技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于真空吸尘器(吸式清扫机)的旋风型灰尘分离/收集装置。
背景技术
在真空吸尘器领域中,所谓的“旋风”型分离装置沿用已久,用于将灰尘、污垢和其他物质(此处都称为“灰尘”)从被吸尘器由任何被清扫物体上吸入的吸入气流中分离出来。旋风吸尘器可以防止或减少过滤器被堵塞的问题,在采用旋风分离器之前,所述过滤器用于分离尘土。经常使用一次性或可重复使用的袋子作为真空吸尘器的主分离过滤器,其中,由气流通过所述袋子材料而分离出来的灰尘留在该袋子中,以待以后处理。
本发明更具体地涉及一种旋风分离/收集组件,该分离/收集组件利用第一旋风分离装置,以进行从吸尘器的吸入气流中分离灰尘的第一阶段,接着通过包括一个或多个其他的旋风分离器的另一旋风分离装置进行进一步分离过程。在已知的所述分离/收集组件中,所述第一旋风分离器的尺寸通常比所述其他的旋风分离器的尺寸大,因而,该第一旋风分离器从气流和吸尘器可能有意或无意地吸入的小物体中分离出较大、较重的灰尘颗粒,而每个所述其他的旋风分离器的尺寸较小,空气在其中高速流动,从而分离出较轻、较小的灰尘颗粒。有些吸尘器结合有多个彼此并行连接的另外的小尺寸旋风分离器,从而可以进行非常有效的灰尘分离,虽然即使在这些吸尘器中,通常在旋风分离/收集组件之后也配置有一个或多个过滤器。
由于吸尘器的吸入气流必须顺次通过第一旋风分离器和一个或多个另外的旋风分离器,因此必须将由各个旋风吸尘阶段分离出的灰尘聚积在单独的容器中或共同容器的单独部分中,直到将所述容器清空。通常采用的结构是将在不同的旋风吸尘阶段所分离的灰尘一起处理掉。这通常通过如下方式而实现:将单个灰尘容器从所述分离组件中拆下来,然后使所述容器倒转以清空所聚积的灰尘;或者打开所述分离组件灰尘容器部分的底部的门,使得所聚积的灰尘从所述容器中落下。无论采用那种方式,所述容器都具有不同的收集区域,由不同的旋风分离阶段所分离出的尘土聚积在所述不同的收集区域中。
这种“一步式”清空很方便,但不一定始终是需要的。真空吸尘器经常会吸入一些不能丢弃的小物品如玩具或玩具的一部分,或者首饰如耳环。因此,必须清空所聚积的灰尘,并从中寻找所需的物品。虽然可以预期该物品在所述第一旋风分离阶段就已经被分离出,但是会与包括由所述另外的分离阶段所分离的较细颗粒的所有被分离的灰尘一起被清空掉。这种小物品不易处理,很容易形成浮尘云。
发明内容
本发明广泛的目的在于解决已知旋风分离装置中的上述问题。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种用于真空吸尘器的旋风分离组件,该组件包括:第一旋风分离装置,用于从吸尘器的吸入气流中进行第一阶段的灰尘分离;至少一个另外的旋风分离装置,用于从流经所述第一旋风分离装置之后的吸入气流中进行进一步的灰尘分离;和容器,用于盛放分离的灰尘,所述容器包括分别用于容纳由所述第一分离装置和所述另外的分离装置分离的灰尘的各个容纳部分,其中,可以相互独立地清空所述灰尘容器的所述各个部分。

因而,当要清空容器的各个部分中所收集的较粗和较细的灰尘和其他物品时,使用者通过操作所述释放元件40,便可以首先打开门16,并从所述壁12内的空间种释放出较细的灰尘。在清除较细的灰尘之后,由于此时锁挡元件24不再被防护部分38覆盖,因此可以操作锁挡元件24,释放锁挡元件24以打开所述门14,并从外壳壁10与内壁12之间的空间中释放出较粗的灰尘和更大的物品。

图5表示锁挡元件的可选择的结构。图中表示有释放元件60,释放元件60的最下端可以与锁挡元件62配合,以将锁挡元件62释放,使所述门16打开。使用者通过在分离组件的最上端附近的位置向下按压释放元件60,操作释放元件60。随后,可以将保持所述门14关闭的锁挡元件64释放。

Claims (11)
1.一种用于真空吸尘器的旋风分离组件,该组件包括:第一旋风分离装置,用于从吸尘器的吸入气流中进行第一阶段的灰尘分离;至少一个另外的旋风分离装置,用于从流经所述第一旋风分离装置之后的气流中进行进一步的灰尘分离;和容器,用于盛放所分离的灰尘,所述容器包括分别用于容纳由所述第一旋风分离装置和所述另外的旋风分离装置分离的灰尘的各个灰尘容纳部分,其中,所述容器的所述各个灰尘容纳部分能够相互独立地被清空,所述容器还包括第一门和第二门,该第一门和第二门能够相互独立地打开,以提供分别进入所述灰尘容纳部分的通道,并且其中,所述灰尘容纳部分包括内部的灰尘容纳部分和外部的灰尘容纳部分,在平面上,所述内部的灰尘容纳部分设置在所述外部的灰尘容纳部分内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋风分离组件,其中所述第一门和第二门被设计成用于封闭设置在所述容器底部的各个开口,当所述第一门和第二门打开时,用于在重力作用下清空所述容器的所述各个灰尘容纳部分的灰尘,并且,所述第一门和第二门与设置在所述容器一侧的凸缘枢轴连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的旋风分离组件,其中所述第一门和第二门枢轴地安装在所述容器上,并分别设置有第一锁挡装置和第二锁挡装置,用以分别将所述第一门和第二门保持在关闭位置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的旋风分离组件,其中设置有第一释放装置和第二释放装置,用以释放所述各个锁挡装置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的旋风分离组件,其中所述释放装置能够相互独立地操作。
6.根据权利要求4所述的旋风分离组件,其中所述释放装置只能以预定顺序进行操作。
7.根据权利要求4所述的旋风分离组件,其中当所述第一门和第二门各自的所述锁挡装置被释放时,所述第一门和第二门能够在重力作用下枢转地打开。
8.根据权利要求4所述的旋风分离组件,其中当所述第一门和第二门各自的所述锁挡装置释放后,所述第一门和第二门能够在弹簧的辅助或作用下而枢转地打开。
9.根据权利要求1所述的旋风分离组件,其中所述第一门和第二门中的一扇门为环形,用以封闭所述外部的灰尘容纳部分,所述第一门和第二门中的另一扇门封闭所述内部的灰尘容纳部分。
10.根据权利要求9所述的旋风分离组件,其中所述外部的灰尘容纳部分为环形的并容纳所述第一旋风分离装置的灰尘,所述内部的灰尘容纳部分容纳所述另外的旋风分离装置的灰尘。
11.一种真空吸尘器,该真空吸尘器包括根据上述权利要求中任意一项所述的旋风分离组件。
