Abstract

旋转阀
技术领域
本发明涉及旋转阀,且具体而言,涉及控制可充气装置中的空气供给的旋转阀。
背景技术
人们已经知道使用旋转阀控制来自医用气泵的空气供给,以将压缩空气以特定顺序提供至可充气装置,例如充气床垫或压力衣。
在大部分旋转阀中,由构造成相对彼此旋转的两零件一转子和定子一的孔和通道来确定以特定顺序提供压缩空气。转子和定子是由适宜固体材料制成的圆盘,其通过弹簧力固定在一起,其中平整的配合表面形成气密性密封。
当转子相对于固定的定子旋转时,这两个零件的配合面中的不同孔连接在一起,且因此改变通过阀门的压缩空气的路由。开孔经设计并制作成符合可充气装置的所需充气顺序。
孔连接的顺序可十分巧妙,但是随着所需顺序变得越来越复杂,需要使用要求以高转矩电动机来驱动的、成本较高且难于制造的大直径阀门。此外,更加复杂的开孔的设计使孔之间的间距有限,从而导致不准确和空气泄漏。
发明内容
本发明力求取得改良。
因此,本发明提供一种用于控制对可充气装置的空气供给的旋转阀,其包括:定子部件,其具有平整表面和许多用于与可充气装置连通的孔、及用于连接至空气源的另一孔;第一转子部件,其具有平整表面且可与定子平整表面面对面接触地进行旋转,所述第一转子部件具有孔和通道,且当与所述定子接触时自所述另一孔向其供给空气;第二转子部件,其具有平整表面且可与所述第一转子部件面对面接触地进行旋转,所述第二转子部件具有通道和孔;至少一个驱动构件,其用于旋转第一和第二转子;及控制构件,其用于驱动并控制对装置的空气供给的持续时间。
较佳地,单驱动构件使这两个转子部件相对于彼此和相对于定子部件旋转。在一较佳实施例中,使第一转子部件相对于定子部件运动的驱动构件还通过在其中一个转子部件上抵靠阀体上的固定掣子的臂来驱动第二转子部件,在另一转子部件继续旋转的同时,所述抵靠制动带有所述臂的转子部件。
在另一较佳实施例中,所述转子部件由驱动构件驱动,其中在所述转子部件相对运动期间允许第一和第二转子之间的密封在某一位置处打开以使空气能排入大气中。
在又一较佳实施例中,所述转子部件的相对运动使得在阀门部件的一个位置上,所有孔均密封,且在第二位置上,所有孔均通至大气。
在本发明的另一方面中,本发明提供一种用于控制对可充气装置的空气供给的旋转阀,所述旋转阀包括:定子部件;及转子部件,其可与所述定子面对面接触地进行旋转,所述转子部件周边表面具有齿形轮廓;驱动构件,其用于驱动所述转子部件,其中所述驱动构件与所述转子部件齿形轮廓协作来驱动转子部件。较佳地,所述驱动构件包括皮带,以与所述转子部件齿形轮廓协作来驱动电动机。
本发明具有如下优点:尽管现有的由定子和转子组成的旋转阀通过电动机齿轮箱和将齿轮箱输出轴连接至转子上的联轴器装置来驱动转子,但本发明将齿轮箱和联轴器装置用齿轮或皮带驱动系统来代替。由于零件数量减少,整个系统更加简单。
较佳地,转子部件齿轮齿轮廓是转子本体的整体组成部分。较佳地,通过驱动电动机轴上的小齿轮或齿条以及围绕转子圆周的大齿轮轮廓来提供齿轮减速,从而实现一减速齿轮并在无需具有单独齿轮箱的情况下增加有效转矩。同时也不需要如现有技术系统所具有的将电动机连接至转子上的额外的联轴器装置。

具体实施方式
参见附图,旋转阀如图1所示安装在板上,在所述板上方定位有电动机13,其中在电动机的驱动心轴15上直接固定有驱动皮带轮14。带齿皮带16由驱动皮带轮14驱动,并与第一转子11的周边20的齿形轮廓啮合,以使转子11和12相对于定子10旋转。转子11、12可由电动机在任何方向上驱动。较佳地,转子11在周边周围的齿形轮廓是转子11的整体组成部分。适当张紧的皮带驱动装置16连接两个皮带轮轮廓,且通过在每一皮带轮轮廓上的齿的相对数量来实现减速。
可在转子11周边上提供直齿轮廓来代替皮带驱动装置16,以与安装在电动机13的驱动心轴上的配合驱动小齿轮咬合。
图2以分解视图形式显示面对面接触的定子10、转子11、12的平整表面。提供弹簧21来将这些阀门零件压紧在一起。
