本发明涉及在重负载用轮胎上表示再开槽的极限的车辆用充气轮胎。
背景技术
再开槽作为在开槽深度剩下2~3mm左右时,使用电热切割器切割开槽的下面而任意地制作开槽的作业,一般情况下,是制作深度为3mm、宽度为3~15mm的开槽的作业。从进行了再开槽后的带面的上端,到开槽底面为止的距离(Under Tread Gauge)最小必须在4mm以上。

为了解决这样的问题,介绍了形成再生引导槽的技术、以及通过将尼龙或聚酯等的合成纤维、以天然光纤为材料的较薄的纤维层插入带的上端部,由此来作为极限的标记的技术等。
但是,这样的方法存在由于过大地变更胎面的构造,从而存在使轮胎的耐久性下降,或使制造工序复杂化的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种轮胎,其为通过在开槽内的剔石部的两侧的底面形成再开槽的极限开槽,无需过大地变更胎面构造和进行复杂的制造工序,即可用目测容易地确认再开槽的时期和再开槽的极限表示的轮胎。

以下,参照附图对本发明进行详细地说明。
本发明是由胎面1和胎侧2以及胎圈部3构成的,且在胎面1上形成有开槽4,并在开槽4内形成了剔石部5的产品,其特征在于,在开槽内的剔石部5与开槽的壁面之间的底面上形成再开槽的极限开槽6。上述再开槽的极限开槽6,可以剔石部5为基准,设置在两侧或仅设置在其中一方。但是,如果再开槽的极限开槽6的长度太长,则开槽4的深度变深,从而引起胎面部的刚性下降,所以再开槽的极限开槽6的长度不宜过长。
为此,本发明在将再开槽的极限开槽6形成在剔石部5的两侧或一侧时,不是连续地将其设置,而是有间隔地设置。如图1和图2那样,优选地,其以剔石部5为基准交替地形成在两侧。此时,再开槽的极限开槽6排列成锯齿状。
上述再开槽的极限开槽6的深度(a)为3mm,优选地,从再开槽的极限开槽的底部到带层的上面为止的距离(Under Tread Gauge)(b)为4mm以上。
随着轮胎磨损,如果上述再开槽的极限开槽6露出,由此可用目测容易地确认已到实施再开槽作业的时期,在进行再开槽作业时,只需实施再开槽的极限开槽6的深度的再开槽作业即可。

1.一种车辆用充气轮胎,由胎面和胎侧以及胎圈部构成,在胎面上形成有开槽,并且在开槽内形成有剔石部,其特征在于,在剔石部与开槽的壁面之间的底面上,形成有再开槽的极限开槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用充气轮胎,其特征在于,上述再开槽的极限开槽仅形成在以剔石部为基准的任意一方。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车辆用充气轮胎,其特征在于,再开槽的极限开槽不是连续设置,而是有间隔地设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用充气轮胎,其特征在于,上述再开槽的极限开槽有间隔地形成在开槽内的剔石部的两侧的底面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车辆用充气轮胎,其特征在于,再开槽的极限开槽交替地形成在剔石部的两侧。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的车辆用充气轮胎,其特征在于,上述再开槽的极限开槽的深度(a)为3mm,并且从再开槽的极限开槽的底部到带层的上面为止的距离(b)为4mm以上。
