Abstract

本发明属于焊接材料类,具体是一种含镓、铟、硅和稀土钕的无镉银钎料,其特征在于,各化学成分按质量百分数配比是:25.0%~35.0%的铜(Cu),20.0%~30.0%的锌(Zn),0.01%~1.0%的锡(Sn),0.001%~5.0%的镓(Ga),0.001%~4.5%的铟(In),0.002%~0.5%的硅(Si),0.001%~0.10%的钕(Nd),其余为银(Ag)。本发明采用常规的中频冶炼炉冶炼、浇铸或水平连铸,然后将铸棒(铸锭)通过挤压、拉拔,即得到所需要的钎料丝材;本发明完全没有有害元素镉,有效地保护了操作者的身体安全,消除了对环境的污染;钎料的性能指标(如固-液相线温度、钎缝力学性能)与BAg40CuZnCd及BAg50CuZnCd钎料相当或接近,可作为BAg40CuZnCd及BAg50CuZnCd钎料的替代品在制冷部件生产行业使用。

Description

含镓、铟、硅和稀土钕的无镉银钎料
技术领域
本发明属于焊接材料类,具体涉及一种含镓、铟、硅和稀土钕的无镉银钎料。
背景技术
目前,国内外在焊接过程中使用的焊接钎料一般为含镉银钎料BAg40CuZnCd及BAg50CuZnCd,其化学成分中均含有大量的“有毒元素”镉(Cd)。由于含镉钎料的毒性,国内外都开始禁止这种含镉材料在家电材料中的应用。然而目前市场上还没有一种合适的性能优越的不含镉的替代产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种在钎焊过程中以及钎焊后的焊接部位完全没有有毒元素镉的、钎焊性能优良、可替代BAg40CuZnCd及BAg50CuZnCd的含镓、铟、硅和稀土钕的无镉银钎料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种含镓、铟、硅和稀土钕的无镉银钎料,化学成分(质量百分数)为25.0%~35.0%的铜(Cu),20.0%~30.0%的锌(Zn),0.01%~1.0%的锡(Sn),0.001%~5.0%的镓(Ga),0.001%~4.5%的铟(In),0.002%~0.5%的硅(Si),0.001%~0.10%的钕(Nd),其余为银(Ag)。
本发明采用市售的白银、电解铜、锌锭、锡锭、金属镓、金属铟、硅粉、金属钕,按需要配比,采用常规的中频冶炼炉冶炼、浇铸或采用水平连铸方式得到铸棒(铸锭),然后将铸棒(铸锭)通过挤压、拉拔,即得到所需要的钎料丝材;本发明也可根据生产需要,将锡锭、金属镓、金属铟、硅、金属钕分别预先冶炼成合金,然后加入银-铜-锌合金中冶炼、浇铸,再通过挤压、拉拔,即得到所需要的钎料丝材。
本发明的含镓、铟、硅和稀土钕的无镉银钎料固相线温度在630℃~650℃范围、液相线温度在690℃~715℃范围(考虑了实验误差)。配合FB102(QJ102)钎剂,钎焊材料为下列组合:紫铜-黄铜、黄铜-碳钢、不锈钢-镍基合金时,钎焊接头的力学性能分别在σb=190~380MPa范围,τ=190~320MPa范围。
本发明主要解决了下述两个关键技术问题:1)研制开发出无镉的、可替代BAg40CuZnCd及BAg50CuZnCd的银钎料,通过优化“含镓、铟、硅和稀土钕的无镉银钎料”的化学成分,得到对母材润湿性、铺展性优良、钎缝力学性能(σb、τ)好的无镉银钎料;2)在无镉银钎料中加入适量的锡(Sn)、镓(Ga)、铟(In)以降低主成分合金(Ag-Cu-Zn合金)的熔点,同时加入适量的硅(Si)可以改善无镉银钎料在紫铜、黄铜、碳钢、不锈钢以及镍基合金上的润湿性;加入稀土元素钕(Nd)以细化无镉银钎料的晶粒,提高无镉银钎料的塑性和综合力学性能。
本发明采用常规的中频冶炼炉冶炼、浇铸或采用水平连铸方式得到铸棒(铸锭),然后将铸棒(铸锭)通过挤压、拉拔,即得到所需要的钎料丝材;本发明的含镓、铟、硅和稀土钕的无镉银钎料以BAg40CuZnCd及BAg50CuZnCd为参照物,配合FB102/QJ102钎剂,钎焊紫铜-黄铜、黄铜-碳钢、不锈钢-镍基合金等材料组合时,对母材的润湿性、铺展性与之相当,钎缝力学性能与之相当(σb=190~380MPa范围,τ=190~320MPa范围);本发明的含镓、铟、硅和稀土钕的无镉银钎料完全没有有害元素镉,有效地保护了操作者的身体安全,消除了对环境的污染;本发明钎料可作为BAg40CuZnCd及BAg50CuZnCd钎料的替代品在制冷部件生产行业推广应用。
具体实施方式
根据本发明的“含镓、铟、硅和稀土钕的无镉银钎料”的质量配方比,叙述本发明的具体实施例。
实施例1
按质量百分数配比,其成分为:25.0%铜(Cu),30.0%锌(Zn),1.0%锡(Sn),5.0%镓(Ga),4.5%铟(In),0.5%的硅(Si),0.10%钕(Nd),其余为银(Ag)。
上述成分配比得到的“含镓、铟、硅和稀土钕的无镉银钎料”固相线温度在630℃左右、液相线温度在690℃左右(考虑了实验误差),配合FB102(QJ102)钎剂,钎焊母材为下列组合时的钎缝强度见括号内数据:紫铜-黄铜(σb=190±15MPa,τ=190±10MPa)、黄铜-碳钢(σb=260±15MPa,τ=200±10MPa)、不锈钢-镍基合金(σb=360±20MPa,τ=310±20MPa)。
实施例2
按质量百分数配比,其成分为:35.0%铜(Cu),20.0%锌(Zn),0.01%锡(Sn),0.001%镓(Ga),0.001%铟(In),0.002%硅(Si),0.001%钕(Nd),其余为银(Ag)。
上述成分配比得到的“含镓、铟、硅和稀土钕的无镉银钎料”固相线温度在650℃左右、液相线温度在715℃左右(考虑了实验误差),配合FB102(QJ102)钎剂,钎焊母材为下列组合时的钎缝强度见括号内数据:紫铜-黄铜(σb=190±15MPa,τ=190±10MPa)、黄铜-碳钢(σb=260±15MPa,τ=200±10MPa)、不锈钢-镍基合金(σb=360±20MPa,τ=310±20MPa)。
实施例3
按质量百分数配比,其成分为:30.0%铜(Cu),25.0%锌(Zn),0.01%锡(Sn),0.05%镓(Ga),0.001%铟(In),0.2%硅(Si),0.01%钕(Nd),其余为银(Ag)。

