DESCRIZIONE
“PLANTARE FLEBOLOGICO"
TESTO DELLA DESCRIZIONE
Una postura non corretta, può essere causa di una disfunzione venosa.
Per una regolare funzione venosa è necessario che i liquidi circolino seguendo correttamente il proprio percorso.
Il controllo fisiologico può essere assicurato dall'attività delle pompe muscolari , attivate dal movimento. Garantire la funzionalità delle pompe muscolari significa, dunque, assicurare un corretto deflusso venoso.
In condizione di marcia, i muscoli degli arti inferiori si contraggono e, comprimendo le vene profonde, determinano una sistole delle pompe venose che consentono il deflusso del sangue verso l'alto.
Il plantare qui presentato (Fig.1, 2 ,3 4), caratterizzato da particolare forma e rigidezza, consente un'azione flebologica. Stimola la pianta del piede migliorando il ritorno venoso e il deflusso del sangue verso l'alto.
Viene posizionato all'interno della calzatura, occupando interamente la superficie d'appoggio del piede.
E' costituito da una base (1), e da diversi pressori (2), (3), (4), (5) e (6), (Fig.1 e 4) le cui dimensioni variano a seconda del numero di calzatura scelto.
La base (1) (Fig.4), la cui superficie inferiore è a diretto contatto con la calzatura, è realizzata in materiale elastico che non permette movimenti relativi fra suola della scarpa e plantare. Inoltre, tale tipologia di materiale garantisce costantemente una superficie d'appoggio soffice su tutta la pianta del piede.
I pressori (2), (3), (4), (5) e (6), (Fig, 4) sono anche essi costituiti in materiale elastico.
Il pressore (2) è caratterizzato dall'avere una forma rialzata non regolare; esso compenetra nel pressore (3) (Fig.1 e 2) e si estende nella parte anteriore del plantare.
Il pressore (3) (Fig. 1 e 3) ha una forma di cupola e la sua altezza massima predomina rispetto alla altezze degli altri pressori.
I pressori (2) e (3) (Fig. 1 e 2) assecondano il movimento della testa dei metatarsi.
II pressore (4) ha una forma di mezza cupola ed è posizionato centralmente al plantare con il bordo coincidente con il margine destro della base del plantare (1) (Fig.1 e 2).
Il pressore (5) è il più esteso sulla superficie del plantare e compenetra nel pressore (6) (Fig. 1e 2).
Il (4) contorna il margine esterno del piede in modo che il pressore (5) solidale con il (6) possa stimolare adeguatamente la fascia plantare ed i relativi tendini (Fig. 1e 2). Inoltre il pressore (6) rende maggiormente fisiologico l'appoggio del tallone (Fig. 1e 2).
Si è scelto di riportare disegni rappresentativi con prospetto (Fig.1 ), pianta (Fig.2), vista laterale sinistra (Fig.3) ed esploso (Fig. 4) relativi ad un plantare di calzatura destra.
Osservando la pianta (Fig. 2) si evince chiaramente la disposizione dei pressori (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) (Fig. 4) sulla superficie del plantare.
Dalla vista laterale sinistra (Fig. 3) si desume l'altezza predominante del pressore (3) rispetto agli altri pressori (2) (4) (5) (6).
Dal prospetto riportato in (Fig.1) si nota comprensibilmente la forma che, nel complesso, rappresenta il plantare flebologico descritto.
Nell'esploso di (Fig. 4) i pressori vengono raffigurati singolarmente per evidenziarne la forma e lo spessore rispetto alla base (1) su cui sono collocati.
L'originalità di questo plantare consiste nell'avere scomposto mediante le posizioni relative dei cinque pressori (Fig.1 ), l’azione dinamica esercitata sulla pianta del piede, sia agendo direttamente sulle strutture muscolo-tendineo-fasciali sia pure garantendo un alloggio fisiologico all'intero comparto della pianta del piede.

Claims (1)

  1. “PLANTARE FLEBOLOGICO” RIVENDICAZIONI: 1 -Plantare avente una forma come riportata nei disegni. 2-Plantare come da rivendicazione 1 , avente un primo pressore dalla forma irregolare, posizionato nella parte anteriore del plantare, che asseconda il movimento della testa dei metatarsi. 3-Plantare come da rivendicazione 1, avente un secondo pressore a forma di cupola, posizionato nella parte anteriore del piantare, atto ad assecondare il movimento della testa dei metatarsi. 4- Plantare come da rivendicazione 1 , avente un terzo pressore a forma di mezza cupola, posizionato centralmente al plantare con il bordo coincidente con il margine destro della base del plantare, atto a contornare il margine esterno del piede. 5- Piantare come da rivendicazione 1 , avente un quarto pressore che si estende, compresa la sua compenetrazione nell’altro pressore posteriore, per il 69,5% della lunghezza totale del plantare, atto a stimolare la fascia plantare ed i relativi tendini. 6- Plantare come da rivendicazione 1, avente un quinto pressore, posizionato nella parte posteriore del plantare, atto a rendere maggiormente fisiologico l’appoggio del tallone. 7-Plantare costituito da materiale elastico.
