于抵靠所述配件(101)的一部分压缩所述管状元件(110)的所述半流体塑料材料从而将其嵌入。
7.根据权利要求6所述的机器,其特征在于所述成形构件(3)的所述移动元件(9)具有相应的第三模制构件(13),所述第三模制构件(13)适于形成所述配件(101)的保护构件(104)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的机器,其特征在于所述成形构件(3)的所述移动元件(9)具有相应的第四模制构件(14),所述第四模制构件(14)插入在所述嵌入构件(12)与所述第三模制构件(13)之间,并且适于形成分离构件(105),以允许所述保护构件(104)与所述容器(100)的手动分离。
9.根据权利要求1所述的机器,其特征在于所述支撑构件(4)和所述填充构件(5)由独特的细长管形元件构成,所述元件具有用于所述配件(101)的可移除的获取构件和用于所述产品(P)的供应件。
10.一种用于借助前述权利要求中任一权利要求所述的机器来制造容器的方法,其特征在于:
借助制造构件实施半流体塑料材料的管状元件(110);
在打开条件下将所述管状元件(110)插入在所述模制构件(2)和成形构件(3)中;
借助支撑构件(4)将配件(101)插入在所述成形构件(3)中的所述管状元件(110)内部;
将所述成形构件(3)设置成相应的闭合条件,从而形成具有开放末端(102)的所述容器(100)并且将所述配件(101)嵌入在其中;
通过使所述支撑构件(4)脱离所述配件而至少部分地取出所述支撑构件(4);借助填充构件(5)通过所述容器(100)的开放末端(102)向所述容器(100)中馈入所述产品(P);
移除所述填充构件(5);
将所述模制构件(2)设置成相应的闭合条件,闭合所述容器(100)的所述开放末端(102);
等待所述管状元件(110)的所述材料固结;
将所述模制构件(2)和成形构件(3)设置成所述打开条件,并且取出嵌入有所述配件(101)的所述已形成的容器(100)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于其将所述已形成的容器(100)与所述管状元件(110)的边角料分离。
12.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于其借助鼓风构件或外部抽空构件将所述管状元件(110)的内部压力维持成高于外部压力。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于其在将所述模制构件(2)设置成所述相应的闭合条件之前减小所述管状元件(110)的所述内部压力。
14.一种借助根据权利要求1-9中任一权利要求所述的机器或借助根据权利要求10-13中任一权利要求所述的方法实施的容器,其特征在于其包括至少一容纳产品(P)的中空部分以及至少部分地嵌入在所述容器中且在所述中空部分中流动的配件(101)。
15.根据权利要求14所述的容器,其特征在于其包括在所述容器(100)的与所述配件(101)相对的末端处与所述容器(100)一体地实施的柄(103)。
16.根据权利要求15所述的容器,其特征在于所述柄(103)的形状几乎是矩形且平直的。
17.根据权利要求14所述的容器,其特征在于其包括保护构件(104),用于所述配件(101)的从用于所述产品(P)的部分中突出的部分。
18.根据权利要求17所述的容器,其特征在于所述保护构件(104)借助所述保护构件(104)的分离构件(105)固定到所述容器的其余部分。
19.根据权利要求18所述的容器,其特征在于所述分离构件(105)具有闭合线,所述容器的所述材料在所述闭合线处变薄。
20.根据权利要求17所述的容器,其特征在于所述保护构件(104)与所述容器(100)的所述其余部分为一体。
21.根据权利要求14所述的容器,其特征在于所述配件(101)是用于注射的针。
22.根据权利要求21所述的容器,其特征在于所述针(101)的嵌入在所述容器的所述材料中的部分具备浮雕部分、凹陷、凹槽、滚花和类似物中的至少一者。
23.根据权利要求17到21所述的容器,其特征在于所述保护构件(104)的对应于所述针(101)的针头的部分具有隆起(106)。