实施例4
按质量百分数配比,其成分为:30.0%铜(Cu),25.0%锌(Zn),1.0%锡(Sn),2.0%镓(Ga),1.0%铟(In),0.1%硅(Si),0.03%釹(Nd),其余为银(Ag)。
上述成分配比得到的“含镓、铟、硅和稀土钕的无镉银钎料”固相线温度在640℃左右、液相线温度在700℃左右(考虑了实验误差),配合FB102(QJ102)钎剂,钎焊用母材及钎缝强度数据与实施例1相同。
实施例5
按质量百分数配比,其成分为:28.0%铜(Cu),28.0%锌(Zn),0.5%锡(Sn),1.5%镓(Ga),0.1%铟(In),0.05%硅(Si),0.01%釹(Nd),其余为银(Ag)。
上述成分配比得到的“含镓、铟、硅和稀土钕的无镉银钎料”固相线温度在645℃左右、液相线温度在705℃左右(考虑了实验误差),配合FB102(QJ102)钎剂,钎焊用母材及钎缝强度数据与实施例1相同。
实施例6
按质量百分数配比,其成分为:32.0%铜(Cu),26.0%锌(Zn),0.2%锡(Sn),1.5%镓(Ga),0.01%铟(In),0.05%硅(Si),0.005%釹(Nd),其余为银(Ag)。
上述成分配比得到的“含镓、铟、硅和稀土钕的无镉银钎料”固相线温度在645℃左右、液相线温度在710℃左右(考虑了实验误差),配合FB102(QJ102)钎剂,钎焊用母材及钎缝强度数据与实施例1相同。
实施例7
按质量百分数配比,其成分为:27.0%铜(Cu),29.0%锌(Zn),0.03%锡(Sn),0.5%镓(Ga),0.01%铟(In),0.05%硅(Si),0.05%钕(Nd),其余为银(Ag)。
上述成分配比得到的“含镓、铟、硅和稀土钕的无镉银钎料”固相线温度在650℃左右、液相线温度在710℃左右(考虑了实验误差),配合FB102(QJ102)钎剂,钎焊用母材及钎缝强度数据与实施例1相同。
实施例8
按质量百分数配比,其成分为:33.0%铜(Cu),29.0%锌(Zn),0.3%锡(Sn),0.05%镓(Ga),0.6%铟(In),0.15%硅(Si),0.02%钕(Nd),其余为银(Ag)。
上述成分配比得到的“含镓、铟、硅和稀土钕的无镉银钎料”固相线温度在645℃左右、液相线温度在710℃左右(考虑了实验误差),配合FB102(QJ102)钎剂,钎焊用母材及钎缝强度数据与实施例1相同。
实施例9
按质量百分数配比,其成分为:26.0%铜(Cu),22.0%锌(Zn),0.2%锡(Sn),0.5%镓(Ga),0.2%铟(In),0.04%硅(Si),0.02%钕(Nd),其余为银(Ag)。
上述成分配比得到的“含镓、铟、硅和稀土钕的无镉银钎料”固相线温度在645℃左右、液相线温度在715℃左右(考虑了实验误差),配合FB102(QJ102)钎剂,钎焊用母材及钎缝强度数据与实施例1相同。
实施例10
按质量百分数配比,其成分为:26.5%铜(Cu),23.5%锌(Zn),0.03%锡(Sn),0.02%镓(Ga),0.02%铟(In),0.004%硅(Si),0.003%钕(Nd),其余为银(Ag)。
