技术领域
本发明涉及一种用叉车等搬运货物等时所使用的纸板立体成形货盘,尤其涉及由可再生原料制作并具有优良表面硬度和承重强度的牢固的纸板立体成形货盘。
背景技术
通常,作为用叉车搬运货物等时所使用的货盘,以往都是使用的木制货盘,但近年来,森林减少等日益成为国际性社会问题,人们期待能减少木材的使用量。再者,木制货盘的废弃处理很困难,此外,为了防虫,还需实施熏蒸处理,该项作业由于需要花费很多时间、人力和成本而成为一大问题。
从这一观点考虑,近年来多使用整个由瓦楞纸板制造的货盘代替木制货盘。这种瓦楞纸板制货盘的废弃处理容易,且瓦楞纸板属于纸,可以再生,故优选使用瓦楞纸板;但由于其承载货物荷重的货物承载面强度低,可使用的荷重范围受到限制(例如,参照专利文献1)。
此外,考虑到货盘的用途,必须使用支撑脚、桁条,在铺板里侧设置叉车的货叉插入空间部,但存在如下问题:瓦楞纸板制支撑脚、桁条的强度低,在用货车等搬运货物途中如果受到冲撞等,支撑脚、桁条会损坏,货叉插入空间部被破坏,导致货盘无法使用;因此,业者致力于加强货物承载面刚性的研究,同时使用塑料或金属制固定具作为支撑脚来加强强度(例如,参照专利文献2)。
此外,为运用废纸形成具有多种弯曲面、且具有足够强度的纸制成形物,目前有提出如下以废纸为主材料的货盘制造方法:在模具内对胶体状态的废纸溶液进行真空脱水,用得到的废纸叠层体成形支撑脚部,并在支撑脚部的上方压接形成货物承载面;但是该方法是用废纸叠层体形成支撑脚部构件,该构件的材质犹如所谓的蛋类纸制保护盒,没有足够高的强度,并且没有足够大的表面硬度来对抗叉车货叉的插入(例如,参照专利文献3)。

发明内容
发明所欲解决的问题
如上所述,为了解决森林减少问题、货盘资材的循环利用问题、害虫驱除问题等,以瓦楞纸板、废纸为原材料制作的纸制货盘备受瞩目,但这种货盘的货物承载面及支撑脚部的刚性与强度低,应用时存在使用范围受到限制的问题。
因此,本发明的课题在于提供一种应用时货物承载面具有足够大的刚性且支撑脚部具有足够大的承重强度的纸板立体成形货盘,且提供一种设计如下的纸板立体成形货盘:当最终被废弃处理时,无需实施区分作业来对各构件区分材质,都可再生为新纸板立体成形货盘或其它要求具有刚性的纸制品的原料。
解决问题的手段
为了达成上述课题,权利要求1所述发明的纸板立体成形货盘特征在于:具有纸制平板状顶板构件和纸制有底筒状的支撑脚部构件,上述顶板构件中贯穿设置有多个贯通孔,在上述支撑脚部构件的一部分插入到上述贯通孔的状态下,利用水溶性胶粘剂将上述支撑脚部构件接合到上述顶板构件;且上述顶板构件及上述支撑脚部构件由高密度压缩成形品构成,该高密度压缩成形品以含水叠层平板复合纸为原料,在模具内进行加压、加热、脱水处理而形成为特定形状。
权利要求2所述发明的特征在于:除权利要求1所述的结构外,上述顶板构件的侧端部立起形成侧壁,且用水溶性胶粘剂将强化瓦楞纸板接合到上述侧壁的内侧平面部分。
权利要求3所述发明的特征在于:除权利要求1所述的结构外,利用水溶性胶粘剂,将具有凹凸状横截面的板状芯材以及板状轮廓构件接合到上述顶板构件,该板状轮廓构件的大小可覆盖该芯材表面和/或里面。
权利要求4所述发明的特征在于:除权利要求1-3所述的结构外,上述支撑脚部构件有底并呈大致圆筒状,具有圆形底面、从该圆形底面向上方立起且横截面为圆弧状的壁面、以及从该壁面水平向外延伸的法兰部,将上述顶板构件的上表面与上述支撑脚部构件的法兰部接合起来。
