背景技术:现市场上的三七茶种类繁多,但尚没有与本发明相同配方的三七茶。
本发明的目的是发明一种充分利用三七茎、叶、花、籽的新型茶。
三七花健脑茶,由三七花、野山茶、三七红籽、三七茎、三七叶和灵芝经粉碎混合而成,按原料重量百分比,三七花为4%-18%,野生茶12%-30%,三七红籽8%-30%,三七茎18%-35%,三七叶16%-35%,灵芝2%-12%。
三七是我国的名贵中药材,为药食同源植物,含有20余种单体皂甙、黄酮、三七素、活性多糖等主要药用成分,还含有17种以上氨基酸、73种挥发油成分、包括活性硒在内的17种微量元素及粗蛋白等,三七主要应用部分为三七的地下部分和三七花,三七叶、三七茎、三七红籽通常为废弃物,本发明充分利用三七废弃物生产出一种新型的保健茶,该茶汤色为琥珀色,味微苦回甜,经国家相关部门检测,各项卫生指标符合国家标准。
下面结合实施例对本发明作详细说明。
具体实施方式:实施例1:三七花健脑茶,按原料重量百分比,将已粉碎的10%三七花、20%野生茶、15%三七红籽、25%三七茎、25%三七叶、5%灵芝混均包装即成,野生茶为当地山上生长的一种野生茶叶。
实施例2:三七花健脑茶,按原料重量百分比,三七花为7%-15%,野生茶15%-26%,三七红籽10%-20%,三七茎20%-30%,三七叶20%-30%,灵芝3%-10%。
实施例3:三七花健脑茶,按原料重量百分比,三七花为9%-12%,野生茶18%-22%,三七红籽13%-17%,三七茎23%-27%,三七叶23%-27%,灵芝4%-7%。

1.三七花健脑茶,其特征在于由三七花、野生茶、三七红籽、三七茎、三七叶和灵芝经粉碎混合而成,按原料重量百分比,三七花为4%-18%,野生茶12%-30%,三七红籽8%-30%,三七茎18%-35%,三七叶16%-35%,灵芝2%-12%。
