本发明总体上涉及压缩机。更特别地,本发明涉及在压缩机系统中使用的吸收式消声器。
背景技术
吸收式消声器为大家所熟知,其用于基于压缩机的制冷系统中。典型的吸收式消声器包括内部消声器本体和外部消声器本体,这两个本体在壳体中被布置成由吸声材料制成的同心圆柱体形式,该壳体定位在压缩机的排放侧。消声器被设计成,消除从压缩机排出的排放气体中的高压脉动。该排放气体通过位于消声器组件的两个圆柱体之间的环形空腔,从而消除所述高压脉动。
现有吸收式消声器的一个缺点是,排放气体可能以相当高的压力脉动和频率从压缩机排出,使得消声器不能完全吸收能量。结果,内部消声器本体可能会振动。在通常的消声器中,内部消声器本体被机械地连接到壳体上,从而这种振动会引起噪声增加。
因此需要一种消声器组件,其能更有效地减小从壳体传来的振动和噪声。本发明将满足上述需求。
发明内容
用于压缩机组件的一种示例性消声器组件包括第一本体和第二本体,第二本体大致围绕第一本体。具有至少一个弹性部分的弹性安装座支撑第一本体,并将第二本体从第一本体的振动隔离。
在一个实例中,弹性安装座包括刚性臂,在臂之间具有弹性缓冲件。在一个实例中,包括靠近第一本体的各端部的多个这种臂。

具体实施方式
图1为示例性压缩机组件10的示意图,该压缩机组件10对吸入口11中接收的流体进行压缩,并将压缩流体传输到排放壳体12中。当压缩流体从排放壳体12中排出去时,该流体经过消声器组件14。在图示实施例中,压缩机组件10包括螺杆式压缩机,但本发明并不仅仅限于特定类型的压缩机。
在一个实例中,消声器组件14包括第一本体16和第二本体18。例如,第一本体16和第二本体18中的每一个都包括已知的吸声材料,该吸声材料用于公知的压缩机消声器中。在一个实例中,第一本体16和第二本体18均由被穿孔金属板包围的聚丙烯制成。该图示实例显示了基本包围第一本体16的第二本体18。
当高压气体排出排放壳体12并进入消声器组件14时,流体通过位于第一本体16和第二本体18之间的通道20。排放流体的任何高压脉动都将被第一本体16和第二本体18消除。
该示例性消声器组件14包括弹性安装座22,用于相对于第二本体18支撑第一本体16,以在二者之间建立通道20。弹性安装座22至少部分地将由于排放流体的高压脉动引起的第一本体16的振动从消声器组件14的第二本体18及外部壳体24隔离。通过弹性地支撑第一本体16,使得在第一本体16和第二本体18或外部壳体24之间传递的振动能量最小化,从而减小了辐射出去的声音。第二本体18以已知方式相对于壳体24得到支撑。
图2为示例性弹性安装座22的放大图。弹性安装座22包括刚性支撑臂26、刚性托架臂28及弹性部分30。在一个实例中,支撑臂26在一端附近通过公知的诸如焊接或硬钎焊方式装接到第一本体16上。支撑臂26的相反端被至少部分地容纳在托架臂28的相应部分中。托架臂28以公知方式如焊接或硬钎焊方式装接到外部壳体24上。在一个实例中,支 撑臂26和托架臂28包括钢。在另一实例中,支撑臂26和托架臂28包括铝。在又一实例中,支撑臂26和托架臂28包括热塑性材料。
示例性弹性部分30被安装在托架臂28的凹部29中。该弹性部分30容纳支撑臂26的一端,从而在支撑臂26和托架臂28之间提供缓冲。同时,弹性部分30使得容易在支撑臂26、弹性部分30以及托架臂28之间进行可靠的连接,从而这些臂协同而足以将第一本体16支撑在壳体24中。
在一个实例中,弹性部分30包括氯丁橡胶。在另一实例中,弹性安装座22包括螺旋弹簧。在另一实例中,弹性安装座22包括板簧。
图3为示例性消声器组件14的第一本体16和第二本体18的端部视图。在图示实例中,第一本体16和第二本体18为同心的圆柱体,在这两个圆柱体之间形成沿轴向(也就是进入纸里的方向)延伸的通道20。该例中的弹性安装座22从至少三个位置32、34、36分别支撑第一本体16。在一个实例中,三组协同作用的托架臂28和支撑臂26在第一本体16和外部壳体24之间径向地延伸。在该例中,位置32-36均匀地间隔120°。第一本体16完全由弹性安装座22支撑,这样第一本体16的振动被从外部壳体24隔离。
图4表示消声器组件14的另一特征。在该例中,消声器组件14包括两个弹性安装座22,这两个弹性安装座靠近第一本体16的相反端部。该示例性弹性安装座22允许足够的流体通道20,同时可靠地支撑第一本体16,并使第一本体16和外部壳体24之间的任何能量传输最小化,从而将外部壳体24从第一本体16的振动隔离。
所公开的实例提供了在某种程度上改进了的声音效果,因为它们减小了振动和辐射噪声。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于压缩机组件的吸收式消声器组件,包括:
第一本体;
第二本体,大致包围该第一本体;以及
弹性安装座,具有至少一个弹性部分和至少一个支撑臂,用于支撑第一本体并至少部分地将第二本体从第一本体的振动隔离;
其中吸收式消声器组件包括壳体和装接到所述壳体上的托架臂,其中所述至少一个支撑臂被装接到所述第一本体上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸收式消声器组件,其特征在于,所述第一本体和第二本体包括同心的圆柱体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吸收式消声器组件,其特征在于,所述弹性安装座包括在第一本体和第二本体之间沿径向延伸的至少三个支撑臂和三个协同作用的托架臂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的吸收式消声器组件,其特征在于,第一本体包括吸声材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的吸收式消声器组件,其特征在于,所述至少一个弹性部分在所述至少一个支撑臂和所述托架臂之间提供缓冲。
6.根据权利要求1所述的吸收式消声器组件,其特征在于,所述第二本体包括壳体和位于所述壳体与所述第一本体之间的吸声材料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的吸收式消声器组件,其特征在于,包括第二弹性安装座,所述弹性安装座接近所述第一本体的相反端部。
8.根据权利要求1所述的吸收式消声器组件,其特征在于,所述弹性部分包括氯丁橡胶。
9.根据权利要求1所述的吸收式消声器组件,其特征在于,所述弹性安装座包括弹簧。
10.根据权利要求1所述的吸收式消声器组件,其特征在于,吸收式消声器组件消声器位于所述压缩机组件的排放侧附近。
11.一种提供压缩机组件具有吸收式消声器组件的方法,吸收式消声器组具有第一本体、第二本体和弹性安装座,方法包括:
以第二本体大致包围该第一本体;以及
以弹性安装座将第二本体从第一本体形成的振动隔离,其中弹性安装座包括至少一个弹性部分和至少一个支撑臂;
其中吸收式消声器组件包括壳体和装接到所述壳体上的托架臂,其中所述至少一个支撑臂被装接到所述第一本体上。
