技术领域
本发明涉及膜技术领域术并涉及气体在膜特别是选择性气密膜中的分离,具体而言,用于含氧气体的分离以回收氧气,并将回收的氧气用于富氢气体的氧化转化反应,特别是用于由甲烷生产合成气。
背景技术
使用透氧膜氧化转化烃类气体是一种有发展前景的气体处理方法。
现在,最通常的烃类气体转化方法是在高压(15-40bar)和高温(800-850℃)下蒸气转化[Spravochnik azotchika,2nd edition,revised.Moscow,Chemistry,1986,512p.(俄语)]。这种方法的缺点包括反应器加热和产生高压蒸气的高能量消耗。
应用部分氧化方法进行烃类的转化使得几乎完全排除用于反应器加热的能量消耗;而且,生成热可以被利用[Spravochnik azotchika,2nd edition,revised.Moscow,Chemistry,1986,512p.(俄语)]。然而,使用空气作为含氧气体导致需要另外利用氮气和空气中其它组分。因此,使氮气从转化产物中分离需要增加使用昂贵的低温系统,或者需要使用进行空气预分离以生产氧气的单元。在任何情况下,旨在回收氮气的气体混合物的分离过程是部分氧化过程中最昂贵的阶段。
使用透氧膜的分离空气技术的引入使得合成气生产的能量消耗和成本明显降低(高达30%),从而包括氢气的生产成本降低。
膜方法重要的优点还在于反应器模块设计提供了更容易的规模化生产的可能性。
在膜辅助转化方法中使用的透氧膜是陶瓷板或陶瓷管或其它合适形式的结构。膜在烃类气体部分氧化的典型高温下具有足够的透氧性。同时膜是气密的,也就是说是用无孔材料制造的。应用在空气分离过程的膜具有离子或混合的电子-离子传导性。在两种情况下的氧离子,通过分压梯度驱动,以高速和完全的选择性通过致密的无孔膜。
烃类气体尤其甲烷的膜辅助转化方法如下设计:含氧气体(例如,空气)在膜的一侧(例如,管状膜的外侧)进料,烃类气体(例如甲烷)在膜的另一侧(管状膜的内侧)进料。当使用甲烷时,在膜的内侧空间中发生如下反应:
CH4+3O2=CO2+H2O,
CH4+CO2=CO+H2,
CH4+H2O=CO+3H2,
结果是形成了合成气-氢气和一氧化碳的混合物(具有很高的选择性-高达90%)。
在氧化反应里氧气连续消耗以保证在膜的两侧所需的氧气分压的不同。由于氧气完全通过离子机理传递,获得的合成气中不含氮气。
在甲烷氧化转化制合成气的方法中应用气密性透氧膜是现有烃类转化技术的根本性的提高,其导致了效率的提高和流程的简化。这种技术的关键要素是陶瓷膜,它提供氧气传递到反应区。
具有离子和/或电子传导性和钙钛矿结构的的复杂的氧化物混合物是已知作为生产从含氧混合物中特别是从富氧气体中分离氧的气密膜最有前景的材料。对于商业应用,满足氧气从空气或其它含氧气体中扩散通过这些膜的速率是1.5-2.5Nm3/m2sec。为了获得这样的速率,钙钛矿膜的厚度不能超过15-30μm,超过以上厚度使得膜在实际应用中机械不够稳定。
为了使这种膜机械稳定以适于实际应用,通过膜的一侧或两侧上与膜化学或粘合连接的机械稳定的透气层将膜保护起来。多具有不同组成和不同形式的孔陶瓷或金属合金通常用作这样一种材料。这样形成的合成结构被称作复合膜。
专利US5599383描述了复合膜,该复合膜包含一层致密氧离子和电子传导陶瓷薄层,其中陶瓷薄层具有0.01μm到500μm厚度的钙钛矿结构;一层多孔陶瓷载体,由选自金属氧化物例如铝、铈、硅、镁、钛的氧化物、锆稳定的高温含氧合金、或其混合物的材料制备。为了使这种膜机械稳定,将其支撑在多孔金属基片上。该已知膜的缺点是由于膜和起保护作用的透气层的热膨胀系数的差异产生的不充分的稳定性。
本发明最接近的技术是从专利US5935533中得知的一种复合膜,它由一层具有离子或电子传导性的气密氧化物陶瓷固体层(例如具有钙钛矿的结构),一层由高温钢制成的含有镍和铬的多孔基片(位于陶瓷的一侧或两侧),和位于所述陶瓷层和基片层之间的梯度组成的界面区(缓冲层)组成。

发明概述

技术效果通过下述因素获得,复合透氧膜包括具有离子和/或电子传导性的固体陶瓷层和至少一层由含有门捷列夫周期表第VIII族和第VI族元素的合金制成的透气结构,另外含有铝的合金用于所述透气层。
制备另外含有铝的合金的透气层,消除了线性膨胀系数的差异,同时,起到了排除金属原子从合金扩散到陶瓷的保护性阻挡层作用。这两个因素导致与透气层结构连接的陶瓷层的增强的结构稳定性,特别是在高温下,可显示出这种连接完整性的保持。
在本发明一个具体实施方案中,复合透氧膜包括两层:第一层是固态的并且由具有离子或混合的电子-离子传导性的陶瓷制成;第二层是透气的并且由含有铁、铬和铝的钢合金制成。
在本发明另一个具体实施方案中,复合透氧膜包括三层,即,两层由含门捷列夫周期表中第VIII和第VI族元素的合金制成的透气结构,和位于其间的具有离子或混合的电子-离子传导性的固体陶瓷层。
在另一更具体的实施方案中,所述透气结构层具有不同形式和大小的孔。