权利要求5所述发明特征在于:除权利要求4所述的结构外,上述支撑脚部构件的壁面由沿圆周方向被分割成3-8份而成的多个分隔壁面构成,且相邻的分隔壁面的侧端面之间相互接触或接近。
权利要求6所述发明特征在于:除权利要求5所述的结构外,上述支撑脚部构件按照以下方式组合而成:使多个上述有底的大致呈圆筒状的上述支撑脚部构件重叠贴和,并且相重合的上述支撑脚部构件的分隔壁面的侧端面在圆周上彼此不重叠。
权利要求7所述发明特征在于:除权利要求1-6所述的结构外,上述顶板构件的贯通孔周围设有埋没上述法兰部的凹部,其深度与上述法兰部的厚度相同。
权利要求8所述发明特征在于:除权利要求1-7所述的结构外,上述支撑脚部构件的底面上,通过水溶性胶粘剂接合有底板,该底板的大小可粘着所有支撑脚部构件。
发明效果
根据权利要求1所述的纸板立体成形货盘,由于货盘表面硬度高,即使叉车的货叉用力插入到货盘的顶板部或支撑脚部,货叉也不会刺穿货盘,因此能够有效进行搬运作业。此外,高密度压缩成形品自身的强度较高,并且形成为筒状的支撑脚部构件贯通顶板构件而与顶部构件接合,因此顶板构件发挥向纸板立体成形的筒状支撑脚部构件加环箍的作用,防止支撑脚部构件因荷重而变形,不易发生因货物搬运过程中的冲击等导致支撑脚部构件损坏、叉车的货叉插入空间部位消失、货盘无法使用的问题,因此可供叉车的货叉从四个方向插入的纸板立体成形货盘完成。另外,最终被废弃时无需实施按材质对构件进行分类的作业,只要用水来溶解纸板立体成形货盘,便可再生为新纸板立体成形货盘或其它要求具有刚性的纸制品的原料。
根据权利要求2所述的纸板立体成形货盘,除了具有权利要求1所述的效果外,由于顶板上表面通过水溶性胶粘剂接合有强化瓦楞纸板,因此支撑脚部的法兰上下与顶板构件相连接,虽然是独立的支撑脚,但支撑脚的强度很高,且搬运轻重不同的货物时,可以事先准备好被裁剪为特定形状的一层至多层强化瓦楞纸板,根据需要进行粘贴,由于瓦楞纸板也是纸,因此完全不会破坏货盘的循环利用性,可以根据要负载的货物重量,现场准备货物承载面具有相应强度的纸板立体成形货盘。此外,由于瓦楞纸板的裁剪面被表面硬度高的顶板构件立起的侧壁所保护,因此,即便叉车的货叉插入到顶板部侧面,也不会发生之前的瓦楞纸板货盘曾发生的货叉刺穿的问题,能够实现有效的搬运作业。
根据权利要求3所述的纸板立体成形货盘,除了具有权利要求1所述的效果外,由于顶板上表面通过水溶性胶粘剂接合了由纸制高密度压缩成形品构成的芯材及表面轮廓构件,因此支撑脚部的法兰上下与顶板构件相连接,虽然是独立的支撑脚,但支撑脚的强度很高,此外,由于顶板构件具有结构刚性,因此也提高了货物承载面的强度,完全不会破坏循环利用性,能够应用于要求承受更高荷重的用途。
根据权利要求4所述的纸板立体成形货盘,除了具有权利要求1-3中任一项所述的效果外,由于支撑脚部构件具有圆形底面、从该圆形底面向上方立起且横截面为圆弧状的壁面以及从该壁面水平向外延伸的法兰部,形成为带有法兰、有底的大致圆筒形状,因此支撑脚的形状刚性最大,可以最大限度地利用叠层平板复合纸经加热、加热、脱水处理后该材料所具有的物理强度。