定子表面22具有一中心开口23,以便接纳来自泵(未示出)的加压空气。泵连接至在定子表面22的一侧上的空气入口24。定子表面22还含有多个孔25,这多个孔25连接至出口孔28,以连接至可充气装置。
第一转子表面26含有孔30,以与定子11中的孔25、28和第二转子12的孔29配合。第二转子表面27包括孔29,以用于与第一转子孔30和定子孔25、28相组合地对空气进行路由。
在操作中,当第一及/或第二转子旋转时,转子11、12与定子10之间的气密性界面上的通道和孔根据所需充气顺序的需要而连接和断开。
第一转子11和第二转子12通过电动机13驱动。可使用任意一台或多台适宜的电动机来驱动转子11、12。在如图3所示的较佳实施例中,第二转子12在其周边上包括臂33,在第二转子12的旋转过程中,臂33与阀体上的抵靠件5接触,使得在第一转子继续旋转的同时,第二转子的运动被制动。
第一和第二转子11和12之间具有高起的凸轮轮廓6,在该相对旋转期间,其使第二转子12抬离第一转子表面,从而打破气密性密封并允许压缩空气排放到大气中。电动机13对这两个转子11、12的反向旋转会使臂33移离抵靠件5,且第二转子12的表面将凸轮轮廓6向下移动至再次实现气密性密封啮合。
或者,这两个转子11、12不具有凸轮结构,且这两个转子11、12旋转并相对于彼此滑动来提供不同的孔组合,以使得在一种配置中所有孔均密封,且在另一种配置中所有孔均向大气排气。此外,第二转子12还可具有互连孔,在这两个转子相对于彼此运动时,所述互连孔变化,从而为阀门提供进一步的孔连接置换。
所述阀门可与其中需要复杂的开孔或空气路由的任何类型的充气装置一同使用,所述阀门以较为简单的方式实现这一点。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于控制对可充气装置的空气供给的旋转阀,其包括:定子部件,其具有平整表面和多个用于与所述可充气装置连通的孔,及用于连接至空气源的另一孔;第一转子部件,其具有平整表面且可与所述定子部件平整表面面对面接触地进行旋转,所述第一转子部件具有孔和通道,且当与所述定子部件接触时,被自所述另一孔供以空气;第二转子部件,其具有平整表面且可与所述第一转子部件面对面接触地进行旋转,所述第二转子部件具有通道和孔;至少一个驱动构件,其用于旋转所述第一转子部件和第二转子部件;以及,控制构件,其用于驱动并控制对所述装置的空气供给的持续时间,其特征在于与所述第一转子部件面对面接触的所述第二转子部件平整表面在其上具有高起的支承凸轮轮廓,所述凸轮轮廓在所述第一和第二转子部件相对旋转期间,促使所述第二转子部件平整表面远离所述第一转子部件表面并允许压缩空气排放到大气中。
2.如权利要求1所述的旋转阀,其特征在于单驱动构件使所述两个转子部件相对于彼此和相对于所述定子部件旋转。
3.如权利要求2所述的旋转阀,其特征在于使所述第一转子部件相对于所述定子部件运动的所述驱动构件还通过所述转子部件之一上的、抵靠所述旋转阀的阀体上的固定掣子的臂来制动带有所述臂的所述转子部件,在另一转子部件继续旋转的同时,所述抵靠制动带有所述臂的所述转子部件。
4.如权利要求1、2或3中任一权利要求所述的旋转阀,其特征在于在所述转子部件的相对运动过程中,在某一位置处所述凸轮轮廓促使所述第二转子部件表面远离所述第一转子部件表面以使空气能排放到大气中。
5.如权利要求1、2或3中任一权利要求所述的旋转阀,其特征在于所述转子部件的相对运动使得在所述旋转阀的一个位置上所有所述孔均密封,且在第二位置上所有所述孔均通至大气。
6.如权利要求1所述的旋转阀,其特征在于所述第一转子部件周边表面具有齿形轮廓,且所述驱动构件与所述转子部件齿形轮廓协作来驱动所述第一转子部件。
7.如权利要求6所述的旋转阀,其特征在于所述驱动构件包括皮带,所述皮带与所述转子部件齿形轮廓协作来驱动所述第一转子部件。
8.如权利要求7所述的旋转阀,其特征在于所述转子部件齿轮齿形轮廓是所述第一转子部件的整体组成部分。