发明详述
根据本发明的复合透氧膜,通过将第一固体陶瓷层置于由含有门捷列夫周期表中第VIII和第VI族元素的合金制成的第二透气层之上而制成。
基于制备的复合膜的几何形状及其应用条件选择用于将气密性钙钛矿层置于透气层(或基片)之上的方法。已知的方法如压制法、通过溶胶-凝胶技术从溶液沉积、化学气相沉积、激光或等离子喷涂、用离心法涂布等都可用作施加钙钛矿的方法。
膜的几何外形由其应用方式决定-膜可以是平板型、管型、波纹型等。
复合透氧膜被制成管的形式(见图1的例子)或板的形式(见图2的例子)。保护性金属多孔层的化学组成、以及其孔的形式、大小及位置以这样的方式选择:避免由于气密膜和保护性透气层的热膨胀系数的差异而引起的气密膜完整性的热损坏。在本发明中,这通过使用含门捷列夫周期表中第VIII和第VI族元素和铝的合金而实现。

具体而言,为此目的,复合膜在转化反应器中以这样的方式密封:所述膜将反应器空间分为两个部分。含氧气体进入一个部分,甲烷进入另一个部分并与在膜下游从气体混合物分离出的氧气反应,形成合成气。
为了测定复合膜的工作特性,如透氧性和气密性,以图3所示的装置进行测量。
用于测量气密膜的透氧性的装置包括:用于含氧气体特别是空气进料的管线,用于供应氦气的管线(所述氦气另外纯化以除去痕量的氧),具有两个被膜(1)分开的腔室(2a)和(2b)的测量单元(2)(其中空气进入第一腔室,而第二腔室用于进料纯化的氦气),精细计量阀(3)和测量单元(2)下游的用于分析氦气的系统,所述系统用于测定渗透穿过复合膜的气体混合物中氧气和氮气含量。
复合膜(1)被置入单元(2)中,所述单元是一个中空的金属容器,膜(1)固定于其中。膜应以这样的方式固定:其将单元(2)分为两个腔室:腔室(2a)用于在吸收器中用加热到200℃的铜预先纯化的氦气气流,室(2b)用于空气流。通过精细计量阀(3),使单元(2)内膜(1)两侧的压力相等。离开单元(2)的腔室(2a)的气体被送入分析系统以确定该气体中氧气和氮气的含量。该分析可用任何已知的方法进行,如用色谱法或质谱法。
本发明的实施方式通过下述实施例举例说明,但这并不用于限制本发明权利要求指定的保护范围,获得的结果也不能完全穷举所实施研究的范围。在该特定的方案中,作为举例,合金Fe-Cr-Al,Ni-Cr-Al,Co-W-Al,Ir-W-Al,Ru-Mo-Al用于解决本发明的任务。
实施例1
金属箔,含有直径为50μm的孔,由包含铁、铬和铝的合金制成,用有机溶剂处理该金属箔以从其表面除去机械杂质和/或高沸点有机化合物,然后在3个小时内加热到1000℃,保持这个温度3个小时,冷却到室温,氧化物组分通过溶胶-凝胶法涂敷在其处理后的表面,该氧化物组分在元素组成上对应于钙钛矿的结构。该样品然后在5个小时内再次被加热到1200℃,保持这个温度3个小时,然后冷却到室温。
通过该方法获得的复合膜被放入单元中测试气密性。单元在2个小时内被加热到850℃,保持这个温度15个小时然后冷却到室温。该操作以可变的加热和冷却速度及在升温下的保持时间而重复三次。在全部的测试中,离开单元的氦气气中氮气的浓度不超过10-5摩尔分数证明了复合膜的气密性。同时,气流中根据温度氧气浓度的变化范围10-5到10-1摩尔分数证明了复合膜的透氧性。另外,在陶瓷上,没有作为保护层材料扩散结果的相位劣化(phase degradation)的迹象。
实施例2(比较例)
重复实施例1,除了使用在其组成中不含铝的合金-不锈钢AISI 321H之外,以获得试验结果。离开单元(2)的腔室(2a)(图3)的氦气气流中氮气浓度的测量结果显示出复合膜不是气密性的。在陶瓷层上有明显的斑点-陶瓷材料相位劣化的证据。
这些结果证明了在金属合金组成中含有铝的必要性以及铝在确保复合膜气密性的重要性。
实施例3-11
用实施例1中描述的方法制备复合膜,具有不同形式制作的机械稳定保护层,即用不同类型的保护层(金基片)代替具有圆孔的金属箔。包括不同形式和大小的孔特别是制成为多孔箔或筛网形式的机械稳定保护层的透气性测试结果列于下表。

列出的数据显示出实施例1、3-11中所有测试的膜是气密的,且在陶瓷层上没有作为保护层材料扩散结果的相位劣化的迹象。
本发明获得的结果证实了将根据本发明的复合透氧膜应用于在高温和高压下操作的反应器(尤其是用于从含氧气体中回收氧气以及用于烃氧化反应的反应器)的可能性,其目的在于改进所述膜反应器的寿命。
Claims (6)
1、一种复合透氧膜,包括具有离子和/或电子传导性的固体陶瓷层和至少一层由含有门捷列夫周期表第VIII族和第VI族元素的合金制成的透气结构,其中,所述合金另外包括铝。
2、根据权利要求1的复合透氧膜,其中,所述合金包括分别作为第VIII族和第VI族元素的铁和铬。
3、根据权处要求1的复合透氧膜,其中,所述膜包括两层透气结构和位于所述两层透气结构之间的固体陶瓷层。
4、根据权利要求1的复合透氧膜,其中,所述透气结构层具有孔。
5、根据权利要求1的复合透氧膜,其中,所述透气结构层制成为筛网状。
6、根据权利要求1的复合透氧膜,其中,所述透气结构层制成为多孔的。
