Abstract
本发明涉及一种新型建材板的生产方法,其主要特征为氧化镁、无水硫酸、秸秆、无机胶粘剂、珍珠岩、石英粉、石棉绒、环烷酸铜、白碳黑、玻纤布等原料按比例配合,经过勾兑搅拌、模具、脱模、干燥成型而成。具有工艺简单,造价低,防水、隔音等性能好的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种建材板的生产方法。
背景技术
现有的建材板,有的防水,有的隔热,有的隔音,但各种性能都有者甚少,且大多含有大量的氯化镁材料,致使产品中有害物质一氯含量大,并且易导致产品潮化。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种既防水、隔热,又隔音的轻质建材板的生产方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:按以下重量比为配料:秸杆30-40%、氧化镁20-25%、氯化镁10-15%、无水硫酸5-10%、珍珠岩5-10%、石英粉5-10%、石棉绒5-10%、环烷酸铜3-5%、白碳黑3-5%、玻纤布适量;将配好的原料混合,并加入占总重量20-25%的水,搅拌均匀;将混合物浇注到模具中(可根据所需结构、形状的不同选择不同构造的模具),经振捣、抹平;3-5小时后可拆除模具;自然干燥。
本发明的优点在于,原料中加入秸杆,可变费为宝;原料中氯化镁的含量少,产品有害物质一氯含量低;本发明造价低,能防水、防火、隔热、隔音。
实施例
主要原料的重量比为:秸杆35%、氧化镁22%、氯化镁11%、无水硫酸6%、珍珠岩6%、石英粉6%、石棉绒6%、环烷酸铜4%、白碳黑4%、玻纤布适量;将配好的原料混合,并加入占总重量20-25%的水,搅拌均匀;将混合物浇注到中间装有纵管的模具中经振捣、抹平;3-5小时后可拆除模具;自然干燥,即可生产出中空的建材板。

1.一种新型建材板的生产方法,其主要特征为氧化镁、无水硫酸、秸杆、无机胶粘剂、珍珠岩、石英粉、石棉绒、环烷酸铜、白碳黑、玻纤丝等原料按比例配合,经过勾兑搅拌、模具成型、脱模、干燥而成。
2.权利要求1所述的各种原料的重量比为:秸杆30-40%、氧化镁20-25%、氯化镁10-15%、无水硫酸5-10%、珍珠岩5-10%、石英粉5-10%、石棉绒5-10%、环烷酸铜3-5%、白碳黑3-5%、玻纤布适量。
