发明背景
针对各种各样的污垢类型,固体衣物洗涤剂组合物必须具有极好的织物清洁性能。固体衣物洗涤剂还必须具有极好的分配和溶解特征。然而,其中可能存在二分法,即为了改善固体衣物洗涤剂组合物的织物清洁性能而对配方进行的一些改变可能会不利地影响它的分配和溶解特性,反之亦然。同时改善固体衣物洗涤剂组合物的清洁性能、分配特性和溶解特性是非常困难的。

所述组合物典型地包含按所述组合物的重量计0.1%重量至10%重量,优选自0.5%重量或自1%重量,并且优选至8%重量或至6%重量或至4%重量的烷基烷氧基化硫酸盐表面活性剂。所述烷基烷氧基化硫酸盐表面活性剂优选具有1至7,优选自2或自3,并且优选至5或至3的平均烷氧基化度。优选地,所述烷基烷氧基化硫酸盐表面活性剂具有3的平均烷氧基化度。所述烷氧基化部分优选为甲氧基、乙氧基、丙氧基或丁氧基,优选乙氧基。
如果所述烷基烷氧基化硫酸盐表面活性剂为支链的,那么其典型地带有C1-C3烷基部分(优选甲基,或优选乙基部分)的支链。优选地,所述支链的烷基烷氧基化硫酸盐表面活性剂为带有C1-C3烷基部分支链的C8-C18或C12-C15烷基乙氧基化硫酸盐表面活性剂。合适的支链的烷基烷氧基化表面活性剂典型地具有0.2至0.8,优选0.5至0.6的平均支化度。
所述烷基烷氧基化硫酸盐表面活性剂优选具有一定的烷基链长分布,以致(a)按重量计少于1.2%重量的烷基链为具有少于12个碳原子的链长的烷基链;(b)按重量计0%重量至30%重量或5%重量至20%重量的烷基链为具有12个碳原子的链长的烷基链;(c)按重量计10%重量至60%重量,优选40%重量至50%重量的烷基链为具有14个碳原子的链长的烷基链;并且(d)按重量计少于4%重量的烷基链为具有多于15个碳原子的链长的烷基链。
烷氧基化烷基醇
所述组合物包含按所述组合物的重量计0.1%重量至10%重量,优选自0.5%重量或自1.0%重量或自1.5%重量或甚至自2.0%重量,并且优选至8%重量或6%重量或5%重量或4%重量或甚至3%重量的烷氧基化烷基醇。所述烷氧基化烷基醇具有50至100,优选自60或自70或自80,并且优选至90或至80的平均烷氧基化度。所述烷氧基化烷基醇典型地为C8-C24,优选C16-C18烷基烷氧基化醇。所述烷氧基化烷基醇优选为烷氧基化牛油烷基醇。所述烷氧基部分优选为甲氧基、乙氧基、丙氧基或丁氧基,优选乙氧基部分。优选地,所述烷氧基化烷基醇为乙氧基化牛油烷基醇。
聚乙二醇
所述组合物包含0.001%重量至0.5%重量,优选自0.1%重量或自0.5%重量,并且优选至0.25%重量或至0.1%重量的聚乙二醇。
固体衣物洗涤剂组合物
所述固体衣物洗涤剂组合物包含:(a)直链烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂;(b)烷氧基化烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂;(c)0.1%重量至10%重量的且平均烷氧基化度为50至100的烷氧基化烷基醇;和(d)0.001%重量至0.5%重量的聚乙二醇;(e)0%重量至5%重量的沸石助洗剂;(f)0%重量至5%重量的磷酸盐助洗剂;和(g)任选一种或多种助剂组分;其中烷氧基化烷基醇与聚乙二醇的重量比率在9∶1至1,000∶1的范围内。
优选地,烷氧基化烷基醇与聚乙二醇的重量比率在自15∶1或自20∶1或自25∶1或自30∶1,并且优选至500∶1或至250∶1或至200∶1或至150∶1或至100∶1或至50∶1或至40∶1的范围内。
所述组合物包含0%重量至5%重量,优选至4%重量或至3%重量或至2%重量或甚至至1%重量的沸石助洗剂。优选地,所述组合物基本上不含沸石助洗剂。基本上不含沸石助洗剂典型地是指没有沸石助洗剂被有意掺入到所述组合物中。典型的沸石助洗剂为沸石A、沸石P和沸石MAP。
所述组合物包含0%重量至5%重量,优选至4%重量或至3%重量或至2%重量或甚至至1%重量的磷酸盐助洗剂。优选地,所述组合物基本上不含磷酸盐助洗剂。基本上不含磷酸盐助洗剂典型地是指没有磷酸盐助洗剂被有意掺入到所述组合物中。典型的磷酸盐助洗剂为三聚磷酸钠。
