本发明提供一种油脂的转化生物柴油的方法,包括油脂与甲醇反应,首先放入脱水硅胶脱水后,再放入碳酸氢氨和乙酸甲酯混合的复合添加剂进行酯化反应,这样脱水硅胶能主动吸收混合物中的水分,催化剂能高甲醇产量和反应速度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种生物柴油技术,尤其油脂的转化生物柴油的催化剂。
背景技术
目前的油脂的转化技术中,在油脂与甲醇进行酯交换反应中,1摩尔油脂与3摩尔甲醇反应,生成3摩尔甲酯和1摩尔甘油;而在脂肪酸与甲醇的酯化反应中,1摩尔脂肪酸与1摩尔甲醇反应生成1摩尔甲酯和1摩尔的水。这样生成的水会稀释反应物甲醇的浓度,从而使甲醇产量大大降低,并减缓反应速度。目前处理方式就是采用去除脂肪酸的方法,这样会增加工艺流程和成本。
发明内容
本发明提供一种油脂转化的催化剂,节省工艺流程并降低成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种油脂的转化生物柴油的方法,包括油脂与甲醇反应,其特征在于首先放入脱水硅胶脱水后,再放入碳酸氢氨和乙酸甲酯混合的复合添加剂进行酯化反应。
这样脱水硅胶能主动吸收混合物中的水分,催化剂能高甲醇产量和反应速度。
具体实施方式
具体实施中,可以将硅胶中加入了一些带有结晶水的无机盐类,如钴盐。无水时就是失去结晶水时的状态是兰色,吸水时就是结晶水时的状态为粉红色。变色硅胶可以循环使用。
另外,碳酸氢氨和乙酸甲酯的混合比例可以根据酸性值进行调整,一般在1∶1~3之间,将油脂混合物的PH值为7~8之间。

1.一种油脂的转化生物柴油的方法,包括油脂与甲醇反应,其特征在于首先放入脱水硅胶脱水后,再放入碳酸氢氨和乙酸甲酯混合的复合添加剂进行酯化反应。
2.如权利要求1所述,其特征在于碳酸氢氨和乙酸甲酯的混合比例在1∶1~3之间。
