技术领域
本发明涉及用于运动鞋、尤其是用于高尔夫球运动的鞋垫。
背景技术
高尔夫球是一种已在美国和远东创立并也在欧洲越来越流行的运动。
高尔夫球是在一种户外练习的运动，在其规定过程中有令人愉悦的山丘间的风加上设置形成所谓“水障碍”的池塘和溪流；这些特征使得高尔夫球称为既能够对身体有利(因为它是运动)又有利于精神(由于其进行的宽阔且精心护理的绿色空间)的运动。
击打高尔夫球的一般动作，所谓的“挥杆”，可分为四种主要瞬间：
“站位”，即准备挥杆时脚的放置，
“上杆”，即举起球杆以准备好挥杆的运动，
“下杆”，即球杆击球的向下运动，
“完成”，即挥杆运动的最后部分，其基本上从球被击中时开始。
在这些运动的执行中，运动员的脚的一些部分由于身体的运动以及躯干和手臂的旋转运动和同时的腿的弯曲和旋转所引起的重量转移施加到其上的扭矩而以非常特别的方式受到影响。
除此之外，高尔夫运动员的脚由于从一次挥杆到下一次挥杆行进的长距离行走而受到强烈的压力。
目前，高尔夫球运动使用美观高雅并由使得运动员在挥杆和行走时都舒适的鞋子来进行；但是这些鞋子一般设有基本上均匀的刚度和弹性的鞋底并且不能在需要进行上述扭矩或受到增加负载时跟随和辅助最强烈受压的脚的部分。
高尔夫运动员的特殊运动加上常规运动鞋，会使运动员的脚易于受到轻伤、微裂或其它肌腱和肌肉问题，这在最好的情况下通常可通过无论如何不希望有的或多或少的一段时期的休息来解决。
发明内容
本发明的目标是提供一种用于运动鞋、尤其是用于高尔夫球运动的鞋垫，它能够支撑和辅助运动员足底的运动，减轻局部压力。
在该目标范围内，本发明的目标是提供一种能够插入市场上可购得的已知类型鞋的鞋垫。
本发明的另一目标是提供能够用已知系统和技术低成本制造的鞋垫。
此后会变得更明显的该目标和这些及其它目标通过用于运动鞋、尤其是用于高尔夫球运动的鞋垫来实现，其特点是，所述鞋垫由解剖学轮廓本体构成，所述解剖学轮廓本体具有由不同材料制成的各部分，这些部分形成具有不同机械特性的区域以优化脚部受到的力的释放，所述区域至少是：
第一趾骨区域，
第二跖骨区域，
第三跟骨区域。