上述成分配比得到的“含镓、铟、硅和稀土钕的无镉银钎料”固相线温度在650℃左右、液相线温度在715℃左右(考虑了实验误差),配合FB102(QJ102)钎剂,钎焊用母材及钎缝强度数据与实施例1相同。
实施例11
按质量百分数配比,其成分为:31.0%铜(Cu),28.0%锌(Zn),0.5%锡(Sn),1.5%镓(Ga),3.0%铟(In),0.05%硅(Si),0.01%钕(Nd),其余为银(Ag)。
上述成分配比得到的“含镓、铟、硅和稀土钕的无镉银钎料”固相线温度在640℃左右、液相线温度在705℃左右(考虑了实验误差),配合FB102(QJ102)钎剂,钎焊用母材及钎缝强度数据与实施例1相同。
实施例12
按质量百分数配比,其成分为:32.0%铜(Cu),24.0%锌(Zn),0.8%锡(Sn),4.5%镓(Ga),3.5%铟(In),0.05%硅(Si),0.02%钕(Nd),其余为银(Ag)。
上述成分配比得到的“含镓、铟、硅和稀土钕的无镉银钎料”固相线温度在635℃左右、液相线温度在695℃左右(考虑了实验误差),配合FB102(QJ102)钎剂,钎焊用母材及钎缝强度数据与实施例1相同。
实施例13
按质量百分数配比,其成分为:29.5%铜(Cu),24.2%锌(Zn),0.2%锡(Sn),2.5%镓(Ga),0.5%铟(In),0.02%硅(Si),0.005%钕(Nd),其余为银(Ag)。
上述成分配比得到的“含镓、铟、硅和稀土钕的无镉银钎料”固相线温度在640℃左右、液相线温度在705℃左右(考虑了实验误差),配合FB102(QJ102)钎剂,钎焊用母材及钎缝强度数据与实施例1相同。
实施例14
按质量百分数配比,其成分为:34.5%铜(Cu),25.5%锌(Zn),0.1%锡(Sn),1.5%镓(Ga),0.2%铟(In),0.02%硅(Si),0.005%钕(Nd),其余为银(Ag)。
上述成分配比得到的“含镓、铟、硅和稀土钕的无镉银钎料”固相线温度在645℃左右、液相线温度在705℃左右(考虑了实验误差),配合FB102(QJ102)钎剂,钎焊用母材及钎缝强度数据与实施例1相同。
本发明由于“含镓、铟、硅和稀土钕的无镉银钎料”对钎焊母材紫铜、黄铜、碳钢、不锈钢、镍基合金分别都具有良好的润湿性能,因此上述实施例1至实施例14中的任何一种含镓、铟、硅和稀土钕的无镉银钎料,在钎焊紫铜-紫铜、紫铜-黄铜、黄铜-碳钢、黄铜-不锈钢、碳钢-不锈钢、碳钢-镍基合金、不锈钢-镍基合金、紫铜-镍基合金、黄铜-镍基合金等不同的组合材料(母材)时,对所钎焊的组合材料(母材)均具有良好的润湿性,且钎焊接头具有良好的综合力学性能。

1.一种含镓、铟、硅和稀土钕的无镉银钎料,其特征在于:各化学成分按质量百分数配比是:25.0%~35.0%的铜(Cu),20.0%~30.0%的锌(Zn),0.01%~1.0%的锡(Sn),0.001%~5.0%的镓(Ga),0.001%~4.5%的铟(In),0.002%~0.5%的硅(Si),0.001%~0.10%的钕(Nd),其余为银(Ag)。
