Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带图纹的人造大理石的制造方法,更特别地涉及一种具有不同颜色和图纹的带图纹人造大理石的制造方法,其经由一个或多个可升降移动的图纹喷嘴将具有所需颜色和图纹的图纹浆(patterning slurry)喷射到主浆(main slurry)中。
背景技术
近来,人造大理石已主要地用于建筑物的内部装璜。这样的人造大理石根据母体树脂的类型而分类为不饱和聚酯系人造大理石与丙烯酸人造大理石。
由于不饱和聚酯系人造大理石成型容易,所以其主要应用于诸如浴缸和洗脸盆等模制产品中,但是其难以加工的特性却限制了其应用程度。
另一方面,丙烯酸人造大理石则可以凭借着树脂的透明性而呈现出美丽的颜色色调与高级质感,此外,由于其能够采用木加工机械进行加工而具有优良的加工性能,因此广泛地用在装璜设计领域。这种丙烯酸人造大理石的制造方法为,将丙烯酸树脂浆汁(syrup)与无机充填物、交联剂及聚合引发剂混合,以制备单色的人造大理石浆,再向其中添加颜料并搅拌后制成大理石板材,然后将所述大理石板材粉碎成0.1~10mm大小的大理石屑片(Marble Chip),并将预定数量的大理石屑片加以混合,从而制成具有花岗岩图纹的丙烯酸人造大理石。
另外,在丙烯酸人造大理石的图纹形成的传统方法中,在人造大理石浆中加入用于产生流动图纹的颜料,从而获得人造大理石浆的自然流动(realistic flow),或者利用梳状工具获得白色(Bianco)图纹、树纹图纹或波形图纹。
然而,由于无法根据需要来设定图纹的形态与尺寸,所以上述带图纹人造大理石的传统制造方法具有缺点,即,难以实现产品的多样化,进而不希望地减弱了消费者对产品的喜好程度。
发明内容
因此,针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提出了本发明,本发明的目的是,提供一种带图纹的人造大理石的制造方法,其能够显现各种尺寸和颜色的图纹。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种带图纹的人造大理石的制造方法,其包括:采用一个或多个可升降移动的图纹喷嘴将图纹浆喷射到主浆中,该主浆是从主喷嘴喷到模具里的;然后使其硬化,从而得到呈现所需颜色和图纹的带图纹人造大理石。具体地,本发明提供一种带图纹的人造大理石的制造方法,其包括下列步骤:经由一固定的主喷嘴将单色或混色的丙烯酸人造大理石主浆在以预定速度输送的膜上涂覆一预定的厚度;将一图纹喷嘴下降到在该图纹喷嘴下方输送的所述膜上所涂覆的主浆的底部,所述图纹喷嘴安装在输送的膜的上方,使其能够间歇性地升降移动;然后,使图纹喷嘴上升,同时将具有与主浆不同颜色的图纹浆喷射到主浆中,以产生预定的图纹;以及,使具有预定厚度的带图纹的人造大理石浆固化,其中,图纹浆被喷射到主浆中以产生预定的图纹;然后进行切割,切成预定的尺寸并且进行打磨,从而获得带图纹的人造大理石。

该丙烯酸树脂浆汁是一种其中溶解了丙烯酸类单体及其聚合物例如聚丙烯酸酯的浆汁。举例来说,所述丙烯酸类单体包括甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸以及甲基丙烯酸异丙酯等。本发明中所采用的丙烯酸树脂浆汁包括重量百分比为65%或更多的丙烯酸类单体和重量百分比为35%或更少的丙烯酸聚合物。
上述无机充填物可以从对人体无害的各种粉末型物质中选取,包括氢氧化铝、二氧化硅、碳酸钙、玉石粉末及黄土粉末等,在丙烯酸树脂浆汁的重量份为100时,采用无机充填物的量为50~250的重量份。