直链烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂、烷氧基化烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂、烷氧基化烷基醇和聚乙二醇优选采取共颗粒掺合物的形式;这典型地意味着直链烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂、烷氧基化烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂、烷氧基化烷基醇和聚乙二醇存在于所述组合物中的同一个颗粒中。所述共颗粒掺合物或颗粒可以采取附聚物、压出物、片状物、针状物、条状物、喷雾干燥颗粒的形式。所述共颗粒掺合物或颗粒优选为附聚物形式。优选地,所述共颗粒掺合物具有400g/L至1,500g/L,更优选800g/L至1,200g/L的堆积体积密度。所述共颗粒掺合物或颗粒优选具有一定的粒径分布,以致按重量计不超过10%重量的共颗粒掺合物或颗粒具有大于850微米的粒度,并且按重量计不超过10%重量的共颗粒掺合物或颗粒具有小于250微米的粒度。
优选地,所述组合物具有一定的粒径分布,以致按重量计不超过10%重量的组合物具有大于850微米的粒度,并且按重量计不超过10%重量的组合物具有小于250微米的粒度。
助剂组分
所述组合物任选包含一种或多种助剂组分。所述助剂组分典型地选自由下列物质组成的组:其它阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂、其它助洗剂、聚合的共助洗剂如聚合的聚羧酸盐、漂白剂、其它水溶助长剂、螯合剂、酶、抗再沉淀聚合物、去污聚合物、聚合的污垢分散和/或污垢悬浮剂、染料转移抑制剂、织物完整剂、荧光增白剂、抑泡剂、织物软化剂、絮凝剂、阳离子织物软化组分、香料、以及它们的组合。
合适的助剂组分可以为除了烷基烷氧基化硫酸盐表面活性剂和直链烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂之外的阴离子表面活性剂。合适的其它阴离子表面活性剂为支链或直链的C8-C18烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂。特别合适的其它阴离子表面活性剂为甲基支化的C8-C18烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂。
一种合适的助剂组分是聚合的聚羧酸盐。合适的聚合的聚羧酸盐为马来酸与丙烯酸的共聚物,其典型具有8.3E-21g(5,000Da)至1.7E-20g(10,000Da),或8.3E-20g(50,000Da)至1.5E-19g(90,000Da)的重均分子量。优选马来酸与丙烯酸的摩尔比在0.25∶1至0.35∶1,或1∶1至0.5∶1的范围内。
所述组合物优选包含碳酸盐来源,优选碳酸钠和/或碳酸氢钠。所述组合物优选包含硫酸钠。优选地,碳酸钠与硫酸钠的重量比率在0.1∶1至1.5∶1,更优选自0.2或自0.3或自0.4,并且更优选至1.2∶1或至1∶1或至0.8∶1或至0.6∶1的范围内。
合适的助剂组分可以为除了烷氧基化烷基醇之外的水溶助长剂。合适的水溶助长剂包括异丙基苯硫酸钠、甲苯硫酸钠和二甲苯硫酸钠。
实施例
实施例1
1.1阴离子表面活性剂附聚物

具有8.3E-20g(50,000Da)至1.5E-19g(90,000Da)的重均

来酸与丙烯酸的共聚物 5.5%重量
平均乙氧基化度(TAE80)为80的牛油烷基乙氧基化醇 2.9%重量
聚乙二醇 0.1%重量
硫酸钠 40%重量
碳酸钠 20%重量
水和其它成分 9.1%重量
1.2.附聚过程
由以下过程制备上述阴离子表面活性剂附聚物(描述于实施例1.1):
