实施本发明的最佳模式
参考图1至3,作为整体以1表示的是可变输送叶片泵,该可变输送叶片泵用于将油馈送到车辆(未示出)的内燃机(未示出)的润滑回路(未示出)。
泵1包括具有基本平行六面体矩形剖面的支承壳体2,并且又包括由基本平坦表面4横向地限制的第一板3。板3设有空腔5,该空腔5具有垂直于表面4的纵向轴线6,并且在表面4上向外敞开,并且由布置成与表面4本身接触的第二板7轴向地封闭。
泵1还包括动力轴8,该动力轴通过板3和7安装成围绕轴线6旋转,并且承载有带键的圆柱形转子9,该圆柱形转子9容纳在空腔5的内部,并且平行于轴线6测量的宽度基本等于也平行于轴线6测量的空腔5的宽度。

定子10铰接到板3,以相对于板3本身并且在已知类型的调节装置12的控制下围绕平行于轴线6的支点轴线13摆动,因此允许选择性地控制转子9和表面11之间的偏心率。
转子9具有两个圆柱形的相互相对的空腔14,这些空腔14与轴线6同轴地获得,并且一个面对板3而另一个面对板7,并且转子9设有多个径向沟槽15(在所示的情况下,六个沟槽15),所述沟槽15平行于轴线6地通过转子9获得,且围绕轴线6均匀地分布,在转子9的外表面16处与轴线6同轴地径向向外敞开,并且还在空腔14处轴向向外敞开。

每个叶片从在空腔14内部的相应沟槽15轴向地突出,并且具有内缘20,所述内缘20平行于轴线6延伸,并且布置成基本与两个环形元件21接触,每个环形元件21容纳在空腔14中的一个中,并且围绕轴8延伸,并且具有的直径大于轴8的直径并小于相应空腔14的直径,以便在相应空腔14本身的内部浮动。
每对相应相邻的叶片17周向地限定相应的泵送室22,该泵送室22还由转子9和靴19径向地限定且由板3和7轴向地限定,该泵送室22由转子9围绕轴线6并通过油的吸入口23和输出口24移动,并且随着转子9围绕轴线6的旋转、随着转子9与定子10的表面11之间的偏心率,该泵送室具有可变的容积。
此外,关于上述情况需重点指出的是,通过定子10围绕轴线13的移动,以及因此改变转子9与定子10的表面11本身之间的偏心率,选择性地控制每个腔室22在吸入口23和输出口24处的容积,并且因此选择性地控制泵1的输送。
如图2所示,每个叶片17包括多个箔25(在所示的情况下四个箔25),这些箔25相互重叠,并且彼此滑动地径向联接,以确保叶片17与靴19之间较有效的流体密封联接。

Claims (4)
