Abstract

A fluid control valve assembly comprising a bladder (106) and positioning means (114, 112) to assist in positioning the bladder in a pipe or duct, the bladder being adapted to substantially to fill a cross-sectional area of the pipe or duct thereby to restrict flow of fluid through the pipe or duct in use and wherein the positioning means comprises a body having a bladder attachment formation for attachment to the bladder and a tool attachment formation for attachment to a positioning tool for positioning the bladder in the pipe or duct in use.