具体实施方式
参照附图，根据本发明的用于运动鞋、尤其是用于高尔夫球运动的鞋垫，通常由标号10表示，参照通过使用时通常接触的使用者脚部各个区域的方式来标识的它的各部分。因此，例如鞋垫的趾骨区域是其使用时与脚的趾骨区域接触的一个区域。
鞋垫10由解剖学轮廓本体20组成，其设有由不同材料制成的各部分，这些部分限定具有不同机械性质的区域以优化由于使用者身体(躯干、手臂、腿)的运动(诸如扭曲、扭转、重量转移、弯曲、旋转)而施加在脚部的力的释放。
这些区域是：
第一趾骨区域11，
第二跖骨区域12，
第三跟骨区域13。
解剖学轮廓本体20由闭室膨胀多微孔材料、尤其是基于EVA(乙基乙酸乙烯酯)制成。
闭室膨胀多微孔材料具有根据UNI EN 7619/2000标准在27至33肖氏A之间、尤其是30肖氏A的硬度；具有根据UNI EN 10902/2000标准在130至160g/dm3之间、尤其是145g/dm3的密度；另一显著特性是弹性，根据UNI6357/1968标准在38％和42％之间、中间值是40％。
本体20具有允许其承受脚部传递的普通负载和压力的硬度和弹性值，并同时可通过模制塑料材料方便地制造。
在第一趾骨区域11有相应于大拇趾的部分14，该部分14设计成为缓冲所述大拇趾的推力。
大拇趾处的该部分14在击球的上杆和下杆步骤中和步行传递中普通跨步的推进步骤中尤其受到压力。
在第二跖骨区域12有减震部分：在脚的第一跖骨头部的第一部分15、相应于中跖骨头部的第二部分16、和相应于第五跖骨头部的第三部分17。
第一减震部分15便于缓冲在上杆和下杆中从第一跖骨头部到达的力和在行走跨步时推进阶段之前的前脚阶段的压力。
当向前的脚(即人击球所朝向的那一侧上的脚)在地面上朝向击球方向旋转且身体的重量部分转移到它上面时，第二减震部分16在挥杆的完成步骤受到中间跖骨头部的较高压力。
在行走跨步的前脚推进阶段第二部分16也受到压力。
第三减震部分17便于缓冲在上杆和下杆中从第五跖骨头部到达的力和在行走跨步时推进阶段之前的前脚阶段的压力。
在第三跟骨区域13，有提供脚跟震动吸收的中心部分18和在脚跟区域13的外后侧镶边处的更刚硬部分19。
中心部分18在站姿时和跨步中后脚阶段受到由脚跟施加的压力。
分别用于大拇趾、第一跖骨头部、中跖骨头部、第五跖骨头部和脚跟的减震部分14、15、16、17、18由开室减震微孔状聚氨酯材料制成。
所述开室微孔状聚氨酯材料具有根据UNI EN 7619/2000标准在20至26肖氏A之间、较佳值是23肖氏A的硬度；它还具有根据UNI EN 10902/2000标准在279至341g/dm3之间、较佳地是310g/dm3的密度；另一重要特性是弹性，根据UNI 6357/1968标准评定且在3.8％和4.2％之间、较佳值是4％。
因此部分14、15、16、17和18比本体20更软并具有较低的弹性；因而，它们可执行缓冲来自脚部相应部分的力、至少部分吸收它们并减少脚部的所述部分的轻伤或微裂的任务。
更刚硬的部分19用作旋后楔形件(supination wedge)并在击球的所有阶段和行走跨步的后脚阶段稳定脚跟。
更刚硬的部分19在跟骨区域13的外后镶边处延伸，穿过鞋垫10的整个厚度到达它的下部表面，形成真正的旋后楔形件。
更刚硬的部分19由闭室膨胀多微孔材料制成，且在这里所述实施例中是基于EVA。
所述闭室膨胀多微孔材料具有根据UNI EN 7619/2000标准在40至50肖氏A之间、较佳值是45肖氏A的硬度。
其密度根据UNI EN 10902/2000标准在207至253g/dm3之间、较佳值是230g/dm3的密度；而其弹性，根据UNI 6357/1968标准在33％和37％之间、较佳值是35％。
用作旋后楔形件的部分19的较大硬度必然使得鞋垫10在该区域弹性较低，真正允许脚跟的较大稳定性。
鞋垫10的解剖学本体20设有周界保持用的突起部分。
第一突起部分21与纵向弓侧的第五跖骨头部的部分17相邻。
第二周界突起部分22位于更刚硬部分19的侧部的跟骨区域的外侧。
用于第五跖骨茎状体的释放凹槽23设在第一和第二突起部分21和22之间；凹槽23除了优化行走跨步的生理机能之外还便于脚部的移动并减少挥杆和站姿时压缩期间的绷紧。
脚部的纵向弓由解剖学本体20的第三周界突起部分24支撑，其在跖骨区域12和跟骨区域13之间突出。
第三周围突起部分24能控制站姿时脚部的中间移动、下杆时脚中部的外翻移动(准备膝盖的外翻状情形的姿势)和行走跨步时的旋前。
实际上业已发现所述本发明实现了想要的目的和目标。
尤其是，本发明提供了一种用于运动鞋、尤其是用于打高尔夫的鞋垫，它能够支撑和辅助运动员足底的运动，减轻其局部压力。
此外，本发明还提供了一种能够插入市场上可购得的已知类型鞋的鞋垫。
根据本发明的鞋垫10可设置成与鞋子一体，但应当理解它也可分开设置，其形式是后来插入鞋子的脚底插入件。
此外，本发明提供了可用已知系统和技术低成本制造的鞋垫。
这样构思的本发明可进行许多修改和改变，它们都落入所附权利要求书范围内；所有的细节可进一步用其它等效的零件来替换。
实际上，采用的材料(只要与具体使用兼容)以及尺寸根据要求和技术领域的状态可以是任何的材料以及尺寸。

Claims (24)

1.一种用于运动鞋、尤其是用于高尔夫球运动的鞋垫，其特征在于，所述鞋垫由解剖学轮廓本体(20)构成，所述解剖学轮廓本体(20)具有由不同材料制成的各部分(14、15、16、17、18、19)，这些部分形成具有不同机械特性的区域以优化脚部受到的力的释放，所述区域至少是：
第一趾骨区域(11)，
第二跖骨区域(12)，
第三跟骨区域(13)。
2.如权利要求1所述的鞋垫，其特征在于，在所述第一趾骨区域(11)有相应于大拇趾的部分(14)，该部分(14)设计成缓冲所述大拇趾的推力。

5.如权利要求4所述的鞋垫，其特征在于，所述更刚硬部分(19)位于所述跟骨区域(13)的外后镶边处，穿过所述鞋垫(10)的整个厚度到达它的下部表面，形成旋后楔形件。
6.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的鞋垫，其特征在于，所述解剖学轮廓本体(20)由闭室膨胀多微孔材料制成。
7.如权利要求6所述的鞋垫，其特征在于，所述闭室膨胀多微孔材料基于乙基乙酸乙烯酯。
8.如权利要求7所述的鞋垫，其特征在于，所述闭室膨胀多微孔材料具有根据UNI EN 7619/2000标准在27至33肖氏A之间的硬度，较佳值是30肖氏A。
9.如权利要求8所述的鞋垫，其特征在于，所述闭室膨胀多微孔材料具有根据UNI EN 10902/2000标准在130至160g/dm3之间的密度，较佳值是145g/dm3。
10.如权利要求9所述的鞋垫，其特征在于，所述闭室膨胀多微孔材料具有根据UNI 6357/1968标准在38％至42％之间的弹性，较佳值是40％。
11.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的鞋垫，其特征在于，分别用于大拇趾、第一跖骨头部、中跖骨头部、第五跖骨头部和脚跟的所述减震部分(14、15、16、17、18)由开室减震微孔状聚氨酯材料制成。
12.如权利要求11所述的鞋垫，其特征在于，所述开室减震微孔状聚氨酯材料具有根据UNI EN 7619/2000标准在20至26肖氏A之间的硬度，较佳值是23肖氏A。
13.如权利要求12所述的鞋垫，其特征在于，所述开室减震微孔状聚氨酯材料具有根据10902/2000标准在279至341g/dm3之间的密度，较佳值是310g/dm3。