将TAE80、聚乙二醇、共聚物和包含LAS和AE3S的含水阴离子表面活性剂的糊剂引到双螺杆挤出机内,然后挤出到Lodige CB搅拌器内。将包含硫酸钠和碳酸钠的干物料引到Lodige CB搅拌器内,并且与TAE80、聚乙二醇、共聚物和阴离子表面活性剂糊剂混合以形成混合物。然后将混合物转移到Lodige KM搅拌器内,将水喷射到KM内,使混合物附聚形成中间附聚物。使离开Lodige KM搅拌器的中间附聚物通过滤网,具有大于5毫米粒度的中间附聚物就离开其余的中间附聚物并且循环Lodige CB搅拌器。将剩余部分的中间附聚物转移到流化床烘干机内,然后转移到流化床冷却器内。具有非常小粒度的中间附聚物(即具有小于250微米粒度的细粒)被流化床排空体系所淘析,它们在那里被收集并且循环 CB搅拌器。使离开流化床冷却器的剩余部分中间附聚物通过滤网,具有大于850微米粒度的中间附聚物就离开其余的中间附聚物,通过研磨机,它们在那里被磨成具有较小粒度的颗粒,然后循环回流化床烘干机。剩余部分的中间附聚物被收集并且适用于本发明;此剩余部分为具有上述制剂(实施例1.1)的阴离子表面活性剂附聚物。
1.3.固体衣物洗涤剂组合物

1.4成品过程
将上述阴离子表面活性剂附聚物(描述于实施例1.1)与包含碳酸氢钠、亚硫酸钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、疏水的二氧化硅和干燥添加的香料的固体物料混合。然后将喷涂的香料和橙色染料(以液态)喷到此混合物上,以获得上文(实施例1.3)更详细描述的固体衣物洗涤剂组合物。
实施例2
同实施例1一样,不同的是除了将硫酸钠加到Lodige CB搅拌器内之外,还将一些硫酸钠加到Lodige KM搅拌器内。
实施例3
同实施例1中一样,不同的是附聚物包含37%重量的硫酸钠(而不是40%重量)和3%重量的沸石A。将沸石A以具有2微米至25微米重均粒度的细粒形式加到流化床烘干机内。
实施例4
同实施例1中一样,不同的是固体衣物洗涤剂组合物包含76%重量的阴离子表面活性剂附聚物(描述于实施例1.1)和2%重量的沸石A。沸石A为具有2微米至25微米平均粒度的细粒形式,并且在成品过程中与其它干燥添加物料(如碳酸氢钠)一起被加到阴离子表面活性剂附聚物中。
Claims (8)
1.一种固体衣物洗涤剂组合物,所述组合物包含:
(a)直链烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂;
(b)平均烷氧基化度为1至7的烷氧基化烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂;
(c)0.1%重量至10%重量的且平均烷氧基化度为50至100的烷氧基化烷基醇;和
(d)0.001%重量至0.5%重量的聚乙二醇;
(e)0%重量至5%重量的沸石助洗剂;
(f)0%重量至5%重量的磷酸盐助洗剂;和
(g)任选地,一种或多种助剂组分;
其中所述烷氧基化烷基醇与所述聚乙二醇的重量比率在9∶1至1,000∶1的范围内。
2.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述烷氧基化烷基醇为乙氧基化牛油烷基醇。
3.如前述任一项权利要求所述的组合物,其中所述烷氧基化烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂为乙氧基化的C12-C15烷基硫酸盐。
4.如前述任一项权利要求所述的组合物,其中所述组合物包含1%重量至5%重量的且平均烷氧基化度为50至100的烷氧基化烷基醇。
5.如前述任一项权利要求所述的组合物,其中所述组合物包含0.01%重量至0.1%重量的聚乙二醇。
6.如前述任一项权利要求所述的组合物,其中所述烷氧基化烷基醇与所述聚乙二醇的重量比率在30∶1至100∶1的范围内。
7.如前述任一项权利要求所述的组合物,其中所述直链烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂、所述烷氧基化烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂、所述烷氧基化烷基醇和所述聚乙二醇为共颗粒掺合物形式,优选为附聚物形式。
8.如前述任一项权利要求所述的组合物,其中所述组合物包含碳酸钠和硫酸钠,并且其中碳酸钠与硫酸钠的重量比率在0.1∶1至1.5∶1的范围内。
