Abstract

一种生物质浆料，由农作物秸秆和林业废弃物等生物质能转化时产生的废渣、焦油、废水同乳化分散剂混合后湿碾磨得到的浆料，各组分重量百分比为：炭粉或/和灰渣50～65％、焦油5～20％、水20～40％、乳化分散剂0.5～5.0％。本浆料固含量63～68％，粒径细、流动性好，24小时静态析水率(0.5％，静置七天无明显分层。本浆料可替代水煤浆用于气化炉和锅炉。

一种生物质浆料
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种废弃物组合物，特别涉及一种生物质能转化时产生的废弃物组合物，确切地说是一种生物质浆料。
二、背景技术
目前我国农村建设的各种小型生物质供气站多以农作物秸秆或林业废弃物为原料，用常压热解气化或低温干馏进行低效率的能源转化，制备低热值的CO可燃气体，同时产生大量的难以利用的焦油、废水和炭粉(灰渣)。既浪费资源，又污染环境。
三、发明内容
本发明提供的生物质浆料旨在综合利用生物质能转化时产生的废弃物，以替代部分水煤浆用于气化炉和锅炉，所要解决的技术问题是各种废弃物在助剂的作用下形成浆料。
本发明所称的生物质主要指农作物秸秆和林业废弃物等生物质能，由于常压热解气化或低温干馏能源转化率低(70％左右)，其灰渣或炭粉中尚含有大量的碳，可以通过制成浆料再利用。
本发明的技术方案是将生物质能转化时产生的废渣(热解气化产生灰渣，低温干燥得到炭粉)、焦油、废水(冷却净化可燃气时产生的)同乳化分散剂一同按比例混合后通过湿碾磨制备得到的浆料。所述的按比例就是各组分有以下重量百分比：
炭粉或/和灰渣  50～65％
焦油           5～20％
水             20～40％
乳化分散剂     0.5～5.0％
优选
炭粉或/和灰渣  55～60％
焦油           8～15％
水             25～35％
乳化分散剂     1.0～5.0％
所述的水选自冷却净化可燃气时产生的废水。
所述的乳化分散剂选自离子型或非离子型表面活性剂，优选萘磺酸盐或/和烷基磺酸盐或/和木质素磺酸盐，以木质素磺酸盐为佳。
本浆料中固含量达63～68％，粒径500μm左右，其中80％的粒径≤100μm，流动性好，表观粘度1350～1650mPa·S，24小时静态析水率＜0.5％，静置七天无明显分层。本浆料完全符合水煤浆气化炉用水煤浆的要求，也完全符合锅炉燃烧用水煤浆的要求，可替代水煤浆用于气化炉和锅炉。
四、具体实施方式
1、取炭粉或灰渣粉碎，过60目筛备用。
2、取炭粉50份，焦油20份，废水29份，萘磺酸盐1份，混合均匀后投入湿式研磨机中或胶体磨中研磨，取样测定粉径分布，符合要求后出料。
3、取灰渣65份，焦油5份，废水27份，十二烷基磺酸盐3份，操作同例2。
4、取灰渣56份，焦油13份，废水29份，木质素磺酸盐2份，操作同例2。
5、取炭粉40份，灰渣20份，焦油10份，废水28份，木质素磺酸盐2份，操作同例2。
6、取炭粉35份，灰渣23份，焦油12份，废水25份，木质素磺酸盐5份，操作同例2。

1.一种生物质浆料，由生物质能转化时产生的炭粉或/和灰渣、焦油、废水同乳化分散剂混合后湿碾磨得到的浆料，其特征在于：各组分有以下重量百分比：

所述的乳化分散剂选自萘磺酸盐或/和烷基磺酸盐或/和木质素磺酸盐，本浆料固含量63～68％，粒径500um，表观粘度1350～1650mPa·S。