另外,理论上很容易得出如果制成圆筒状支撑脚,则能够获得良好的形状刚性的结论,但是以几乎没有可塑性的叠层平板复合纸为原料,要想获得相关带有法兰、有底的大致圆筒状一体成形体且复合纸中无裂纹,这项技术极其困难,但本发明的发明人已开发出由平板叠层复合纸形成立体形状的方法并申请了专利,公开于日本专利特开2000-177033号公报。权利要求4所述发明基本上采用了该方法,根据作为原料的叠层平板复合纸的厚度,在作为原料的该叠层平板复合纸中设置相应长度与数量的切口,从而可以成形曲面上具有弯曲部、带有法兰、有底的大致圆筒支撑脚,而叠层平板复合纸不会产生裂纹,提供了具有以往纸制成形品无法实现的承重强度的纸制支撑脚构件,从而提供了一种牢固的纸制纸板立体成形货盘。
根据权利要求5所述的支撑脚部构件,除了具有权利要求4所述的效果外,由于带有法兰、有底的大致圆筒状支撑脚的壁面是沿圆周方向被分割成3-8份而成的分隔壁面,且相邻的分隔壁面的侧端面之间相互接触或接近,因此当带有法兰、有底的大致圆筒状支撑脚插入到顶板构件的贯通孔而与顶部构件接合时,即成为桶状体上嵌有环箍的结构,分隔壁面整体形成为一个刚性体,从而可以获得高强度支撑脚部构件。
根据权利要求6所述的支撑脚部构件,除了具有权利要求5所述的效果外,由于支撑脚部构件在组合、连接时,是将多个有底的大致圆筒状支撑脚部构件重叠贴和,并使相重合的支撑脚部构件的分隔壁面的侧端面在圆周上彼此不重叠,因此成为相互之间的壁面填补相互之间的分隔部分进行补强的结构,各有底的大致圆筒状支撑脚虽为分隔壁面结构,但整体无缝,强度得到了提高,并且没有与圆筒状支撑脚内部连通的间隙,因此可以防止灰尘、水分侵入到圆筒状支撑脚内,也提高了支撑脚的耐用性。
根据权利要求7所述的纸板立体成形货盘,除了具有权利要求1-6中任一项所述的效果外,顶板构件的贯通孔周围设有埋没支撑脚构件的法兰部的凹部,其深度与该法兰部的厚度相同,因此如果将支撑脚构件插入到贯通孔而与顶板构件接合,则顶板构件上表面与该法兰部上表面形成同一个平面。在该结构下,用水溶性胶粘剂接合权利要求2-3中所述的强化瓦楞纸板或芯材,则粘着面积变大,顶板构件的刚性提高,支撑脚构件的法兰部也在多层顶板构件内部,上下无间隙地与之粘着,因此,不仅强化了顶板构件,也进一步强化了带有法兰、有底的大致圆筒状支撑脚的安装部,独立的支撑脚进一步稳定。
根据权利要求8所述的纸板立体成形货盘,除了具有权利要求1-7中任一项所述的效果外,在有底筒状支撑脚部构件的底面上,通过水溶性胶粘剂接合有底板,该底板的大小足够可以连接所有支撑脚部构件,因此货盘整体变得更立体,结构刚性提高,货物承载面的强度更进一步提高。再者,在多层堆码货物的情况下,消除了底层货物会留有支撑脚的荷重压痕的问题。

具体实施方式
以下,参照图1至图7,说明本发明纸板立体成形货盘的实施方式。
[发明实施方式1]
图1表示本发明纸板立体成形货盘的实施方式1的外观立体图。
实施方式1中,纸板立体成形货盘由平板状顶板构件1和9个有底的大致圆筒状支撑脚2构成,有底大致圆筒状支撑脚2贯通该顶板构件1,通过设置在有底大致圆筒状支撑脚2边缘上的法兰部,接合到顶板构件1。
图2是本发明实施方式1的主要部分横截面图。
顶板构件1中贯穿设置有贯通孔15,用于插入有底大致圆筒状支撑脚2,孔的直径大小与有底的大致圆筒状支撑脚2的带法兰根部的外径完全接合。此处,孔周围设有凹部16,用于埋入有底大致圆筒状支撑脚2的法兰部,且其深度与法兰部的厚度相同,当顶板构件1与有底的大致圆筒状支撑脚2接合时,优选顶板构件1的上表面与有底的大致圆筒状支撑脚2的法兰部上表面形成同一个平面。
