Abstract

Description
发明领域
本发明通常涉及一种机电锁装置,尤其涉及一种这样的锁装置,在该锁装置中,电或机电操作的闩锁机构设置在锁芯的圆筒表面中的凹槽内。
发明背景
本领域已知包括电配合作用或电控的闩锁机构的机电锁装置,该闩锁机构用于操纵锁的圆柱体。例如,美国专利说明书5839307、瑞典专利SE9904771-4和欧洲专利公开EP1134335A2公开了这种锁装置。其中公开了如何通过电动机转动致动器。致动器依次允许或阻止侧闩移动。

下面是对本发明优选实施例的详细说明。
图1是根据本发明构造出的锁装置中的圆柱芯的分解图,通常用10表示。芯10被构造成放置于典型为圆柱体的外壳2中的圆柱形开口4中,因此,该芯具有基本对应于外壳开口的外表面。芯包括钥匙槽12,该钥匙槽12以典型的方式被构造成接收钥匙(未示出)。芯10包括多个闭锁销开口14,其以典型的方式容纳闭锁销(未示出)。被适当轮廓成形的钥匙接触闭锁销并将它们放在分隔线上从而使芯10能够相对于外壳转动的方式是现有技术中已知的,因此这里不对其进行更详细的描述。

侧闩20、制动器30和具有相关部件,例如阻尼弹簧46的电动机40设置在芯的圆筒表面10b中的凹槽10a内,并且通过盖18被保持在适当的位置。相应地,电子模块48设置在芯的圆筒表面的相对于凹槽10a的凹槽内。

狭缝10d优选具有基本对应于侧闩20宽度的宽度。
以下述方法装配所述锁装置。首先,通过切刀或铣刀在芯10的圆筒表面内提供凹槽10a。其后,从凹槽10a开始,利用球磨机提供圆孔10c。接着,以上述顺序装配枢轴销50、弹簧22、46和52、致动器30和电动机40、侧闩20,最后是盖46。设置电动机和致动器使致动器被放置在圆孔10c内,而侧闩被放置在狭缝10d内。
在图5和6a-c所示的可替换实施例中,具有旋转轴的电动机40已经由线性操作的电动机或螺线管140代替。其与纵向可移动的致动器130相连。在致动器130中设置孔130a,该孔130a设置成容纳侧闩120上的销120a。在图6a所示的位置,由于其销与孔130a对齐,所以侧闩可以朝向致动器移动。
