Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明总体上涉及将例如润滑油的液压流体供给组件,具体地说,供给机动车变速箱的离合器转毂中的流体流路。
背景技术
自动变速箱总成中的摩擦离合器或超越离合器的毂在离合器元件的元件和在该总成中传输扭矩的轴或其它组件之间传递扭矩。另外,这种毂运送例如自动变速箱油(automatic transmission fluid,ATF)的液压流体以润滑和冷却离合器表面,特别是在实际使用时受到摩擦、摩损或擦热的表面。为了提供流体通道,毂上通常形成有一系列的成角度隔开的放射状穿过毂厚度的孔,流体通过这些孔通向组件的临界表面。在总成运行时,自动变速箱油由于放射状地向外甩到组件内表面而不断地沉积。
一般地,由实心金属胚或锻件加工、或由不同于金属板成形(sheetmetal forming)的其他形成方法加工而成的毂,在毂的内径上需要机械加工油坝(oil dam),以引导油穿过径向通孔来冷却离合器并防止油从毂的末端流出。然而,在这种毂上加工油坝费用较高。
位于各径向孔上的轴向槽不能从毂的内径将足量的油引导到径向孔,因为沿着槽之间的毂的圆周传送到毂内径的油会在毂的末端流失,而不会流入轴向槽和径向孔。
因此,在产业中需要一种可以有效率的和有效的从毂的内圆周向并通过穿过毂壁厚度的孔聚集和传送油的低成本技术,以利于组件的临界面的润滑和冷却。
发明内容
本发明的毂形成有一系列的流体通道,每一流体通道具有位于毂的内径表面的底部,在总成旋转时,径向甩出的ATF或其它液压流体不断地沉积到该通道。每一通道具有底部,其轮廓实质上沿着相邻通道之间的内表面的整个成角度的长度收集油。上述通道可以消除或减少加工毂的内表面或超越离合器的沟槽的需要。
不使用轴向槽,各通道的底部的轮廓具有凸轮状外观,其与机械的单向离合器的联轴节的凸轮相似。通道底部引导油流向通道的主直径,在该处有径向孔,这样传送给毂内径的所有的油通过径向油孔引导,而不是仅有部分的油容纳在具有狭窄的角长的轴向槽中。
通道底部的轮廓仅制成与单向旋转的毂配合,所以通道的末端终止于径向孔,且通道的深度在孔处最大,可替换地,通道底部的轮廓向相反的方向延伸。相似地,通道的末端终止于径向孔,且通道的深度在孔处最大。
一种围绕轴线的用于引导流体沿着机动车变速器箱中的流路流动的组件,包括具有形成有朝向轴线的内表面的厚度的第一壁,以及与轴线隔开、并穿过壁的厚度的孔。该壁上形成有与孔和内表面连通的通道。该通道包括具有绕轴线成角度延伸的长度的底部,和随着与该孔的距离的减小而沿该长度增加的深度。

具体实施方式
首先参照图1,在液压驱动的自动变速箱中,用于交替地开启和关闭毂12和鼓部件(又称为离合器分泵)14之间的驱动连接的离合器10包括离合器盘16,其沿着鼓部件14轴向地相互隔开。离合器盘16的径向外周通过鼓部件14内表面上形成的花键17连接至鼓部件,这样离合器盘和鼓部件作为一个单元旋转。摩擦盘18位于各离合器盘16之间,其通过毂的径向外表面上形成的花键19连接至毂12,这样摩擦盘和毂作为一个单元旋转。毂12支承在轴承20上,并具有一系列的成角度间隔的径向孔22,液压流体通过这些孔径向地向外流向摩擦盘18和离合器盘16。离合器实质上关于纵轴线23对称。
离合器盘16和摩擦盘18因伺服活塞24的动作被强制相互摩擦接触,该伺服活塞24位于由鼓部件14形成的汽缸中。通过通道28和止回阀30向汽缸26提供加压的液压流体。当向汽缸26加压时,伺服活塞24向右移动迫使离合器盘16和摩擦盘18靠向压盘32,其与花键17咬合并通过卡环34固定于鼓部件14。这样,离合器盘16和摩擦盘18在毂12和鼓部件14之间建立起驱动连接。当汽缸26中为低压力时,回位弹簧36不断地向伺服活塞24施加抵抗其向右移动的推力并促使活塞向左移动至图1中的位置。压缩回位弹簧36的位置由通过由卡环40固定于毂42的板件38固定。在低压力时,止回阀30允许油退出汽缸26,以减少汽缸中残留的油的离心力并在需要时确保伺服活塞24向左移动。
图2为用于单向离合器的环的等轴测视图。环50包括毂52,其沿轴线23成角度地延伸,毂上形成有成角度地隔开的轴向孔56和一个大的中心孔57。环50外表面的一部分形成有轴向的花键齿58,与花键齿17、19相似,其将离合器10的离合器盘16和摩擦盘18可驱动地连接至鼓部件14和毂10。环50外表面的另一部分形成有凸轮表面60,其可以由单向离合器的摇杆啮合,例如美国专利第7,100,756号所描述和图示的摇杆。形成有轮廓的表面60平行于轴线23轴向延伸并位于与花键齿58相对的径向内表面,下面将参照图3-6对其作详细的说明。一系列的成角度隔开的径向孔80穿过轴向壁74、94。