举例来说,上述交联剂包括多官能性甲基丙烯酸酯,例如二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、二甲基丙烯酸丙二醇酯、三甲基丙烯酸甘油酯以及二甲基丙烯酸双酚A酯等。上述丙烯酸树脂浆汁的重量份为100时,多官能性单体的使用量可以为0.1~0.2的重量份,优选为0.1~0.5的重量份。
举例来说,上述聚合引发剂可以是过氧化物,例如过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化月桂酰、丁基过氧化氢及异丙苯过氧化氢等,或者是偶氮化合物,例如偶氮二异丁腈等,上述丙烯酸树脂浆汁的重量份为100时,聚合引发剂的使用量可以为0.1~10的重量份。
图1示出了用于实现本发明带图纹的人造大理石的制造方法的设备,图2A、2B及2C则依次说明了本发明的处理方法。
结合本发明带图纹的人造大理石的制造方法对该带图纹的人造大理石的制造设备进行说明。
主浆的排放
主浆S1从固定的主混合箱1的主喷嘴2排放出去。在该主喷嘴2的下方设置有膜3,该膜3在图面上从右侧往左侧以预定速度进行输送,从而,如图2A所示将从上述主喷嘴2排放出来的主浆S1在膜3上涂覆适当的厚度。
膜3设置在一输送带上,本发明的全部工序都在该输送带上进行,但该输送带在图中没有示出。因此采用了能够沿输送带的曲线形状弯曲的膜材料。可以选择性地使用具有预定厚度的PVA膜或聚缩醛膜。
图纹浆的排放
图纹浆S2从图纹混合箱5下面的图纹喷嘴6喷射,该图纹混合箱5安装成,使其通过位于主混合箱1旁边的缸4可竖直地移动,即,在正被输送的膜3的上方可移动。如图2A所示,当涂覆在膜3上的主浆S1在图纹喷嘴6的下方输送时,缸4伸长,以使得具有图纹喷嘴6的图纹混合箱5下降。
接着,如图2B所示,图纹喷嘴6下降到主浆S1的底部,并随后上升,同时将图纹浆S2喷射到主浆S1中。此时,取决于图纹喷嘴6的类型,图纹浆S2可以被喷射成具有各种形状和尺寸。
图纹喷嘴6的数量可以是一个或多个,在某些情况下,视图纹的尺寸、间隔及颜色而定,图纹喷嘴6的数量可以是数十个或者数百个。喷射到主浆S1中的图纹浆S2可以设置成具有各种尺寸和颜色。
这里,考虑到膜3的输送速度,将主浆S1的排放量设定为,使主浆不比带图纹人造大理石的实际厚度更厚。此外,图纹浆S2的排放则根据图纹喷嘴6的直径和膜3的输送速度而间歇性地得以控制。
还有,主浆S1的量和喷射到其中的图纹浆S2的量当然应该控制成与带图纹人造大理石的所需厚度相当。
完成阶段
在带图纹的人造大理石浆S中,图纹浆S2喷入了主浆S1,在一烘炉7内,以50℃的温度使带图纹的人造大理石浆S缓慢固化一小时,从而得到带图纹的人造大理石板材。然后,将带图纹的人造大理石板材切割成所需规格,再对其表面和边缘进行打磨,由此制备完成了带图纹的人造大理石。
如前所述,本发明提供一种制造带图纹的人造大理石的方法。根据本发明的方法,带图纹的人造大理石可以呈现出传统人造大理石所不曾显现的具有各种尺寸与颜色的图纹,从而可以实现优异的内部装璜效果,显著地改善了使用者对产品的喜好与信赖程度。

Claims (1)
1.一种带图纹的人造大理石的制造方法,其包括下列步骤:
经由一固定的主喷嘴将单色或混色的丙烯酸人造大理石主浆在以预定速度输送的膜上涂覆一预定的厚度;
将一图纹喷嘴下降到在该图纹喷嘴下方输送的所述膜上所涂覆的主浆的底部,所述图纹喷嘴安装在输送的膜的上方,使其能够间歇性地升降移动;然后,使图纹喷嘴上升,同时将与主浆具有不同颜色的图纹浆喷射到主浆中,以产生预定的图纹;以及
使具有预定厚度的带图纹的人造大理石浆固化,其中,图纹浆被喷射到主浆中以产生预定的图纹;然后进行切割,切成预定的尺寸并且进行打磨,从而获得带图纹的人造大理石。