通过将顶板构件1的上表面与有底大致圆筒状支撑脚2的法兰部上表面形成同一个平面,如图3或图4所示,当顶板构件1的上表面上,通过水溶性胶粘剂接合有强化瓦楞纸板5或波纹板状芯材4时,由于粘着面平坦,因此顶板构件1与强化瓦楞纸板5或波纹板状芯材4的粘着面积增大,并且在强化顶板构件1内部,有底大致圆筒状支撑脚2的法兰也上下无间隙地与之粘着,从而强化了顶板构件,也强化了有底的大致圆筒状支撑脚2的安装部,独立的支撑脚进一步稳定。
顶板构件1、有底大致圆筒状支撑脚2的压缩成形方法可以采用本发明的发明人等已在发明中提出、且日本专利特开2000-177033号公报中记载的以复合纸为原料的精密三维立体薄硬纸加压形成法、或据此得出的成形方法。
另外,由于叠层平板复合纸通常在制造时具有纤维沿特定方向排列的性质,因此,完成后的叠层平板复合纸具有方向性,以及在不同的方向上弯曲强度呈现极大差异的性质。因此,要使顶板构件1的纵横方向上的弯曲强度大致相同,优选使用叠层平板复合纸作为成形材料,成形时重叠多张作为原料的叠层平板复合纸,并使每一层的叠层平板复合纸错开特定角度以改变纤维方向(例如,重叠4张,沿4个方向分别错开90度)。这样便可以实现以往平板复合纸成形体特有的反翘、收缩等变形的均一化,结果便可以获得整个面都具有均一的弯曲强度与刚性、不易产生反翘变形等的纸板立体成形货盘制品。要重叠多张叠层平板复合纸时,使叠层平板复合纸含水,然后在重叠面上涂布胶粘剂,高密度压缩成形。
胶粘剂使用的是水溶性即乙酸乙烯系胶粘剂。具体推荐使用PEGAR 210PR、PEGAR100HHR、PEGAR 1540、PEGAR 517R(高压气体工业株式会社制)。这些胶粘剂被确认符合食品卫生法的食品、添加物等规格标准(1959年厚生省告示第370号),对作业人员及环境的负面影响小。此外,为了便于涂布,可以向胶粘剂添加体积百分比为10%-100%的水,稀释后使用。
由于使用水溶性乙酸乙烯系胶粘剂,当将整个纸板立体成形货盘浸入水中时,可将顶板构件1、有底大致圆筒状支撑脚2、胶粘剂等所有构件溶解于水中,因此容易再用作新叠层平板复合纸的原料。
图5是本发明纸板立体成形货盘的实施方式1中所使用的有底大致圆筒状支撑脚2的立体图。
图6是为了高密度压缩成形有底大致圆筒状支撑脚2,从叠层平板复合纸切割出的原料纸模的一个形态。沿虚线19向内折,使侧壁立起,并沿单点划线20向外折,使法兰部朝外开放,高密度压缩成形,形成有底且大致圆筒状支撑脚2。
要想使压缩成形时弯曲部位无裂纹,成形前使原料纸模6吸水,使含水率达40~90%,将该含水原料纸模6放入模具内,使用可以进行加压、加热、脱水处理的压缩成形机进行成形加工,通过模具对原料纸模6施加约1ton/cm2的压力,并加热到100~250℃的温度,使含水率降至2~3%,上述模具角部呈特定大小的R状,具有截面为带法兰、有底的大致圆筒状的上模和下模。
此处,将含水前的叠层平板复合纸的板厚设为100%,如果板厚小于等于1mm~3mm时的压缩成形的压缩率为70~80%,板厚超过3mm、且小于等于30mm时或将多张板厚小于等于3mm的叠层平板复合纸重叠,使其厚度大于等于3mm时的压缩成形的压缩率为50~70%,则确认压缩成形品的机械性质高。另外,重叠多张叠层平板复合纸时,要在重叠面上涂布胶粘剂,但如果使用的胶粘剂中添加有大于等于30%的水,则应留意成形品的强度可能降低不到10%。着重要求成形品的机械强度时使用胶粘剂原液,着重要求作业性时使用适当稀释后的胶粘剂。