接下来参照图3和4,绕中心轴线23排列的离合器环组件70包括壁74,其相对于轴线在面向轴线的内表面76和外表面78之间径向延伸。绕轴线相互成角度隔开的一系列的径向孔80穿过壁74延伸。
形成于壁74上的流体通道82绕轴线23相互隔开。各通道82包括底部84,其成角度地向对应的孔80延伸。作为内表面76和底部84之间径向距离测量的各通道82的深度,随着从相应的孔80沿底部的角距离的减小而增加。各通道82的深度在相应的孔80处最大。
各通道82的底部84终止于表面86,其与底部和内表面76都相交。各通道82均与相应的孔80连通。如图4所示,在壁74的一个端面87,各通道82均由径向毂52封闭。在表面88相对的轴线末端,各通道82是敞开的以允许取出工具,因此这些特征可以在最初的制造工艺中形成。
运行时,组件70最好沿逆时针方向绕轴线23旋转。当组件70旋转时,液压流体径向地向外甩到内表面76,沿着其在相邻孔80之间的整个成角度的长度进入各通道82,在通道中流向并穿过通道82末端的相应的孔。
参照图5和6,绕中心轴线23排列的离合器环组件90包括壁94,其相对于轴线在面向轴线的内表面96和外表面98之间径向延伸。绕轴线23相互成角度地隔开的一系列的孔80穿过壁94径向延伸。
形成于壁94上的流体通道102绕轴线23相互隔开。各通道102包括底部104,其成角度地向对应的孔80延伸。各通道82的底部104在径向线的两侧成角度地延伸,通过各孔80的中部绕轴线23从相邻通道的底部向所述通道的孔延伸。作为内表面96和底部104之间径向距离测量的各通道102的深度,随着从相应的孔80沿着底部的角距离的减小而增加。各通道102的深度在相应的孔80处最大。
各通道102与相应的孔80连通。如图6所示,在壁94的一个端面108,各通道102由径向毂52封闭。在相对的轴线向端面112,各通道102是敞开的,以允许流体沿着其长度朝向孔80流入通道并穿过该孔到达外表面98。
运行时,组件90绕轴线72沿任一方向旋转。当组件90旋转时,液压流体径向外甩到内表面96,沿着其在相邻孔80之间的整个成角度的长度进入各通道102,在成角度的方向上在通道中流向并穿过通道82末端相应的孔80。
根据专利法的规定,本发明的优选实施例已经描述如上。然而,应当了解可以实施与上述特定的图示和描述不同的替代实施例。
Claims (12)
1.一种用于引导流体沿着机动车变速箱的流路流动的组件,包含:
壁,其包括朝向轴线的内表面,形成有凸轮表面的外表面,和穿过该壁延伸至凸轮表面的径向孔;
形成于该壁中的通道,其与该孔和该内表面连通,包括具有绕该轴线成角度延伸的长度的底部,和随着与该孔的距离的减小而沿该长度增加的深度;以及
位于该通道的第一轴向末端的第二壁,其用于封闭该通道阻止流体流过该第二壁。
2.如权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于该通道的第二轴向末端是敞开的。
3.如权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于该通道的深度在该孔处最大。
4.如权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于该通道的该长度在该孔相对的成角度侧延伸,该通道的深度在该孔处最大。
5.如权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于该组件包含用于支撑绕轴线旋转的环。
6.一种用于引导流体沿着机动车变速箱的流路流动的组件,包含:
壁,其包括朝向轴线的内表面,形成有凸轮表面的外表面,和穿过该壁延伸至凸轮表面的径向孔;
形成于该壁的通道,每一通道与一个孔和该内表面连通,并包括具有绕该轴线成角度延伸的长度的底部,和随着与该孔的距离的减小而沿该长度增加的深度;以及
位于各通道的第一轴向末端的第二壁,其用于封闭各通道阻止流体流过该第二壁。
7.如权利要求6所述的组件,其特征在于各通道的第二轴向末端是敞开的,以允许流体流入该通道。
8.如权利要求6所述的组件,其特征在于各通道的深度在该孔处最大。
9.如权利要求6所述的组件,其特征在于各通道的该长度在该孔相对的成角度侧延伸,该通道的深度在该孔处最大。
10.如权利要求6所述的组件,其特征在于该组件包含用于支撑绕轴线旋转的环。
11.一种绕机动车变速箱的轴线旋转的毂,包含:
壁,其包括朝向轴线的内表面,形成有凸轮表面的外表面,花键齿,和穿过该壁延伸至花键齿和凸轮表面的径向孔;以及
形成于该壁的通道,每一通道与一个孔和该内表面连通,并包括具有绕该轴线成角度延伸的长度的底部,和随着与该孔的距离的减小而沿该长度增加的深度。
12.如权利要求11所述的毂,其特征在于液压离合器引导流体沿着流路流入。
