技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于电导线在一绝缘壳体中与在单独的腔室中设置的电触点的连接接触装置。
背景技术
特别在构成为软导线的电导线上需要这种连接接触装置。
由DE10145324 C1已知一种用于软导线触点接通的电连接元件,它的接头端具有一锯齿形的结构,一借助楔形扩张的弹性的夹紧套筒可以套装到所述锯齿形的结构上。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,构成一种简单的连接接触装置,其中不同类型的电导线与少量的且简单的构件的连接无需工具地实现,其中实现一个相对于待接触的导线横截面尽可能大的区域。
本发明的目的通过如下的措施实现,即连接接触装置由一接触轨构成,该接触轨包括一个相反于插入方向反钩形折弯的接触区域,该接触区域被一夹紧套筒包围,所述夹紧套筒沿轴向方向与一滑块元件连接,该滑块元件具有一用于插入一电导线的通孔,所述通孔设置在插头壳体的相应一个单独的腔室中,其中滑块元件可沿接触轨的接触区域推入并且可以重新取出,从而一固定的力作用到一插入在接触区域和夹紧套筒之间的电导线上。
通过本发明的达到的优点特别在于,提供一种用于单线或多线的电导线无需工具的连接系统,其中导线借助于弹性的套筒可固定在电触点的连接区域上。为此在插头壳体中设置一定数量的腔室,在所述腔室中分别设置一个用于软导线的夹紧装置。该夹紧装置作为用于电导线的连接装置由一可轴向推移的滑块元件构成,所述滑块元件连同一夹紧套筒可推入到电接触元件的连接区域,所述接触元件在此具有一个类似反钩形的形状。在此特别对于软导线的前提条件是,无需力量地实现软导线在接触区域中的引入,以便尽可能防止单根芯线在到达止挡点之前的扭转和弯曲。
在此在安装时,软导线的绝缘部分在一个贯穿滑块元件的孔连同固定在滑块上的夹紧套筒中导引。
然后将滑块元件沿插入方向连同软导线轴向地推入到壳体中。
在此有利的是,结构上相应的措施如一个在槽中摩擦滑动的在腔室中和滑块元件中的导向楔形部防止滑块元件沿接触元件的方向意外的滑落。
随着滑块元件接近终点位置,弹性构成的夹紧套筒连同电导线被推动经过反钩形的接触区域或者连接区域。
同时设有一曲折形的贯穿的纵向缝隙的夹紧套筒有利地保证一始终适配不同类型的电导线数量和尺寸的、在连接区域上的收缩力。
通过将一窄的、扁平的物体例如一螺丝刀插入到一为此设置的在每个延伸到滑块元件的凹槽的腔室外侧上的斜面中,可以重新将每个滑块元件从相应当腔室中取出,从而电导线也重新松开。
绝缘体可以借助相应设计的电触点设计为用于插塞连接器的整块或在分段技术(Segmenttechnik)中用于接线端子排。
此外,在整块中设置,可简单制造的接触轨与一插座或插销连接,从而通过这样的接触区域或连接区域构成插塞连接器。

具体实施方式
在图1中以剖视图示出一绝缘体1,在该绝缘体中设置一可移动的滑块元件2连同一个在腔室11中与滑块元件相连的夹紧套筒3。
此外,在绝缘体11中设置一接触轨4,其接触区域41具有一反钩的形状。
其中接触轨4这样地设置在绝缘体1中,使得可移动的夹紧套筒3总是包围接触区域41。其中在打开的安装状态中,此时滑块2从绝缘壳体1中伸出最多,反钩端部42大致与漏斗形的扩张部33在相同的线上,从而形成一个最大的缝隙开口,以便穿过滑块元件的通孔21导引的软导线的无需力量的穿线。
而在将滑块元件压入到绝缘壳体中时,单根的软导线逐步地朝夹紧套筒3的壁挤压并且固定在形成一夹紧凸肩的反钩端部42上。
这同样适于使用一单线的电导线。
滑块元件2原则上成形为带一通孔21的矩形体,该通孔具有一向内逐渐缩小的漏斗形出口22。
为了例如用螺丝刀取出推入在绝缘壳体1中的滑块元件2,在此在绝缘壳体2的上部区域设置一斜面12并且为此匹配地在滑块中设置一楔形的凹槽24。

在两个图示出的接触轨4分别设有一印制电路板的接头端43,并且因此也以一角形导引通过绝缘壳体1。其中所述壳体附加地还可以接连排列。
但也设定,接头端构成为插销触点和插座触点,或与一种这样的接头端连接,使得一可插塞的构造是可想象的。

Claims (7)

1.用于电导线在一绝缘壳体(1)中与设置在单独的腔室(11)中的电触点连接接触的连接接触装置,包括一接触轨(4),该接触轨具有一相反于插入方向的反钩形折弯的接触区域(41),所述接触区域被一正方形成形的夹紧套筒(3)包围,该夹紧套筒在轴向的方向上与一滑块元件(2)连接,该滑块元件具有用于穿过电导线的通孔(21)并且设置在绝缘壳体(1)的一个单独的腔室(11)中,其中滑块元件(2)可沿接触轨(4)的接触区域(41)推入,从而一固定的力作用在一插入接触区域(41)和夹紧套筒(3)之间的电导线上;并且滑块元件(2)沿接触轨(4)的接触区域(41)可重新取出。
2.按照权利要求1所述的连接接触装置,其特征在于,正方形成形的夹紧套筒(3)在其套筒壁上具有一曲折形的纵向缝隙(31),以及夹紧套筒(31)的沿插入方向开放的端部具有一弯边的保持环(32),在该保持环的角部上分别设置各分隔缝隙(34),并且夹紧套筒(31)在另一开放的端部上具有一漏斗形的扩张部(33)。
3.按照权利要求1所述的连接接触装置,其特征在于,正方形成形的夹紧套筒(3)在其套筒壁上的中间区域中具有一个几乎对角线走向的纵向缝隙(31’),以及夹紧套筒(31)的沿插入方向开放的端部具有一弯边的保持环(32),在该保持环的角部上分别设置各分隔缝隙(34),并且夹紧套筒(31)在另一开放的端部上具有一漏斗形的扩张部(33)。
4.按照上述权利要求1所述的连接接触装置,其特征在于,在滑块元件(2)上设置一个叉状的支架(23),用于容纳夹紧套筒(3)的保持环(32)。
5.按照上述权利要求4所述的连接接触装置,其特征在于,可移动的滑块元件(2)可借助一嵌入一凹槽(24)的工具从绝缘壳体(1)中取出。
6.按照上述权利要求1所述的连接接触装置,其特征在于,接触轨(4)设有用于印制电路板的接头端(43)。
7.按照上述权利要求6所述的连接接触装置,其特征在于,接触轨(4)的接头端(43)构成具有一插头或插座,用于触点接通。