根据壁面的数量、壁面的立起角度以及原料纸模6的板厚,调节有底大致圆筒状支撑脚2的原料纸模6中所设的、用于形成壁面的切口18的开角角度,使成形后相邻的壁面彼此之间尽量无间隙(如果可能的话,可以像桶一样,紧固时壁面的侧端面之间完全接触)。例如,要以4mm板厚形成包含5个壁面、壁面立起角度为83度的有底大致圆筒状支撑脚2时,可以将原料纸模6的切口18的开角设为65度,从而获得相邻各壁面的侧端面之间相互接触或接近的有底大致圆筒状支撑脚2。有底大致圆筒状支撑脚2即使在成形后壁面之间多少存在些间隙,由于会被插入、接合到顶板构件的贯通孔,因此,壁面相互之间完全接触即可。
为了提高有底大致圆筒状支撑脚2的承重强度,壁面的分割数量是越少越好,但是在含水情况下,由于叠层平板复合纸几乎没有可塑性、延伸性,勉强成形会使成形品中产生裂纹。根据成形所使用的原料纸模6的板厚,壁厚1mm左右时可以分割成3份而成形,此外,当壁厚超过10mm时需要分割成8份,但本申请发明的有底大致圆筒状支撑脚2被确认板厚为6mm的成形品具有大于等于530kg的最大耐压缩荷重强度,为了获得一般货盘所必需的支撑脚的承重强度,使用板厚为4mm-6mm的叠层平板复合纸或重叠2至3张板厚为2mm的叠层平板复合纸即已足够,这种情况下,壁面的分割数量优选分割成5份-6份。
如果只考虑垂直荷重强度,则优选将有底大致圆筒状支撑脚2壁面的立起角度设为90度,但由于货盘支撑脚部会受到货车运输等过程中的横摆荷重,因此设计成上方变粗的杯状的大致圆筒状,强化耐横摆荷重强度,而不会损坏垂直荷重强度。因此,有底大致圆筒状支撑脚2壁面的上升角度可为70度-89度,如果小于等于70度则耐垂直荷重强度会降低,相反地,如果设为90度则横摆荷重应力集中于法兰安装部,有可能造成支撑脚弯折。优选采用78度-86度。
另外,即使将有底大致圆筒状支撑脚2壁面的立起角度设为90度、设计成壁面直立的完整圆筒状支撑脚,也可以将内径与圆筒状支撑脚外径相同的纸管嵌合、包装到圆筒状支撑脚内即可获得充分大的强度。在不想增加零部件数量及存在成本问题时,也可以采用这种结构。
有底大致圆筒状支撑脚2中向外的法兰弯折形成的切口17的深度必须根据要使用的原料纸模6的厚度进行设计,原料纸模6的厚度越厚则切口越深,否则壁面会产生裂纹。但是,如果切口深度过深,壁面强度会降低,因此需要在不会产生裂纹的深度范围内进行调节。实验中优选采用深度为法兰突出尺寸的1.5倍-2倍的切口。此外,要成形有5个分隔壁面、带法兰、有底的大致圆筒状支撑脚2时,如果原料纸模的厚度小于等于5mm,则每个壁面的切口数量为1个,如果原料纸模的厚度超过5mm,则每个壁面的切口数量为2个。切口深度很深、切口数量很多时,容易成形,但成形后的强度差。
将按照以上方式压缩成形的有底的大致圆筒状支撑脚2插入到贯穿设置在顶板构件1内的贯通孔中,用水溶性胶粘剂将法兰部分粘着到顶板构件1上,作为纸板立体成形货盘的实施方式1。
实施例1
为了确认有底的大致圆筒状支撑脚2的承重强度,由厚度为6mm的原料纸模6成形为具有被分割为5份的侧壁、底面外径为100mm、法兰根部外径为120mm、高度为100mm的有底大致圆筒状支撑脚2,在对应于实施方式1的形态下,对一个支撑脚部构件进行最大耐压缩荷重试验。另外,利用和该实施例相同的原料纸模6,按照同样的方式成形为具有五角形底面和平板状侧壁的五棱柱状支撑脚,作为比较例。

