Abstract

本发明公开了一种二次密封球阀,包括阀体、球体、阀杆和连接体,设于球体第一端的控油装置和第一阀座,第一阀座与球体的接合处设有第一环形密封圈,球体的第二端设有第二阀座,第二阀座上设有储油室、第二阀座油道,储油室与第二阀座油道相通,第二阀座与球体第二端的接合处设有第二环形密封圈。本发明具有二次密封的特点,十分适合在液体管道上使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种球阀,具体地说是一种二次密封球阀。
背景技术
现有球阀,通常采用的是单次密封的结构,这种结构在频繁的使用过程中,当出现密封失灵时,球阀就整体失效。
发明内容
本发明目的是研制出一种二次密封球阀。
本发明要解决的是现有单次密封结构的球阀在出现密封失灵时,球阀整体失效的问题。
本发明的技术方案包括:阀体、球体、阀杆和连接体,设于球体第一端的控油装置和第一阀座,第一阀座与球体的接合处设有第一环形密封圈,球体的第二端设有第二阀座,第二阀座上设有储油室、第二阀座油道,储油室与第二阀座油道相通,第二阀座与球体第二端的接合处设有第二环形密封圈。
本发明具有二次密封的优点,当第一道密封失灵时,还有第二道密封保证。

具体实施方式
下面实施例及附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图所示,本发明包括阀体2、球体6、阀杆11和连接体3,设于球体6第一端的控油装置和第一阀座7,第一阀座7与球体6的接合处设有第一环形密封圈12。球体6的第二端设有第二阀座5,第二阀座5与阀体2的接合处设有储油室4、第二阀座油道14,储油室4与第二阀座油道14相通。第二阀座5与球体6第二端的接合处设有第二环形密封圈13。控油装置包括顶杆10、单向阀9、设于第一阀座7上的第一阀座油道8、顶杆10的一端顶与阀杆11上,顶杆10通过单向阀9控制第一阀座油道8的导通。阀体2内设有内腔1,内腔1与储油室4相通。

Claims (4)

1.一种二次密封球阀,包括阀体、球体、阀杆和连接体,设于球体第一端的控油装置和第一阀座,第一阀座与球体的接合处设有第一环形密封圈,其特征在于球体的第二端设有第二阀座,第二阀座上设有储油室、第二阀座油道,储油室与第二阀座油道相通,第二阀座与球体第二端的接合处设有第二环形密封圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的二次密封球阀,其特征在于储油室设于第二阀座与阀体的接合处。
3.根据权利要求1所述的二次密封球阀,其特征在于控油装置包括顶杆、单向阀、设于第一阀座上的第一阀座油道、顶杆的一端顶与阀杆上,顶杆通过单向阀控制第一阀座油道的导通。
4.根据权利要求1所述的二次密封球阀,其特征在于阀体内设有内腔,内腔与储油室相通。
