Abstract

本发明涉及一种电池制造方法,包括导电端子和电池盖板焊接的步骤,焊接时一焊极压在导电端子上,另一焊极压在电池盖板的铆钉上,使得焊极、铆钉、压板、导电端子构成一电流回路而实现导电端子和电池盖板的焊接。这种电池制造方法适用于制造放电电流大或易震动设备的电池。

一种电池制造方法
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种电池制造方法,具体涉及一种电池盖板和导电端子的焊接方法。
【背景技术】
锂电池包括电池容器、容纳于其中的电极组件及焊接在电池容器上用于密封电池容器和引出电流的盖板组件,其中盖板组件包括盖板、绝缘件、压板和铆钉,电极组件的正/负导电端子与电池容器或电池盖板电连接、负/正导电端子与压板电阻连接。焊接时,如图1所示,导电端子位于压板上,电阻焊的两焊极同时压在导电端子上从而实现导电端子与盖板的焊接。但是,一方面由于导电端子在电极组件上的位置通常有较大偏差,焊接时导电端子难以在压板上准确定位,另一方面由于导电端子的宽度只有3毫米左右,电阻焊的两焊极在其上也难以定位,故极易出现电阻焊极偏离导电端子的情况,使得焊接效果大打折扣。一旦出现电阻焊一焊极同时压在压板和导电端子上的情况,如图2所示,极易产生火花而将导电端子熔化造成虚焊,使得震动时导电端子与压板易断路缺陷,导致焊接不良,并最终导致电池内阻偏高,连接强度不够的质量缺陷。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种电池制造方法,其能保证导电端子与电池盖板精确焊接。
本发明的技术方案:一种电池制造方法,包括导电端子和电池盖一板焊接的步骤,焊接时一焊极压在导电端子上,另一焊极压在电池盖板的铆钉上,使得焊极、铆钉、压板、导电端子构成一电流回路而实现导电端子和电池盖板的焊接。
具体地,所采用的焊接方式为电阻焊焊接。
更具体地,所述焊极压力是50牛。
更具体地,所述焊接电流是20安。
更具体地,所述焊接时间是0.2秒。
本发明的有益效果:1)由于焊接时一焊接电极压在铆钉上,另一焊接电极相对较易定位在导电端子上,解决了两个焊接电极同时压在较窄的导电端子上而难以定位的问题,保证导电端子与盖板的焊接优良。2)焊接时导电端子、压板、铆钉与两焊接电极构成一电流回路,使得铆钉与压板由之前的接触连接变为熔融连接,从而使电池内阻进一步变小。

【具体实施方式】
锂电池由电池容器、容纳于其中的电极组件及用于封闭电池容器的盖板组件组成,电极组件上设置有导电端子1,盖板组件包括压板2、铆钉3、绝缘件4和盖板5。如图3所示,导电端子1和盖板组件焊接时是通过将电阻焊的两焊极6、7分别以50牛压力F压在导电端子1、铆钉3上,使得导电端子1、压板2、铆钉3与两焊极6、7构成一电流回路,然后再以20安电流I持续0.2秒,从而将导电端子1与压板2、压板2与铆钉3焊接在一起。由于焊接时一焊接电极7压在铆钉3上,另一焊接电极6相对较易定位在导电端子1上,解决了两个焊接电极6、7同时压在较窄的导电端子1上而难以定位的问题,保证导电端子1焊接优良。由于盖板和铆钉的连接成为熔融连接,与以前的接触连接相比电阻更小,提高了电池的性能。这种电池适用于放电电流大或易震动的设备。

Claims (5)

1.一种电池制造方法,包括导电端子和电池盖板焊接的步骤,其特征在于:焊接时一焊极压在导电端子上,另一焊极压在电池盖板的铆钉上,使得焊极、铆钉、盖板的压板、导电端子构成一电流回路而实现导电端子和电池盖板的焊接。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池制造方法,其特征在于:所采用的焊接方式为电阻焊焊接。
3.如权利要求1所述的电池制造方法,其特征在于:焊极压力是50牛。
4.如权利要求1所述的电池制造方法,其特征在于:焊接电流是20安。
5.如权利要求1所述的电池制造方法,其特征在于:焊接时间是0.2秒。