由表1可知,由厚度为6mm的原料纸模6成形的一个有底的大致圆筒状支撑脚2的最大耐压缩荷重强度为544kg。另一方面,由相同原料纸模6成形、具有平板状侧壁的五棱柱状支撑脚构件的最大耐压缩荷重强度仅为364kg。
实施例2
为了确认有底的大致圆筒状支撑脚2重叠后的承重强度,将2张厚度为2mm的原料纸模6重叠、贴合,形成有底的大致圆筒状支撑脚2,实施例2在组合原料纸模时分隔壁面的接缝彼此不重叠,而比较例2在组合原料纸模时分隔壁面的接缝彼此重叠,形成为具有被分割为5份的侧壁、底面外径为100mm、法兰根部外径为120mm、高度为100mm的有底大致圆筒状支撑脚2,对一个支撑脚部构件进行最大耐压缩荷重试验。

由表2可知,在原料纸模6的分隔壁面的切缝不重叠地组合、成形而得到的实施例2中,一个支撑脚部构件的最大耐压缩荷重强度为402kg。另一方面,在分隔壁面的切缝相重叠地成形而得到的比较例2中, 一个支撑脚部构件的最大耐压缩荷重强度仅为358kg。另外,如果在2张含水原料纸模6的贴合面上涂布胶粘剂原液,和涂布添加有体积百分比为20%的水的胶粘剂相比,能够进一步提高机械强度。
[发明实施方式2]
图3为本发明实施方式2的主要部分横截面图。
实施方式2是将实施方式1的顶板构件1的侧端部分立起特定长度,形成侧端立起部分8而成形。用水溶性胶粘剂将市售的强化瓦楞纸板5接合到侧端部立起8的内侧后使用。
本发明的实施方式2通过粘着市售的强化瓦楞纸板5,而将顶板制成强化顶板,但要所粘着的多层强化瓦楞纸板5如何从一层至多层强化瓦楞纸板中选择以使顶板构件具有相应于要搬运的货物重量的强度还在研究之中。
侧端立起部分8的高度优选高于要粘着的强化瓦楞纸板5的厚度,使侧端立起部分8成为防止货物掉落的阻挡壁,以及防止叉车的货叉刺穿瓦楞纸板裁剪面的阻挡壁。
另外,根据侧端立起部分8的高度,调整顶板构件1所要使用的作为原料的叠层平板复合纸的大小,以防止顶板构件1的货物承载面的面积减小。
[发明实施方式3]
图4是本发明实施方式3的主要部分横截面图。
实施方式1要求货盘具有最低限度功能,不搬运重物时,货盘自身重量也轻、且易装卸。但是,要搬运主要由木制货盘搬运的重物时,必需使用实施方式3所示的货物承载面强度及刚性高的货盘。
因此,本发明实施方式3着重研究如何在顶板构件1上粘着波纹板状芯材4,进而将表面轮廓构件3粘着到波纹板状芯材4上,从而使顶板构件1成为多层强化顶板构件,具有足够搬运重物的强度。
只要是可以确保顶板构件1和表面轮廓构件3的间隔为固定值、且具有固定高度的纸制芯材,即可使用。
图4中,将由高密度压缩成形品构成、且横截面形状向一个方向上连续且高度相同的波形的2张波纹板状芯材4粘着,方向错开90度。为了增大粘着面积,波形优选采用顶部平坦的矩形波。此外,也可以粘着大于等于3张的波纹板状芯材4。
2张波纹板状芯材4错开的方位不限于90度,可以是1度到90度间的任意角度。根据本发明所使用的高密度压缩成形法,可以通过调整作为原料的叠层平板复合纸放置在模具内的朝向,而于任意方向压缩、成形波形,无需取出边材。
胶粘剂至少涂布在顶部构件1与波纹板状芯材4的波纹顶部相接触的部分、波纹板状芯材4之间的波纹顶部相接触的部分、以及波纹板状芯材4的波纹顶部与表面轮廓构件3相接触的部分。如果希望通过调整胶粘剂的用量,节省涂布部分胶粘剂的时间,可以将胶粘剂涂布在顶部构件1的上表面、波纹板状芯材4的两面以及表面轮廓构件3的里面,且分别涂布整个面。
