技术领域
本发明一般地涉及轧钢机,其中吐线机(laying head)将热轧制的长条产品形成为螺旋状环圈结构,而被放置在冷却传送带上并由其带到集卷(reform)腔,在该处这些环圈汇聚成卷材,且本发明尤其关注这种卷材密度的最大化。
背景技术
传统上采用轧钢机的吐线机来将热轧制长条产品形成为对所有产品尺寸都相同直径的环圈。如在此采用的那样,术语“长条产品”是指圆形棒和杆,“尺寸”指产品直径。
通过一个非限制性实例,一台吐线机将产生具有1075mm直径的环圈。对于尺寸范围在5至16mm的产品,该直径的环圈被放置进并分配进集卷腔以产生合理的密度和紧凑的卷材。但是,当吐线机加工形成较大的产品尺寸时,例如从17至26mm的范围,具有同样直径的环圈往往不会令人满意地分配到集卷腔内。因此最后形成的卷材往往会缺少足够的密度,常有造成卷材不稳定性的一些散开和杂乱的环圈分布。
发明内容
根据本发明,将较小的产品尺寸形成为常规尺寸的环圈而将较大的产品尺寸形成为较大的环圈。较大尺寸产品的较大环圈较少会抵制在集卷腔中的符合要求的分布,由此它又有可能来形成更紧凑和稳定的卷材。
现将参照附图进一步详细地描述本发明,在这些图中:

具体实施方式
首先参见图1,示出轧钢机的传输端,它包括最后的滚轧台10,热轧产品沿着传输端路径“P”从该滚轧台10送出。该产品在由夹送辊单元14送进吐线机16之前由一个或多个水箱12冷却。吐线机将产品形成螺旋形环圈18,该螺旋形环圈放置在冷却传送带20上并由其带离吐线机到达集卷腔22,它们在那里汇聚成卷材。
如前面所指出的,传统的实践一直是将所有产品尺寸形成具有同样直径的环圈。如图2A所示,已经确定,对于给定环直径,形成在集卷腔22内卷的密度将随着产品尺寸的增加而降低。
如图2B所示,本发明通过增加较大产品尺寸的环圈直径而不同于传统的实践。因此有利地增加了较大产品尺寸的卷材的密度。
参见图3,吐线机16包括壳体24,壳体24装入有围绕轴线“X”旋转的由轴承28a、28b支撑的主轴26。主轴26带动与较大锥齿轮32啮合的锥齿轮30,较大锥齿轮32由传统装置(未示出)驱动。弯曲的吐线管34由附连到主轴前端的支承件36支承。吐线管34具有:在轴线X上对齐以接收热轧产品的入口端34a,以及从轴线X径向隔开且产品以螺旋环形式18从其传输出去的传输端34b。
根据本发明的一个方面,吐线机16可装备有两个或多个可互换且不同构型的吐线管,图4A和4B以34和34′示出了两个。两吐线管具有构造成在轴线X对齐的输入端34a、34a′。但是,管34b′的出口端与轴线X径向隔开的半径大于管34的传输端半径。当处理较小尺寸的产品时,管34与其适当构造的支承件将安装在吐线机16内。对于较大尺寸的产品,管34将被管34′替代,同样具有其相应的适当构造的支承件。
根据本发明的另一方面,如图5A和5B所示,分段的吐线管38在标号40处分成输入段42以及不同构造并可交替采用的输出段44、46。输入段42具有导向中间端42b的输入端42a,与轴线X对齐的输入端从轧钢机接收热轧产品。每个传输段44、46具有输入端44a、46a,所述输入端44a、46a适于设置成从输入段的中间端42b接收产品,而相应的输出端44b、46b以不同的半径与轴线X隔开。产品作为螺旋状连续环圈18从输出端44b、46b输出。由于具有该设置,仅输出段44、46和相应的支承部件交替互换以容纳更小或更大范围的产品大小。
在图6中,两个不同构型的吐线管输出段48、50相对彼此固定并由空心轴26和支承件36支承。输出段48、50的输入端48a、50a分开180°定位并与轴线X隔开。共用输入段52可旋转地支承在轴承54上的空心轴26内。在所示位置,输入段52被调节成可将产品引导进管输出段20的进口端50a。通过以180°旋转地调节输入段,可将产品交替地引导进入管输出段48的输入端48a。
根据本发明的又另一个方面,如图7所示,两吐线机16a、16b可互换地沿着生产线设置。吐线机16a装备有图4a和4B的吐线管34,且吐线机16b同样装备有吐线管34′。当吐线机16a移动到虚线所示的位置16a′时,另一吐线机16b可放置到生产线上。这样吐线机可互换以容纳不同范围的产品大小。
显而易见,本揭示内容是用实例的方式,可以通过增加、修改或消除某些细节来进行各种改变而不偏离本发明所包含的整个揭示范围。因此本发明不限于本揭示内容的特定细节,而应由下述权利要求书来限定。

Claims (12)

1.一种处理从轧钢机输出的不同尺寸长条产品的方法,所述方法包括:
将第一尺寸范围内的产品形成为具有第一直径的螺旋状形式的环圈,交替地将大于所述第一范围内最大产品尺寸的第二尺寸范围内的产品形成为具有大于所述第一直径的第二直径的螺旋状形式的环圈;
将所述螺旋状形式的环圈放置在用于传输到集卷工位的传送带上;以及
在所述集卷工位将所述螺旋状形式的环圈汇聚成卷材。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,通过使所述产品经过吐线机的旋转弯曲吐线管而将所述产品形成为所述螺旋状形式的环圈。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一和第二环圈直径通过交替地采用不同构型的、可互换的第一和第二吐线管来实现。
4.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一和第二环圈直径通过提供具有单个输入段以及不同构型并可交替采用的第一和第二输出段的分段的吐线管而实现。
5.如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一和第二输出段相对彼此固定,并且其中所述输入段可旋转地调节以交替地与所述输出段中的一个或另一个连通。
6.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一和第二直径通过使所述产品经过两个可交替地采用的、具有不同构型的吐线管的吐线机的一个或另一个而实现。
7.一种处理从轧钢机输出的不同尺寸长条产品的系统,所述系统包括:
吐线机,用于将第一尺寸范围内的产品形成为具有第一直径的螺旋状形式的环圈,或者将大于所述第一范围内最大产品尺寸的第二尺寸范围内的产品形成为具有大于所述第一直径的第二直径的螺旋状形式的环圈;
传送机,用于从所述吐线装置接收所述螺旋状形式的环圈并用于将所述螺旋状形式的环圈传输离开所述吐线装置;以及
集卷腔,用于从所述传送带装置接收所述螺旋状形式的环圈并用于将所述螺旋状形式的环圈汇聚成卷材。
8.如权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于,所述吐线机设置有旋转弯曲的吐线管,所述产品通过所述吐线管被引导以形成所述螺旋状形式的环圈。
9.如权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于,所述吐线机设置有不同构型的可互换的第一和第二吐线管,可交替采用所述第一和第二吐线管来实现所述第一和第二环圈直径。
10.如权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于,吐线管具有单个输入段和不同构型的第一和第二输出段,可交替采用所述第一和第二输出段来实现所述第一和第二环圈直径。
11.如权利要求10所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一和第二输出段相对彼此固定,且其中所述输入段可旋转调节以交替地与所述输出段中的一个或另一个连通。
12.如权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,可交替地采用具有不同构型的吐线管的所述吐线机的一个或另一个来实现所述第一和第二环圈直径。
