本发明为兼有对炉拱进行冷却功能的有机热载体燃煤链条锅炉。锅炉的炉拱坚固性不会因为锅炉的吨位加大而受到影响,出现倒塌的机率很小,当出现断电时锅炉内的热量在短时间内可以排出,锅炉的安全性较高。其包括底部炉排、炉拱和炉膛受热面大件,其特征在于:所述的炉拱内设置有水冷管,所述水冷管与锅炉外部设置的水箱构成循环回路;炉膛连接外部烟道,所述外部烟道内安装有对流管束,所述水箱包括上水箱、下水箱,所述上水箱、下水箱分别与所述外部烟道内的对流管束连接相通,所述炉拱内的水冷管分别包括上升管和下降管,所述上升管的出水端分别与所述上水箱连接相通,所述下降管的进水端分别与所述下水箱连接相通。

(一)技术领域
本发明涉及锅炉,具体为兼有对炉拱进行冷却功能的有机热载体燃煤链条锅炉。 
(二)背景技术
现有的有机热载体燃煤链条锅炉,其包括底部炉排、炉拱和上部的受热面大件。低温的有机热载体经过受热面大件内的对流管束或者盘管加热后达到一定的温度时排出。顺应工业发展的需要,市场需求的锅炉逐渐向大吨位高容量方向发展,锅炉吨位的增加就意味着炉排、炉拱的拓宽,而炉拱拓宽以后,长期的热胀冷缩容易导致炉拱的倒塌,且锅炉容量增加后,锅炉工作时其内部的热量很大,一旦出现断电,锅炉内部的热量无法排出,容易引起事故,安全系数低。 
(三)发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种兼有对炉拱进行冷却功能的有机热载体燃煤链条锅炉,锅炉的炉拱坚固性不会因为锅炉的吨位加大而受到影响,出现倒塌的机率很小,当出现断电时锅炉内的热量在短时间内可以排出,锅炉的安全性较高。 
其技术方案是这样的: 
其包括底部炉排、炉拱和炉膛受热面大件, 
其特征在于:所述的炉拱内设置有水冷管,所述水冷管与锅炉外部设置的水箱构成循环回路;炉膛连接外部烟道,所述外部烟道内安装有对流管束,所述水箱包括上水箱、下水箱,所述上水箱、下水箱分别与所述外部烟道内的对流管束连接相通,所述炉拱内的水冷管分别包括上升管和下降管,所述上升管的出水端分别与所述上水箱连接相通,所述下降管的进水端分别与所述下水箱连接相通。 
本发明采用上述结构后,由于炉拱内设置有水冷管,水冷管可以及时将炉拱降温,炉拱不会出现过热,混凝土出现开裂的机率很小,同时水冷管兼有支撑的作用,确保炉拱不会出现倒塌,一旦出现断电,可以快速的将水冷管内的蒸汽排出,短时间内将炉膛降温,锅炉安全得到保证。

见图1,本发明包括底部炉排1、炉拱2和炉膛内受热面大件10,炉拱2内分别设置有水冷管12、4,炉膛连接外部烟道9,烟道9内安装有对流管束7,锅炉外部设置有水箱,水箱包括上水箱8、下水箱6,上水箱8、下水箱6分别与烟道9内的对流管束7连接相通,炉拱2内的水冷管12、4分别包括上升管和下降管,上升管的出水端11、3分别与上水箱8连接相通,下降管的进水端13、5分别与下水箱6连接相通,这样水冷管12、4就分别与上水箱8、下水箱6,构成循环回路。下面结合附图描述本发明的工作过程:介质进入炉膛内的受热面后被加热排出,炉膛内的烟气进入外部烟道9,对烟道9内的对流管束7加热,下水箱6内的水进入水冷管的下降管后通过上升管进入上水箱8,在上水箱8内实现水汽分离,上水箱8内的水通过对流管束后进入下水箱6,接着进行循环,图1中的箭头代表水的流向。当然上水箱8、下水箱6、对流管束7、水冷管12、4之间也可以采用其它的循环形式,只要保证可以对炉拱进行冷却降温即可。

1.兼有对炉拱进行冷却功能的有机热载体燃煤链条锅炉,其包括底部炉排、炉拱和炉膛受热面大件,其特征在于:所述的炉拱内设置有水冷管,所述水冷管与锅炉外部设置的水箱构成循环回路;炉膛连接外部烟道,所述外部烟道内安装有对流管束,所述水箱包括上水箱、下水箱,所述上水箱、下水箱分别与所述外部烟道内的对流管束连接相通,所述炉拱内的水冷管分别包括上升管和下降管,所述上升管的出水端分别与所述上水箱连接相通,所述下降管的进水端分别与所述下水箱连接相通。