可以在压缩成形的同时,结合要搬运的货物的形状,在表面轮廓构件3的表面形成凹凸或立体形状。要搬运的货物为球形或圆筒形,易滚动时,或者货物底面存在凹凸,位置不稳定时,可以预先结合该形状,在表面轮廓构件3的表面形成凹凸,制作不易发生滚动、震动的专用货盘。
[发明实施方式4]
图7是本发明实施方式4的立体图。
实施方式4利用水溶性胶粘剂,将由高密度压缩成形品构成的支撑脚部强化板7粘着到所有支撑脚部构件的底面,强化、稳定支撑脚部,并且使货盘整体具有结构刚性。
再者,由于货盘底面平坦,因此在对货盘进行多层堆码时,可以防止有底的大致圆筒状支撑脚2对底层货物的表面留下圆形痕迹。
工业上的实用性
本发明的货盘不仅可以用作使用中货物承载面具有足够大的刚性且支撑脚部具有足够大的承重强度的纸板立体成形货盘,且可以用作设计如下的纸板立体成形货盘:当最终被废弃处理时,无需实施区分作业来对各构件区分材质,都可再生为新纸板立体成形货盘或其它要求具有刚性的纸制品的原料。
Claims (8)
1.一种纸板立体成形货盘,其特征在于:具有纸制平板状顶板构件和纸制有底的筒状支撑脚部构件,上述顶板构件中贯穿设置有多个贯通孔,在上述支撑脚部构件的一部分插入到上述贯通孔的状态下,利用水溶性胶粘剂将上述支撑脚部构件接合到上述顶板构件;且上述顶板构件及上述支撑脚部构件由高密度压缩成形品构成,该高密度压缩成形品以含水叠层平板复合纸为原料,在模具内进行加压、加热、脱水处理而形成为特定形状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纸板立体成形货盘,其特征在于:上述顶板构件的侧端部分立起形成侧壁,且强化瓦楞纸板用水溶性胶粘剂接合到上述侧壁内侧的平面部分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纸板立体成形货盘,其特征在于:利用水溶性胶粘剂,将具有凹凸状横截面的板状芯材以及板状轮廓构件接合到上述顶板构件,该板状轮廓构件的大小可以覆盖该芯材的表面和/或里面。
4.根据权利要求1到3中任一项所述的纸板立体成形货盘,其特征在于:上述支撑脚部构件有底并呈大致圆筒状,具有圆形底面、从该圆形底面向上方立起且横截面为圆弧状的壁面、以及从该壁面水平向外延伸的法兰部,将上述顶板构件的上表面与上述支撑脚部构件的法兰部接合起来。
5.根据权利要求4所述的纸板立体成形货盘,其特征在于:上述支撑脚部构件的壁面由沿圆周方向被分割成3-8份的多个分隔壁面构成,且相邻的分隔壁面的侧端面之间相互接触或接近。
6.根据权利要求5所述的纸板立体成形货盘,其特征在于:上述支撑脚部构件按照以下方式组合而成:使多个上述有底大致圆筒状的上述支撑脚部构件重叠贴合,并且相重合的上述支撑脚部构件的分隔壁面的侧端面在圆周上彼此不重叠。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的纸板立体成形货盘,其特征在于:上述顶板构件的贯通孔周围设有埋没上述法兰部的凹部,其深度与上述法兰部的厚度相同。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的纸板立体成形货盘,其特征在于:上述支撑脚部构件的底面上,通过水溶性胶粘剂接合有底板,该底板的大小可粘着所有支撑脚部构件。
