所属技术领域:本发明专利涉及到两个以上轴孔组装螺丝难的问题,尤其是组装轴孔多的万能升降折叠按摩摇椅。
背景技术:
目前,公知用轴组装两个以上轴孔需要用眼睛对准安装,安装轴又慢又不准确,给万能折叠椅组装造成困难,使万能椅生产不能形成流水线和批量生产。
发明内容:
现有组装多轴孔螺丝,靠眼睛看轴孔与轴孔对应情况,当眼睛对准轴孔与轴孔,将螺丝拧进轴孔时,因拧螺丝时活动,两轴孔很难对准,本万能升降折叠按摩摇椅提供的组装方法不仅不用眼睛对轴孔与轴孔,而且能准确快速组装螺丝。
技术方案:本项发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:将万能椅折叠放在一平台上(1),椅前腿脚(2)和椅座面前端(3)分别制出与椅脚形相似的模具。轴孔与轴孔相对应,组装螺丝就不用眼看对孔上螺丝。为了用电钻快速拧螺丝,在与各轴孔相垂直处设滑道(4),制出与电钻外尺寸相似的滑道,需要钻拧螺丝时,将电钻放在滑道里,就可以省时省力拧螺丝组装万能升降折叠按摩摇椅。
本发明专利有益效果是:可以免除用眼看轴孔与轴孔之间是否对准,可以免除用手提钻拧螺丝劳累之苦,可以节约90%以上的组装时间,使难以组装的四十余功能万能升降折叠按摩摇椅,能形成流水线作业和大批量规模生产。

Claims (3)

1.万能升降折叠按摩摇椅组装方法:将万能椅折叠放在专用案台上(1),需要上螺丝的椅脚(2)、座面前端(3)、交叉椅腿中部均安装与椅腿相似的模具。
2.如权利要求1所说的组装方法,其特征在于:需组装的轴孔处设与轴垂直的滑道(4),将拧螺丝的电钻正好放入滑道内,便于钻拧螺丝。
3.如权利要求1所说的组装方法,其特征在于:可将模具与滑道固定在一起,并将滑道固定在案台上,组装时将万能椅折叠放在有组装设备的案台上。
